They seem to hire staff who listens well, is presentable, and that can actually get an order right. They have fresh flowers at every table, it is always clean, and the atmosphere is friendly. They are family friendly. Oh! And the chicken is addictively good!

This is a great fast food place. Food is good and staff is outstanding. Service is top notch and it's the only fast food place where staff will offer to get you refills and remove trays.

Best chicken nuggets. Wish they let you refill your drinks like all other fast food places.

This was probably the best fast-food experience I've ever had. Not only was the food good (as it always is at Chick Fil A), the service was better than I usually have at sit-down restaurants! It was very clean and the interior was very well done. The play area is great -- very clean and only for 3 and under crowd, which is a very welcome change from the McDonald's insanity). All in all, we were very impressed.

This is going to sound crazy but I recently made the trek to Longmont (about a twice a year occurrence) to go to chick-fil-a. You see this was the 3rd year in a row that I have received a voucher for a free sandwich as a participant of the Bolder Boulder & I wanted to be sure to put it to good use. Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was ample parking was available (the drive thru was bumpin'). We entered the establishment and were pleased to see a short line, few patrons, and clean tables/floors. The folks behind the counter were on the young side (i'd say high school age) and had very tidy appearances. Now to the nitty gritty. The cashier forgot to put my drink into the computer which I found odd as this was the first thing I ordered. When II let her know she didn't seem particularly apologetic or concerned with her error (I do want to note that I did not see anyone i perceived to be a manager until we were leaving the restaurant). My partner was in line behind me and tagged the drink on to his order though we had intentionally divvied up what we were ordering/paying so as to share. When our orders were delivered my partner received a different sandwich than he ordered. At this time a long line had formed so I sat at the table all the while our food was getting cold. Something I found odd was that although this is a family friendly establishment i did not anticipate or expect to see children laying on the floor. A male team member helped my partner and switched out his sandwich after a short wait. Considering at this time that we'd been waiting quite a bit to eat I was surprised that my partner was not invited to keep the wrong sandwich he was initially given or maybe receive a complimentary side. This was my first experience at a chick-fil-a and I can't say that I plan to visit one again soon.

The stars perfectly highlight my experience, "Meh. I've experienced better." Not so much a grievance toward the quality of the food, but rather the service. Besides the one adult (over 18, at least by the looks of it) member of the staff, the manager, the place seemed to be overflowing with high school students, which is not a problem, but their experience or lack there of was. If I was to calculate the average age of people in the establishment, including guests, I would place it around 9, considering there were little kids running wild. Legit place for a young child - the play place looked fun. The Experience: I received some serious skepticism upon presenting a free chicken sandwich coupon, but was eventually able redeem my free sandwich after a few more hurdles. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, fries, a drink, and a load of sauces. Upon receiving the bill the fries and drink were not on the order. Round two: reordered the fries and drink. Finally I reached my table, thoroughly stoked for some awesome chicken sandwich, only to find I was given the wrong type (and missing a sauce). Round three: was able to trade the spicy chicken for the grilled chicken and obtained my buffalo sauce. Game time. The food was good, but I would recommend sticking with the friend chicken, it's what they do. The grilled chicken sandwich lured me with it's somewhat healthy attributes: lettuce and tomato, but in the end wasn't worth it, nothing special. Lettuce very ok. On the other hand, the chicken nuggets were great, as were the sauces to accompany. To my surprise, they actually do offer fountain drink refills. Topped the meal off with a reload of soda and a bit of dismay that I couldn't snag the free container of cheerios by the condiments, as they were only for children (I like the idea though).

This Chicky location has exceptional customer service! That's what really stood out during our visit. It's also very consistent in comparison to all the other branches out there as far as taste, quality, and atmosphere goes. The thing that really lead us here was the kids play area. The downer is that it's tiny and geared towards toddlers and not really any other age bracket besides the 12 month to 24 month range. 24 months might even be pushing it since there are a ton of bibbed babies and their over protective mothers during the time I went with the family. No biggie but it would be nice to let the kids blow off some steam while mommy-dear catches a break to finish up some emails on the mobile phone and eat. Oh well! One last gripe would be the beverage station and sauces. I'm use to Chick-fil-a's with the option to fill your own cup & grab sauces until you can't seem to grab no more! Totally a preference thing but they do try to compensate by having their awesome staff members circulate and ask patrons if they need anything which includes sauce, napkins, bags, and refills. I'd rather not bother with having someone take my stuff off my table. There's room for... manipulation... if you will. LOL! This location is nice and I'll be coming back for some more finger lickin' good chicken! Too bad they don't serve bone in treats. Darn ;)

After living in the south for a couple of years I became addicted to the strangely odd pickle flavored chicken at Chick fil A. I must say, this Longmont location is THE best Chick Fil A, and best fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I don't care if they are all religious, they make a damn great chicken sandwich, plus they are so damn nice. It's even a genuine nice, nit that fake smile you get from most all other foodservice places. Maybe everyone here is so happy because they know they get Sundays off, I don't know, but this is the most efficient, polite group of high school workers ever. I want to know their Jedi mind tricks to try it out on my own workers! I drive from Boulder into the country town of Longmont just for this place, oh and if my local bestbuy is out of something.

I really love Chic-fil-a, it was my brother's first job back East. Good food, and the people that run this place are really nice.

Love me a Chick-fil-A sammy. Hate the stupid plastic cow thing I put on my car antenna to get me a free one.

Spicy Chicken Nuggets tastes pretty good. It's not too spicy, but just a little to add some flavor. 8 pieces made me full. Waffle potato fries tastes better when it's not too hot. I agree it's the best fast food I had.

One of the better Chickfila restaurants. I asked for fresh cooked chicken nuggets, and after they gave my food they had a guy run out and ask if he could switch my food with the most fresh nuggets they had just to ensure that they would be perfect. Very good staff.

Well of COURSE it's awesome, it's freaking CHIK-FIL-A! I'm kinda pissed that I can't find a reason to drop a star on any of these places, but they're so good. The staff at this location especially are priceless. Love all of 'em. Awesome work guys!

Picked up take-out for lunch on Friday. The drive-thru line was long but being worked by a Team Member with a tablet before getting to the squalk-box; that sped things up considerably. I elected to go inside, and - surprisingly - nobody was in line at 11:50AM. In & out in less than 5 minutes. My cashier was new but did a great job. The food was the typically wonderful Chick-Fil-A fare that we've come to love in the Southeast. And, who doesn't look forward to being served with "My Pleasure!"

Truett Cathy would be proud, Well it's not the Dwarf House or Truett's, but for Longmont it's earth shattering good news as far as a quick and tasty drive thru. Wow, now I don't have to drive to Thornton for a waffle fry fix. This is just like all the other chick-fil-a locations, tasty chicken biscuits, nuggets, strips, and other things chicken. Waffle fries, fresh squeezed Lemonade and a plethora of sauces, I'm quite found of the Polynesian sauce myself. I went opening day, so everything was top notch, with pretty much a party going on inside, and a line of cars circling the restaurant. Hopefully it will stay consistent, because I'll be back for more soon.
