Pizza is pretty good. Customer service NOT! They would not honor my coupon for a Speciality Pizza at 12.99, when we ordered a 1/2 pineapple/loive & 1/2 sausage/extra-cheese. Wound up paying 3.00 MORE for a pizza of lesser "value" than the specialty style. The cashier's excuse was, "can't punch it into my computer that way." Then we had a different coupon for Large 2-Topping with Cheesy Bread & a 2-Liter, which would be only 2.00 more, so getting 2.00 for a pop and cheesy bread felt like, might as well. BUT then after waiting longer than expected (10+ after pizza was ready, just for cheesy bread, I would not have ordered had I known that was what we were waiting for... ) HE FORGOT OUT ROOT BEER... Super disappointed with customer service basically. And Pizaa is good, but not so good that it out-weighs the poor service.

People who say that Marco's has bad service or pizza clearly have never worked in food service and don't know what good pizza is. The White Cheezy is--hands down--the best pizza I've ever had in my life, and the service is always friendly and prompt (They even have online ordering!) I've specifically had people drive from Boulder to my house in Louisville to try the White Cheesy, and it's probably my most regularly ordered pizza.

Asked for specials they said extra large one topping for 11.99 I said great let me add extra cheese and they said ok 17.99. I hung up. Unbelievable scam artists.

Why am I now just finding out about this gem? My wife and I purchased a Groupon for a large specialty pizza and some cheesy bread and dined in the restaurant when we redeemed it. The place isn't much to look at, but it does its best considering the location. It was clean, nice, and was above the quality I expected walking in. The food was amazing! We got the Chicken Fresco pizza and was not disappointed. The crust was great (not too thick, not too thin), the toppings were piled on, and--the best part--it wasn't greasy! That goes a long way in my book. The cheesy bread was great, flavorful, at tad greasy, but I was able to look past it in this case because there was so much cheese on it. Truly a good item. The only thing that kept this place from being a five-star rating from me was the fact it was hard to get the attention of the staff. They were hard at work away from the register fulfilling delivery orders when we arrived so we stood up there for a while. Also, when I tried to get someone's attention from the back requesting some forks it was hard to get someone's attention. Despite that, the employees were friendly and willing to help. I wished I had tipped more.

Probably the worst pizza I've had. Tasted like cheap frozen pizza that was heated up. There are much better options in the Louisville area.

I stare at Marco's out my office window every day and have been pretty excited about it opening. Then it opened and I haven't been in the mood to eat pizza since. Until yesterday. I dropped into a totally empty Marco's and snagged their two slice and a soda deal for $6.99. This is GOOD PIZZA. The crust is not too thin and not too thick. The sauce is yummy, and the sausage is BIG. Mmmm big sausage. Anyway. It's a pretty good addition to my lunch rotation and I'm pretty happy it's there.

I have ordered pizza from here on a few occasions. It seems to be trending toward a lower quality product as time goes on. The last pizza that I got 2 nights ago was the worst yet. The dough was overworked and tough, paper thin in the middle and about half a soda can thickness on the outer edge. I mean the outer edge of the pizza reached the bottom if the top lid of the pizza box. I ordered this online for pick-up and when I got it home they didn't put the garlic butter topping on the outer edge. The sad thing is that they had a product order ticket right in front of them and they still missed it? The pizza did not have enough sauce and cheese on it and the sauce that was there was very salty. It was basically toppings on bread except in the very middle. There is nothing worse than dry pizza and this one was exactly that. Until they stop employing high school kids with no pride in their work and no credible management supervision then I don't see this place getting any better. There are many pizza places in this area that put out a similar product only better. Get it together Marcos or you won't be around much longer.

Quality - 1 star I kind of like cheap pizza, to be honest. But there is cheap that has a certain je ne sais quoi that also makes it delicious - like a guilty pleasure or something - and then there's cheap that leaves you wondering how they actually make something like *that* and charge money for it. Marco's is the latter. Oh, but I was charged $3 for a slice so it wasn't cheap on the pocketbook. Service - 1 star Okay, so I go in and it's lunchtime and they sell pizza by the slice but don't have a slice of cheese? Hmmmm, okay. The guy says I can wait ten minutes. Fine, I'm down with that and looking forward to trying my slice because sometimes, you just want a slice and I'm not aware of many places I can get one. So, he handles money and scratches his head and rings me up (and a few other customers) then he goes back and, WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, starts stretching dough. Gross. Now, a few germs aren't going to kill me but, you know what? Not everybody has a good immune system. There are folks out there that rely are on, say immunosuppressants, that rely on people who handle food doing simple things like washing their hands, so they don't get sick. And, these are just the things I saw him do. In front of customers. What does he do when people aren't around? Let me reiterate - gross! The guy wasn't exactly Mr. Nice but he wasn't rude either. Menu - 3 stars Seriously - there are no vegetarian salads on the menu? I don't get it. I expect that (though it's still mind-boggling) from a McDonald's but from a pizza joint? A garden salad doesn't seem like an appropriate option? marcos.com/stores/menu?v… A disappointment all around. You might have to pay more elsewhere but you won't be subjected to cardboard, tasteless, germ-y pizza either. Even if I'm starving, I won't go back.

Went here for the first time recently for dine-in, ordered the pineapple chicken pizza with thick crust and a side of cheesy bread. The food was excellent and arrived within the estimated 20 minutes. The employees were friendly and attentive. As pizza places go the decor is pretty nice and the place looked clean, including the restrooms. I went there on a Saturday evening and it wasn't too loud, which was nice. I will be returning here as soon as I've worked off all the calories from my first visit.

Love the pizza here! Great deals and the staff are always friendly and pleasant to talk to. The specialty pizzas are def my favorite, they're filled with multiple meat choices that are so fulfilling and tasty. I like how they provide extra sauce/dips upon request without charging in addition like some pizza joints I've been to. Must try if you haven't yet.
