I had read some mixed reviews for MM and needed to find out for myself how it was for my family. We called in our order, no delivery as we are just outside the delivery area. Service on the phone was good, not over the top, but got the job done. I was told 25 minutes. Showed up in 25 minutes, and there were our pizzas ready to go. Paid and out the door. Got home, time for the test. Kids pizza. cheese. All thumbs up for the cheese. The parents. 2 thumbs up for the Hawaiian. Won't hesitate to come back.

Pretty low quality overall and actually didn't taste that good. A little putrid or something actually, though it smelled very good with the herbs on it and the service was very friendly (though, so am I, and what you give is what you get too, so...)

Call Domino's, Blackjack, Pizza Hut, anyone but these people. In December we ordered a pizza, and it came with pepperoni. We didn't order it that way, Don't care for the flavor. Called and told them politely that we got it, didn't like it, and such. Was told to "mention this to Heather" when (if) we ordered again and she would take care of the problem. Wow. OK. So, last Thursday, February 13th, we gave them another try. Ordered our usual, referenced the "mention this to Heather" comment the woman taking the order. So, our total came to $20 and change. "Uh, I thought Heather was going to do something for us" was my response. "She gave you a free topping" was the reply. $1.50 off. Boy. Now that's over the top. (sarcasm) Whatever. Hungry. Told 35-45 minutes for delivery, even though they are about a two minute drive from here. We start the movie and wait. At about 50 minutes after ordering, the phone rings. It's them. Seems that Billy Joe Slackjaw, their delivery driver couldn't find our house despite the fact I told them EXACTLY HOW TO GET THERE! We have one of those flashing "your speed is" on the corner of our well illuminated property, with two vehicles in the well illuminated driveway, and they were told what they were. I told them to forget it. Keep the pizza, credit my card. They screwed up the second time. I don't offer thirds. Yet to see a credit. That call comes next. Ken Hutchison 303-809-5345

    * I just want to leave a note on this review, I plan on revisiting this in the future after I try it again. So Ive eaten food from here about 3 times, today I was wanting it to be the forth, and I usually wouldn't order pizza from somewhere that many times if I didn't think it was awesome. So dont get my wrong my review here is not because the food sucks, its because the service leaves much to be desired. Every-time Ive ordered from this place, there is a lady who takes my order who seems to hate taking orders over the phone, she must hate customers because she is severely rude every-time I call and I usually can see past it because the food is delicious, but at this point im not sure they really want to be in business. Every-time ive ordered, it has been well over 50 bux. At that rate ive probably spent easily a few hundred bucks here and I can't recall one time when the order taker was even slightly polite. If you read my reviews I don't ever bash a place because of the service or food, but it does make me really upset when all I want is to eat at a place because their food is good but I can't even get past the lady who takes the orders on the phone. The last time I ordered she didn't even know prices of items on the menu, and got frustrated when I paused to ask my group if they wanted extra sodas so she put my on hold for a good few mins. This is just strait rude. I just got back into writing reviews since moving out here to CO, and living in a small town its hard to find good places to eat but when you do, you usually stick with them. But when a business doesn't care about the front person, the person taking orders on the phone, it usually means they don't care about the business or the people coming in either. Im sure as a business owner you care about money but people and customers drives business. I know im just one person, and the rest of the people in the area are stuck ordering from 1 of 3-4 places but I don't plan on ordering from a business that doesn't care enough to put someone who actually gives a hoot on the phone taking orders. The food isn't that good, and i Know they are busy often with delivery times longer than an hour but its only a matter of time before the word gets out and no one calls back. As a longmont patron of restaurants I know it has to be hard to run one in this area, and most of the businesses I go to really care about their customers, some of them even know me by name which is awesome in a small town. But thats not what makes me come back, its the regular all together all in experience I get when I visit or become a customer of a business. Ill try Mama Meads one more time but I can't get a little bit of patience and the slightest bit of hospitality I don't intend on giving them anymore of my business. Also when you set business hours you should try to observe them, if you say your going to open at 11 then you should answer the phone at 11, or change or message and say you will be closed for the day or for an hour or twitter that your closing because of weather, dont just ignore people.

One of the best places I have eaten in town for Italian food. The eggplant is simply delicious. The salads are fresh and filling. The staff is gracious and very helpful. They recognize us by name when we walked in. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and my friends as well. Heather, you have done a fantastic job in this restaurant. Keep up the good work.

We tried pizza last night from here and overall it was good but not jaw dropping. Typical NY style pizza- seemed a little thin on sauce, cheese and toppings for my likings. Ordered an 18" one and unbelievably was not that filling after having 3 pieces each. The huge crust on the outside was more than I care for. Overall not bad but not the greatest either. Other people may like it more than we did I would suspect. The crust really tasted like flour with some bites which was rather odd to me.

Had the 18" Mama's Deluxe. Nice big pie thin crust but not crispy. Good sauce and fresh toppings. Nothing really got me excited about this pie but it was good toppings for the deluxe include, Pepperoni, sausage, green pepper, onion & mushroom. Much better than the previous pizza places in here and totally new people and pies.
