As an old fan of Jack in the Box (living in Texas and all) and hearing that they had one up in Longmont, I had to go check it out. The food was fairly good for the price and they even have a much nicer decor than the ones down in Texas. Having said that, the staff were fairly non-attentive and refused to help me, making me go to the self-serve console. I thought this was fairly uncool.

Not good at all...burgers are bland...rings taste like fries, fries taste like rings, shakes not good either... Went once when they first opened, didn't like it then. I thought maybe I'd try em again and nothing has changed.

Jack in the Box is supposed to be "fast food"...this place receives a 1 star rating for not living up to it's barest of expectations...that it at least be fast. My visit yesterday took 18 minutes for a value meal. No special instructions...no big order..just a number 11 and a cheeseburger. 18 minutes. When I did get the order, they had run out of large FF boxes so I got two smalls...so not only did I shorted on fries but they were ice cold to boot. Sorry Jack, the Five Guys across the street will have my business from here on in.

What other fast food place can you get breakfast food at 10:30PM? I normally always order Sausage Croissants from here, mainly because I can. I am the kind of person who loves fast food breakfast, and the fact I can get it anytime day or night, that says something right there. Normally there is a small wait, but isn't freshly cooked food worth waiting for? For the most part, the people working here have been friendly. I don't think I've ever waited over 5 minutes for my food, and that's stuff they've had to cook fresh at 10:30PM. I really like going here, and I do every chance I get.

Horrible. This place needs to go away already. The staff is rude and full of immature hoodlums that don't give two shits about you or your order. When they do actually get your order right its gross and not properly cooked/held and you spend the next day on the toilet saying "why did I go back to Jack in the Box??" And I only gave them 1 star because you cannot select zero.

I think this may be my favorite fast food restaurant...ever. I am seriously a fan of their sirloin burgers (minus the mayo sauce, anyway). They're juicy, flavorful...and fast food. It sound weird, but it's true. They have random items (avoid the tacos, they're kinda eww) on their menu (the churros are pretty good!) and serve their entire menu, all day (just like every other Jack In the Box). But...well, if I'm going to go through a drive through, I'd rather pick Jack's.

Ho man another place open late that serves tacos. These are cooked the old school So-Cal way, with the ingredients in larger yellow corn tortillas and fried crisp. Dangerous for late nights, let me tell you :-)

Went by after work. Lady wouldn't give me a minute to look at the menu. Not to mention she basically dumped my fries in the bag.

I was here today and i absolutly was enraged with how stupid all the staff was. The lady i ordered with put a 5 dollar combo on my order that i never even said and every 3 seconds she was like gesus christ. Like really. She was pathetic. The ice machine didnt work. A homeless guy came in high on something then they were basically fighting with him. Poor excuse of staff. I hope this place goes down.

Horrible experience every time I've gone they weren't able to make my burgers or my fries. The excuse was that they were cleaning. This has Happened multiple times so they have lost my business.

I love jack in the box and was so excited when they started popping back up in Colorado! My favorite treat Chicken fajita pita! Yum! Eggs rolls are also really good. If I'm going to eat fast good this is where I prefer to go. The only issue is that they employees have a very difficult time getting orders correct. HINT: Always check your drive thru order more often than not it will be incorrect. I also wish that it was they would open one on the South West side of Longmont. Still I'm going to give them a four start rating...now if we could just get IN and OUT burger in Colorado!

Oh how I remember Jack In The Box! The first time I had it I have to say I didn't like it much. My cousin bought some of their tacos and a hamburger for us to share. He loved it but I thought it was gross. Especially the tacos! A couple of years went by and virtually all of the Jack In The Box locations were shut down in Colorado. The one I went to in Fort Collins though was closed before the massive closures because of failure to comply with health regulations. Great, that is the one we ate at too! Even more years went by and Jack In The Box made a slow return back to Colorado. I avoided it though after remembering those tacos. I finally broke down and had some jalapeno poppers at a location in Seattle. Hmmm. It did taste better! But I still never became a regular. There still wasn't one in Fort Collins. The closest one was here in Longmont and I had other restaurant priorities to go to than Jack In The Box. A couple of weeks ago a supervisor was handing out cards where you could get 10% off of your order till the end of June at Jack In The Box. Not wanting to waste I went ahead and went to the Longmont location. I was at a loss at what to order so I went ahead with the tacos. Throwing caution to the wind. Hmmm not bad, not bad at all! They made improvements! Everyone seems friendly except some of the staff when they thought no one was listening were talking about topics like one's private love life and how they are looking for another job. lol! Not too professional but at least I wasn't sent into dry heaves so it's all good. Since I got this discount card I have made two visits here thus far. Real nice bonus that they are open 24 hours! I might be converted!
