Such a warm and cozy atmosphere. I come here often to work from my computer. Unfortunately, they only let you stay connected on their wifi for half an hour. Just enough time to get started and have to shut down. I love their salads and soups and they're reasonably priced. Their macaroni and cheese is good too, but their sandwiches are pretty bare bones. They've got nice seating outdoors as well

I'm familiar with how Panera works and their menu options, but could never get over the prices. $9 for a turkey avocado BLT? What, did the turkey get a spa day before it was turned into a sandwich? Service is friendly, the interior is inviting and clean, and the food is prepared quickly and tastes as expected. Nothing crazy awesome really, but I'm done paying Boulder prices for sandwiches and soups in Longmont.

Beware! Panera has (at least for today) reinvented their recipe for a tuna sandwich. It appeared to have been mixed with OIL, Not mayo!!! It was pretty terrible....which is truly unfortunate, as in the past, it's been a real "go-to" choice.

to make a long story short ; I sat for 20 minutes waiting for the food when i decided to get up and check whats going on. food was just sitting on the counter .. I asked if it was my order and she said yes, but my soup was missing... When she gave me my soup it had soup all over the bowl and it wasn't even filled up to the measurement line. When i got to the table my "chicken tortellini" was cold and had NO chicken on it . WORST PANERA BREAD EVER. Management included.

Great atmosphere! Fast paced employees and relaxing environment-- new management recently and new faces but the energy is good! Delicious pastries and coffee drinks too! Love the orange scone and chocolate pastry! Great place to meet up! Love the huge selection of soups! Great hot paninis too

Love the food but a little pricey, especially for lunch. Me and a co-workers bill was $ 29.75. The food is great though

Went in for a quick late night meal. Food was great and the service exceptional. James who worked there made a point of remembering my name and thanked me for coming in. It was myself and family and he made sure to engage my kids as well. It is the small things that can really make a difference to a customers experience. Nice going James, keep up the great service.

If you get a chance try the Napa Almond Chicken salad sandwich. I only had a half sandwich and wish I would have gotten a whole one. It has almond pieces in it as well as sliced grapes. Very tasty!!

Love this location! Very neat, clean and fast! I especially love the bread bowl broccoli soup. It is so good! So is the Acai tea.

This review could easily generalize to any other Panera because they are all pretty much exactly the same. I was happy when this Panera opened its doors in Longmont a few years ago. As far as chains go, I thought that this was a decent one. I suppose it is, but I'd still rather go to just about any locally-owned store or bakery with an ounce of its own personality. What I've since discovered: * It feels like a cafeteria. * The coffee is tasteless. * The bagels are subpar. * If you look at the nutritional info online for soups/sandwiches, etc., the fat and sodium content is off the CHARTS. Bleh.

I am not usually drawn to franchises, nor to write reviews about franchises. But... I meet a colleague here on a fairly regular basis. Not because we are drawn here by fantastic food (average) or service (more about that) but because of location and the ability to meet here for 4 hours and not feel we are cramping their style. Today, the coffee was bland. And my serving of the clam chowder had one piece of clam in it. So combined with the fishy smell of the chowder, the lack of clams made me think it was potato chowder that was beginning to turn..... Backing up--when we arrived my friend and I were standing back away from the counter, a good 12 feet or so, and having a nice "how have you been" chat and the counter person calls out to us " What can I get for you?". Come on, really? Can't you see we are not ready to order? Sorry, I always feel the need to comment on lack of as well as over service. I promise you, the only reason we go there is the location and the ability to take up space for a few hours. But that may change very soon.

Decent food, helpful staff, a separate "community room" that you can reserve, warm fireplace for rainy days, free wi-fi, this place has it all. The features are secondary to the staff, though - there is no substitute for good people who make you feel welcome, and this place has that in spades.

Okay, the food is just like it is at any other Panera. I will say unlike a local bakery at least you can get the nutritional values online. The reason I give this one a 2 is because I came here for an afternoon of work and the internet keeps dropping/timing out. It isn't just my device either because I am on two different computers. I am leaving here to head to Buzz Coffee (where I should have went in the first place) but I wanted a salad from here for lunch so this is where I ended up.

I go to Panera once a month. Primarily for the free wi-fi and meeting space for a writing group. I typically get a drink and a bagel or pastry. Last week, I decided to get a sandwich and salad. Worse decision ever. The Sesame Chicken Salad consisted mostly of lettuce cores, severely wilted cilantro, chicken dressed in their fruity salad dressing then in the sesame dressing. I took the salad up to the counter and the staff informed me that there was nothing wrong with my salad, that the lettuce and cilantro were fresh. The half of a roast beef sandwich consisted of one slice of roast beef and a slice of cheddar. For $9, I expect more sandwich filling than that and a far better salad. I think I will be sticking with my usual dinner elsewhere before the writing group.

It's a panera, same food as other paneras. I love their black bean veggie soup and the french onion is the best. Their coffee sucks but they have decent food and great wifi. I frequently meet business partners for meetings here so It works well.

Food is Ho-Hum, but I'm here for the WiFi (which works fine). Why don't more restaurants offer WiFi?

Went there today. Try out the 2 deal meal. Although place was busy and pack, Service was fast and good. Got couple soups. French onion soup taste to salty, cream broccoly was good. Sandwich was so small. omg like 3 bite and gone. the french bread was good but the outer layer is hard. overall, its ok.

The ambiance is awesome. The service is very professional and very courteous. The food is awesome. Why only 4 stars? The serving size is too small, or the price we pay for that quantity is too high.
