My favorite Starbucks in the area. Staff is friendly, drinks are consistently good. Although it can get busy (right next to the interstate), I always feel they are trying their hardest to serve customers quickly.

Worst service we've ever had at a Starbucks. I was with my wife and children, we ordered 3 drinks, they were not busy, my drink took about 10 minutes, after seeing people behind us getting theirs and people in the drive up coming and going we asked about the others. One drink was at the drive up window, and they had forgotten to make the other one. No "I'm sorry" ; no "this one's on us" We won't stop there on our next trip to RMNP.

They are super slow with in lobby drinks. People who came in after us through the drive through wer served before we were. Very slow service, even with a full staff working.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks and for the most part, they are all pretty uniform. This store, though, has the nicest baristas I've ever encountered. They are friendly, happy, helpful, and fast. Love this place!

Was just passing through town and stopped at this Starbucks. Byfar the friendliest baristas I've ever had. The place is clean as heck, too. Was so happy with my visit I decided to hop online and give it some kudos on here :)

I can't believe no one has reviewed this Starbucks yet. I can't believe this is my 23452345345 Starbucks review. (So the number is an exaggeration, but I go to a lot of Starbucks shops) It's obvious where my money goes. I get a trenta iced coffee with cinnamon dulce, and because I'm too lazy to add it myself I also get breve. Under 4 dollars with all that tasty coffee that saves me from mass murder. This one is in the middle of nowhere, but I met a friend in that area. It was up to par to every other Starbucks. They have a knack of hiring great baristas. They seemed to know their regulars well there. If you're ever in the area and Red Frog is closed, come here and check them out.

This Starbucks is not consistent. I cross my fingers my sandwich or coffee is going to be worth the money. Lately, it is not worth the money. On four separate occasions, weeks apart, my sandwich was burned, stale, or so hard I nearly broke my teeth biting into it. I usually have good tasting coffees or lattes, but lately the lattes are too milky and the coffee is watered down. Customer service is good though. If they improve on the heating and storing of the food and brewing of the coffee, I might start being a regular again.

Can I give this place less than one star? I first went to this location while waiting to meet friends. I had come from lunch and had some styrofoam containers that I didn't want to leave in my car. I asked the woman at the register if she had a larger trash can, as they would not fit in the smaller trash cans throughout the store. She said "No I don't." There was no apology, no explanation, nothing at all. I asked another employee who explained that they aren't allowed to accept outside trash. This made perfect sense to me, but it was baffling that this employee felt it necessary to be so rude and not give any explanation. A few minutes later I went to order drinks with my friends who had arrived. Suddenly it all made sense: this woman is incredibly rude to everyone! She yelled at another employee - in front of many customers no less - and told her how the employee was doing her job wrong and pissing her off. This behavior is completely unprofessional. I don't know what this woman's role is, but she is seriously threatening the environment of this Starbucks with her horrible attitude. I will never return to this location again.
