I have been here a lot lately. Service is good. Steak Panini is tasteless. Bread is tough as a boot. Cannot recommend the sandwiches. Salads are great and iced tea is very good.

I used the Panera bread app to order a bagel, yogurt and a tea. My ready time was 11:30 and so I rushed and arrived at that time. My order was not ready. I waited 10 mins and when it was still not ready, I asked an employee why it was not ready and was informed the receive the order 10 mins after the arrive time. That doesn't make sense to me, but ok. I went back to the rapid order area and sat for an additional 15 mins before I started to stand in line, which defeats the purpose of the rapid orders slogan posted all over the store. After waiting in line for a few mins, I saw an employee walking over to put my order on the shelf. I don't know his name, but he was very nice and the reason I am giving this store one star. During my 30 min wait for my food, I could have and should have gotten into line and ordered because I would have been able to eat my food and order in that time. I will not be returning here and I will not use the app again.

I always eat there! Love this place and I love the service. Staff are friendly and very helpful! They know that I am Deaf and they work with me. I always order the same food. I love the ambiance of that place. Good thing they have free WiFi. So bring your device or tablets while you enjoy a great meal there.

Today I ordered the Mediterranean flatbread sandwich because there was a giant picture of it at the register - good job marketing people. I got the sandwich, opened it, and it looked kinda dry. I was like maybe I ordered the wrong thing. I took a bite and BAM! It was super good! BAM! Try it out.

LVE this location!!! Yall are amazing and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I've been the lucky recipient of 3 amazing situations with employees. The good is excellent-- broccoli cheese, chicken noodle & tomato are yummmmmmy. Shortbread cookie for dessert thank you for being awesome and setting the bar high.

We had lunch there today and it was great. It seems like everyone else wants to eat here at the same time and setting was limited, but what really made up for it was the great customer service. The cashier was friendly and there was someone walking around clearing dirty dishes and making sure everyone was happy.

I've been to so many Paneras throughout the years in multiple states. I'm a HUGE fan of their soup & salad combo especially the broccoli cheddar soup & chicken caesar salad. We go to this one only because it's so close to work but the food severely lacks in quality. The regional manager needs to retrain their staff. Literally every single time we order, atleast one ingredient is overpowering the rest of the ingredient or it's completely missing and we have to ask for more.

We went in and ordered a heavily promoted sandwich. We were suckered right into it. We were served a gross dry cardboard tasting bagel. I will never go back here even if I'm lost.

I have to agree with other reviewers. I eat at our local Panera often and for a large chain am impressed with the quality. The one in Loveland was a huge disappointment though. The service was horrible and the food was even worse After telling my order 3 times, I still got the wrong order. Then, I waited over 1/2 an hour for my soup to cool down to an edible state. Not a fun wait with a hungry toddler.
