We decided to try after seeing the positive reviews, but I agree with a review farther down that I didn't see before we left. We thought it was overpriced and just ok. I would rather have headed to Boulder or even to Outback, sorry but we won't try again. Staff was very accommodating and friendly but the food wasn't worth it.

Bento box good. Sushi not so good.

Nice people, bad sashimi and way overpriced in general for dinner. Hate to say it, but avoid this place.

Sushi special for lunch for $9.99 was the real deal. I had mine with spicy tuna rolls (6 pc), 3 pc of Nigiri (Yellowtail, Salmon, and Ahi), a house salad and a bowl of Miso soup. Sushi chef was very personable and offered us spicy crab tasting for free. Rare find to be enjoyed again on next visit.

I visit this restaurant about once every two weeks. This is a fabulous place to eat and I take all my friends and family here. They have the best sushi in all of Boulder and Longmont. I can't speak much for their other food since I always get sushi, but hubby loves their Thai dishes. They remember your name, what your preferences are for food and are friendly too. They have a fabulous lunch menu which is very reasonable on price. Their prices are right in line with other sushi places, but I think their sushi tastes the best of all the other restaurants in the area.

It was my birthday, and I chose Sushi. When I have a birthday, the birthday goes for a week. A week long birthday within which I get to do things that I want to do. I had a flash that I wanted to go out to dinner on a Tuesday evening. This is not a normal choice in my household, going out on a Tuesday. Many of my friends go out to eat all the time. In my house, it seems more like a treat. In some ways, we are just a little too predictable, you know what I mean? First, we wound out by Prospect, a contemporary housing area in Longmont, looking for the Sushi place there, but, in a flash of inspiration I decided to check out Kho's. So, off we went. We parked, got turned around, went to the wrong door, and then entered through the building's entrance - rather than the patio door they have for outdoor seating. (ooops) The best thing about the dinner experience was the food and a close 2nd was the service's sense of humor which was non-stop (on leaving they kept suggesting that we would see other the next evening). I enjoyed the repartee as it was not intrusive yet kept things somewhat light heartened and warm, as if we were old clients who had been there before. We had Miso soup and salads. The salad was more like a desert, with mangos, brown sugar and such. I kept eating it all even though my wife and I were supposed to be sharing. The sushi was fine and the texture was great. Sometimes, when I order Tuna it seems as if I could chew it for 5 minutes without breaking it all down. At Kho's, everything went smooth and tasted great. What this means for me? I now have three Sushi places in Longmont, CO that I will go to.

Best sushi I have had in Colorado to date. Seems to be very fresh, and always flavorful. The staff are very attentive - beverages rarely get empty. Not just a sushi shop, they have a wide range of Asian dishes - sure to be something for even the pickiest eater. A pleasant surprise - if you order sushi, they bring out a sample near the end of the meal. Usually one of the specials for the day. Be sure to check out the other restaurant owned by the same people - Sakura.

My family loves this restaurant's noodle bowls. The restaurant is clean and the service is quick, and there's a lot of variety. It is a bit on the expensive side, but the food is worth it.

This place is fantastic! We ended up finding it because another sushi place was closed and we were so pleasantly surprised! We will definitely be making this our regular Longmont sushi place! Thefish was amazing especially the salmon and the pieces of fish were very generous. the prices are reasonable and the service is great. They have a nice patio with a beautiful mountain view. We were here at sunset and it was a perfect setting. I highly recommend it to any sushi lover!

An unexpected yet pleasant finding, Kho's was the menu of choice for lunch. This pan-Asian restuarant is neatly tucked away from any traffic in a plaza-condo between CO-119 and Clover Basin. Offering a wide-range of dishes from the Pacific Rim - Pad Thai, Singapore Noodles, Sushi, and Kung Pao Chicken are just some of the items making their appearance. Scanning their menu I decided to go for the Penang Chow Kueh Teow with Chicken. When the waitress arrived I placed my order and was subsequently asked what I would like for soup? Suprised by the question as I thought the soup was going to be extra I discovered that for $7.95 you get a meal, soup and salad for lunch! Of their choice of soups - miso, hot & sour, pork dumpling and egg drop - I chose the second on their list. The hot & sour soup was pretty good and the other appetizer for the table was the Roti Canai, a Malaysian crispy style roti with curry sauce dip - basically it looked like a flaky Indian paratha for those of you in the know about Indian cuisine and it wasn't bad either. In a short time later, my noodles arrived to my delight and I was impressed by the proportions sitting in front of me - had I taken my left-overs with me it would have served its purpose as my dinner too! Overall, this place met my needs for something unique, different, and delicious for a business meeting over lunch. I give this place four stars for offering a wide variety of Asian cuisine under one roof, the attentive service I received despite the place being jammed for lunch, the price and the overall experience I had with my meal. If you just happen to be in Longmont for no apparent reason and are lost for what to eat, this is the place to be.

The Malaysian and Singaporean dishes here are amazing and the curries are pretty good. I usually come here for lunches and the specials are great. These are hard working and very friendly people but without the fake friendliness we are used to see in other restaurants. No fake smiles here and I love it! This is for sure my go to Asian Restaurant in Longmont.

We've been to Kho's several times over the last few years and we're always pleased. The sushi is very good. Service is friendly and attentive. We usually get a couple free pieces of sushi from the chef. I don't think we've ever had to wait for a table. It's clean. I won't say that I've ever been "blown away" - but it's always good. I'll make note next time of the names of the rolls we get. Often times their special rolls are the best!

Disappointed. Worse serving than food. Recommend ! the owner should start the employee service training.

Wow this place is awful. The tuna in the sushi is brown, not even sure that's safe. I am amazed by reading the other reviews, everyone in my party agrees, we are not coming back.

I went there two weeks ago with two others. I ordered Malaysian food, the second person ordered sushi and the the third person ordered sesame chicken, and everyone liked their food! Needless to say, their menu is extensive. The food is quite well prepared and the service was incredibly friendly. Would definitely go back if I am hankering for Asian food while in Longmont.

My husband and I have been here several times. We seem to always order sushi and have been quite pleased with the quality. Make sure to try one of the specialty rolls (noted on a special menu on the table), they are amazing. The service is great! A couple of times they even brought us extra sushi just to try for fun! Make sure to park around the back of the building. The entrance is inside the building. They also have some outdoor seating for when it's nice outside. Nothing super fancy about the place, just good food and good service at an affordable price. They also have room for a big group if your looking for that.

Suspicious of restaurants that serve too many different kinds of Asian food? I always am. So it was helpful to find out that the staff is from Malaysia - and that's what I'll stick to. Unless I have some intense craving for some other generic stuff (i.e. any fried and sauced chicken dish, which they do a better job of than Tasty Asia). The chicken curry in the Malaysian section of the menu is what I recommend. If you're unhappy with a dish that's outside of their specialty, lesson learned. Bottom line: 4 stars for the Malaysian food. You're looking at "a-ok" or less for the other items.

Easily my shortest review ever: Get the "Check It Out Roll". Not much more needs to be said. Excellent service, fresh fish, cant go wrong.

After just moving to Longmont, I was hoping to find a good Asian restaurant. Unfortunately, this was not it... My wife got the Chicken Pad Thai, the chicken came out tender but no flavors... We shared a Shrimp tempura and for $7.00+ you get two battered shrimps, 1 sliced sweet potato, a piece of onion and a broccoli. I thought the portion was weak but then the batter was even worse, they did not use Panko bread crumbs and it came out spongy as you bite into it... I had the Beef Pennang noodles, it looked good but the beef was over cooked and chewy; oddly, a little cold. Overall food came out surprisingly bland... and very unusual in Asian cuisine to have to add more seasonings... Service is non-existence, no structure as to how they bring the difference courses out. It is unlikely that we will dine here again... I had high hopes.

My family and I LOVE this place! We usually eat here around twice a month and feel the food is always fresh, tasty and authentic. The staff here are wonderful, always smiling and offering samples of sushi rolls to try on the house. This place is a hidden gem in Longmont, the only negative is the location as I don't think most people in Longmont know about it as it is on the backside of a building. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

Was recommended to us by a friend - had a lot higher expectations for this place. The sushi smelled fishy (got spicy tuna, Alaskan rolls) and the orange chicken was loaded in batter and not very flavorful.

Had dinner here with 6 other frens, on Saturday July 23rd 2011. Time for the dinner was 18:15hrs. I was quite surprised that apparently on that day, and on that time, this establishment is relatively empty. After browsing the menu for abit, we decide to opt for Family Dining Style so at least everyone get the chance on what Kho's Asian Bistro has to offer. We opt for : * Hot and Sour Soup * Rendang Beef * Penang Chow Kueh Teow * Chicken Curry * Nasi Lemak * Penang Udang Mee During that dinner, the chef offer our table free on the house sushi rolls for the group to share. Our main entrees all comes with Salad. So here is the breakdown of how I feel and taste about the food. The hot and sour soup, is slightly salty. It contains chunks of mushrooms slices and soft tofu in the soup. The Penang Udang Mee, though a couple of my other frens who are not part of the group that evening have raved about this dish, it was not as good as I could recall when I ate the REAL Penang Udang Mee back in PENANG, one of the states in Penisular Malaysia. Nevertheless, the amount they gave us are plenty with pieces of fish, shrimps, slices of fish cakes, hard-boild eggs and bean sprouts. I so wish, this Penang Udang Mee, could be more spicier. Next the Chicken Curry. The Chicken Curry comes with Tater Tots mixed with the Malaysian Curry Spice. For this dish, its just an A-OK for me. For the Rendang Beef which I forgot to take picture of this, the flavor is there. But I so wish, the beef could be more tender, or perhaps they should opt for a different cut of beef for this dish. When I ask the feedback from my Singaporeans frens I was surprised that my frens told me, they prefer the Rendang Beef that I ever cooked for them. The Penang Chow Kueh Teow, is how I could recall. Flavorful with the spice level just how I like it. SPICY-GOOD! For this Penang Chow Kueh Teow, we opt it with Shrimp. Next is the Nasi Lemak. Though I did not actually taste the actual coconut rice that comes with it, the dishes they put in this nasi lemak dish, is flavorful, with the right kind of spice and one of my Indonesian fren note to me, the Nasi Lemak, is more like Nasi Campur for us who are used to this kind of Cuisine back in South East Asia. This Nasi Lemak actually its a BIG ENTREE on its own, with Fried Eggs, Chili Fried Anchovy, Sambal Shrimp, Curry Chicken, Peanuts, Slice of Cucumber and Slice of Tomatoes. All in all, this establishment can achieve 4 stars in my books, but there is definitely room for improvement to WOW my taste buds. I dont mind returning when needed to this establishment. I do hope they will prosper in many more years to come for the Longmont Dining Community and those who know Malaysian cuisine. By the end of the evening, I also purchased a dish named as Sambal Shrimp ($16.95). But I ask the owner, for the chef, to cook it with Chicken so Hubs can taste and I am also curious about this dish. From the looks of it, this dish comes with slices of vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, long beans and mushrooms. They saute the slices of Chicken with their (Malaysian spicy paste). Hubs does not fancy it at all. Its just an A-OK dish for me, with the right spice level. But still I am intrigued by this Sambal. Hmmm....

One rule to live by: When you're a thousand miles from the ocean, don't order sushi!! It will not be fresh and I don't care what the other reviews say!! Needless to say, I did NOT order sushi. I ordered a curry dish that was supposed to be Thai style. My wife ordered something that was supposed to be Chinese. I don't remember exactly as this was about a month ago. Sorry. Anyway, the food was pretty bad! I didn't even finish mine, which is completely unlike me. My wife never finishes hers, but she barely touched it. Service was so-so, prices were okay, but there's really no need to consider a place if the foow is horrible.

I am sorry. Sushi is alright but the food itself is uneatable.. I was there with 3 of my friends and we ordered the lunch tray. OMG there is a layer of oil on everything you order right from the soup to the entree to the curry. The only decent non-oily part of the lunch tray was the salad. This is not hte first time this has happened. I work in Longmont and have been there thrice, it is the same oily food all the time. I am not going back here again. I have given it enough chances and i do not see any changes. The service is horrible too.. The waitresses are so bored.. I feel they are being forced to work there..

I used to work close to Kho's so we started going there for lunch. Their Sushi is very good, some of the best I've had in Colorado; always fresh. Nothing stands out as OMG you have to have it, but you'll be happy and have safe Sushi experience here. My wife and I, and sometimes the kids, go here at least 1 or 2 times a month. We order different things, and everything is very good. My wife and I though have fallen in love with their Penang Udang Me soup. It's in the top 2 of soups I have ever had. We both crave it when it's cold out or we don't fell so good (i.e. chicken soup replacement) It's not for everyone, as a friend wife hated it, so make sure you like spicy seafood tasting soup if you are going to try it. But I bet if you don't like it, they'll bring you something else. One thing that makes Kho's a 5 star review is their service. These are some of the nicest staff you will ever hope to meet. They are VERY accommodating, very polite and very prompt. I really can't say enough good things about the staff. For example my daughter really like Miso Soup, and normally wants it for dinner. So we asked them if she could get a big bowl of it like they serve the kids chicken noodle soup in. They didn't hesitate to do this for us. I admit, I don't even know what they charged us for it as at that point I didn't really care. My daughter was happy, and we were happy. Also when I order things to go, they normally will be very nice and bring me a beverage (hot tea, ice tea, soda, etc..) and not charge me for it. You really just don't find service like this many places any more.

What makes Kho's such a pleasure is how welcome they make us feel when we walk through the door. And that is why we have been regulars since they opened. If you like the usual Kung Pao, Sweet & Sour, Teriyaki stuff, stick to PF Chang's. The hot lick is the Malaysian. Sushi is among the best in town, maybe a close second to Sakura's. The staff is very friendly so if you prefer surly service for sub par cuisine ,dine in Boulder..

We went out for Mexican, changed our minds to sushi right before hitting the parking lot, tried two other restaurants that were closed (stupid Sunday in Longmont), and ended up at Kho's. You definitely wouldn't spot this place from Hover unless you knew what you were looking for, but it's not hard to find. We went in just wanting sushi, but ended up getting the lunch special... Soup, salad, egg roll, cucumber salad, 3 piece sushi roll, rice, and an entree. Basically whole lotta food for $10. Everything we had was terrific... It seems most of the time when you try a lot of different things at a new restaurant there is that one item that just isn't very good- Not so here. While the food was really good, what will keep us coming back is the awesome staff. The waitresses were attentive, friendly, and sweet, and the owner/ sushi chef (I'm assuming) even came over and bumped elbows with us. Literally. He also set us up with a taste of the salmon skin roll, which was really tasty and much appreciated. Definitely can't wait to go back for a real sushi trip... If the sushi passes with flying colors, this review will definitely be bumped up another star :)

Your standard southeast Asian/sushi fusion restaurant. The sushi wasn't too shabby if you like more creative sushi rolls. I enjoyed the hot and sour soup also, which I feel is usually a good indication of how the rest of the food is going to be. Just a good place over all if you're looking to get your Asian food fix.

It is funny that I am giving 4 stars this time, because I really wasn't crazy about my food. This time I tried TomYung? fried rice. It is the fried rice with lemongrass paste. Rice was good, meat portions hefty just like in my Pad Thai last time (this dish comes with shrimp and chicken no extra charge). After eating this dish I figured out I am really not a lemon person, so I like lemongrass in moderation and you can really taste it in this dish. Not their fault I didn't like it because there was too much lemon for me! Again, egg drop soup was DELICIOUS!!!!! They offered a free sample of sushi again, but I am just not a sushi person. I do want to say that their lunch menu is limited and the $9.95 is high. I tried to get a paper menu, but they didn't have any. From what I remember, almost all dishes were a rice or noodle dish. So no stir fry dishes, which I thought was strange. The portions are not really lunch portions though, I could likely eat one dish for 2-3 days. ***One more note, I actually didn't start out heading for this restaurant. I wanted Indian so went to both Taste of India and Everest, BOTH WERE CLOSED on Mondays.

We aren't in Longmont very often, but when we are, we always go to Kho's. I am a big fan of Malaysian food, and this is one of the flew places to find it on the Front Range. Roti Canai (a tasty pancake-ish bread you dip in curry) is one of my favorite dishes of all time, and Kho's is the best in this area. The sushi has always been good and at a decent price and everthing else we have tried on the menu has been dandy. We wish this place was closer to home. Longmontians, appreciate what you have here and go get some Roti.

I can only say I've had the Pad Thai and the Miso soup here (twice). I am giving it four stars because the food has so far been delicious and the service is outstanding. My Google map showed it in the wrong place so I drove around most of my lunch break trying to find it (yeah I know, since Longmont is such a HUGE city). I was desperate for Pad Thai though, so I finally called to get directions. The girl who answered the phone was the sweetest and most helpful person. She got me there and even took my order while I was on the phone so I wouldn't have to wait when I got there. I found it no problem and the few minutes I had to wait the sushi chef offered me a free roll. Everyone was very friendly and it turned all my frustrations around. I look forward to trying more tasty Asian dishes at Kho's and really value the staff's attitude.

The place is a little hard to find, and google maps didn't really help much. It's kinda tucked behind the Outback that's right off the street. The place is in one of those residential up top, business on bottom type buildings. Wifey and I was in search for a decent place in L town for linner, and this place had pretty good reviews so we gave it a try. Since this was around 3:30 in the afternoon on Saturday, we had the place to ourselves. They have an expansive menu, one for SE-Asia cuisine, another for sushi with pictures to show you what some look like, and then a daily specials whiteboard with pictures also. Depending on your taste, it's pretty all-inclusive for all things Asian. The two of us ordered the "Check it out roll", the Kobe Beef roll (special of the day), couple orders of salmon nigiri for sushi appetizer, and for main course we shared the Black Pepper Steak over Rice and the Thai Pineapple Fried Rice. Both main courses came with choice of soup and the usual ginger-sesame dressing salad. Forget the usual wonton soup you get at Chinese restaurants, theirs is a dumpling soup. Yes, steamed dumplings in their wonton soup. Good stuff. Salad is wasted, I hate the dressing, it doesn't matter what place it's from. For F sakes, kill the salad and save some cost. Check-it-out roll was...pretty damn good, definitely got the taste buds going. The salmon pieces on the nigiri were nice and thick, not like your dollar-piece nigiri specials. Kobe beef roll was very good, lightly seared, mushroom and asparagus inside. We got a piece of tiger roll on the house, and we agreed to get an order of that on our next visit. I'd have to say their sushi is a solid B+. The black peppered steak was good, but I really enjoyed the fried rice. It was very fragrant, and had a good balance of sweet and savory. The only thing they could have done better was to add a bit more cashews for texture. I found myself wanting the crunchy texture with every bite. Easily one of the best Asian restaurants in Longmont...I'd know, I used to be in the same business in the same town. Wifey asked me what Gordon would say about this place and I think they'd get more customers if they lowered their prices by 10-15% and cut the portion size equally. Our bill was nearly 80 dollars for the two of us without alcohol, and had enough leftovers for another meal. In a small town like Longmont, people are more conservative with their money on meals and would rather take a worse substitute to get more for their money. Trim the excess and focus on serving great tasting food at a decent price. P.S. get a sign on the road that points to where the place is.

I've had all good meals here 4-5 times, mainly the cooked Malaysian dishes and sushi/rolls from the sushi bar; the sushi rolls are especially creative and tasted outstanding. Pretty sure the owners are Malaysian so while I would not call it a 100% authentic Japanese sushi bar menu, however they offer a good fresh fish selection and prepare all the dishes with great quality and flavor. Good atmosphere for a family friendly establishment and reasonable prices. Staff is attentive and friendly.

A friend recommended Sakura in Longmont and they were closed, so we decided to go to Kho's instead since apparently they have the same owner. They were very nice and I really wanted to like them, but.... It was by far the worst sushi I have ever had. I had to go to the bathroom and spit my baked scallop out because I thought I was going to be sick! We had Toro (fatty tuna) which we usually love, but it was very tough and not at all like the Toro we've had elsewhere. As much as I want to try Sakura, I am afraid to now, and I don't think I'll have a sushi craving again any time soon. The seaweed salad was a large portion and very good, and the miso soup was great too. Their Kho's Special roll was okay- was the first roll we had so I had not lost my appetite yet. I feel like it's essential for the sushi chef to taste the fish before using it so as to be sure it has not gone bad. Maybe this experience was an anomaly (it seems that the other reviewers here were impressed), but I felt sick for the rest of the evening....

When I first moved to Colorado, I assumed I would slowly waste away, unable to find premium sushi in this landlocked location. Happily, after decades of sampling sushi all over the world, at high and low end places -- a dirty job -- I find myself greedily sucking it down in a modest sushi paradise in the foothills of the Rockies OF ALL PLACES. Naturally my friends think I am lying to avoid the shame of living within five miles of a fast food strip. I've been a regular (at least three times a month) at Kho's ever since it opened. I was already a Sakura regular, and still go there too. The same family runs both. I have also eaten often - Lord knows why - in the noisy, overpriced and under-par Pearl Street sushi establishments of Boulder. Trendy, sure. If that's your most important criteria and you could care less if the sushi is mediocre, then eat in Boulder as you may not like the unpretentious joints of Longmont. Kho's has a bistro atmosphere that's definitely more ambient than the no-frills Sakura, thus a better place to take business colleagues or clients. Ask for a booth at the front (opposite the sushi bar) or the back windows, if you are entertaining. The kitchen is in the center and not well screened, and there is also a wait staff work station there, which I avoid sitting near. I really wish management would do something more meaningful than the pathetic pink doorway curtains to hide the kitchen. I don't eat at Kho's for the hot menu, which is a tad expensive by local standards and not spectacular, although I do enjoy the very spicy squid, which I barbarize by dipping into eel sauce. At Kho's I also special order salmon collar (it is not on the menu but they will cook it for you by request). It is quite simply stunning; crispy sweet perfection...drool. If you have never sampled one but you enjoy cooked salmon, take a chance. I adore seaweed salad, and the serving here is large enough for two people to share, with delicious cucumber chunks marinated in the bottom of the bowl. The dressing is a tad on the sweet side, but probably aimed at American tastes. My real fix, however, is the sushi and sashimi. Invariably Kho's serves up immaculately sliced fish, always fresh, and in generous quantities. I love that that the fish portion is larger than the rice, unlike the stingy "balance" typical in Boulder sushi bars. So, what's great at Kho's? Well worth requesting is the "Black Pearl Roll" - a lip smacking treat for anyone who loves a well balanced spicy/hot sushi experience, and beautiful to behold. It is not listed on the menu - but the chef / owner will make it by request. If it's his night off, the chef owner at Sakura can give instruction to whomever is at the sushi counter - he invented it to celebrate the Johnny Depp movie. For diners craving more subtle ( safer ) flavors, the "Lucky 7 Roll" is a crowd pleaser with a crisp tempura shrimp center, avocado, and salmon as the main flavors. Another yummy-and-not-scary treat is the "Lucky Charm Roll" - usually a special. The nigiri sushi is always good. If you are a fan of unagi, don't hesitate - tender, large and delicious portions... some of the best unagi I have eaten anywhere. All the sushi is good, although there is not the very biggest variety. I'm a big hamachi fan, and have occasionally been disappointed with its texture at Kho's, just FYI. The sashimi is sliced somewhere between hira zukuri and ito zukuri thickness. It's not always 5 star in its plate appeal and uniformity. If you want the extra chunky style cut, you will need to ask for it. The range includes all the usual suspects, but there is an absence of the more adventurous novelties and presentation seen in San Francisco and Canadian joints. I freely admit I pine at times for the shameless creative splendors of a meal at Mashiko (Seattle). But for simple pleasures, the "seared tuna" sashimi at Kho's has never been over-seared or rubbery and the shiro maguro (white tuna) is better than almost any sin I can think of - eat it sparingly since the fat content is pretty high. I could go on.. but this is already a tome. I recommend Kho's. I can't give 5 stars since it's lacking in a few areas in terms of atmosphere, location, and creativity. I also think in today's economy, it is a tad pricey for a Longmont restaurant. Still, I have very seldom been disappointed in the food quality and that really matters when I eat at a place three or four times a month, for years.

This place is great! The food is always superb and the service is very attentive. They are great with kids and always makes them feel special. We have found our new favorite sushi place in town. (don't order the spring rolls, not their specialty)

Staying at the holiday inn and decided to go check out kho's. We went in on a Saturday night at 9 and there was no one there except the employees. That concerned me a little. We knew they closed at 9:30 so we hurried and ordered our food and a to go order. Sushi deluxe White steamed rice Brown rice Chicken satay Egg drop soup Miso soup Salad Panang curry Red curry Thai spicy Edamame The edamame had WAY too much salt on them and it was just Morton's iodized salt. Not the typical course sea salt. The egg drop soup was good. Not too thick but not too thin. The salads were very good, I've never had the lemony dressing. Miso soup was as it should be as well. The chicken satay was a little disappointing though. It was tempura instead of the typical grilled chicken. It was still good just not what we expected. The first Panang curry we ordered was way too spicy. They fixed another that was very mild and tasted good. The chicken in the curry was a little weird though, like rubbery texture. It wasn't fatty just has an odd texture to it. The red curry was even stranger. It came on a bed of lettuce, mixed with tomatoes, chicken, onions and tater tots. Tater tots?!?!?! Very strange, I've never had tater tots on my curry. The curry had a good flavor and was spicy just how I like it but once again the chicken was off. No complaints on the sushi or rice.
