Well, I'm a jerk... We were in just before lunch time last weekend. The young guy who took our order had his drive-through headset on and we had to repeatedly repeat our order. Like, five times repetition on a couple of things. He was very polite, but I made a comment to My Person (under my breath since he obviously couldn't hear us) asking how much he wanted to bet we wouldn't get what we asked for. Not only did we get every item we requested (including the extra malt in the chocolate malt that we asked for five times), I think every employee who wasn't busy cooking something came out at some point to ask how our meal was, if they could get us anything, or if everything was alright. So yeah, I'm a jerk. We had a great experience, the food was perfect (they even threw in an extra chicken strip into grouchy old moi's order), and we'll totally go back there again. Fantastic customer service, even to the jerk :) Thanks guys!

The worst carls jr I ever been to. I live in California for 27 years and carls jr are famous there like Bking here. Out of bacon for the breakfast sandwiches???? Yeah a fast food place at 9am out of bacon. I opt for the sausage ones and she says "hey they are $3 to" ummm yes I know...... My sausage were still white like defrost white but not cold...... The whole crew are Spanish with no regards to service. Yes they do not greet you when you arrive. Manager and cashier ignores me for a good 2 minutes passing me back and forth. I love Carls Jr, but not this one

Extremely disappointed they discontinued their grilled fish sandwich. That was the best item on their menu. We won't be back until they bring their grilled fish sandwich back!

I went there right when the began serving lunch however it was the Worst burger, didn't seem fresh at all. Really disappointed. I ended up throwing most of it away.

Stopped by and went through the drive in and ordered from the outdoor menu board. When I got to the window to pay they tried to make me pay more than the outside listed price. The Manager refused to honor the posted outside prices. I declined the food order under those conditions and POOR customer service. I will NEVER return to this location and possibly any other Carl's Jr.

Was in Longmont yesterday and decided to try their new promo Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich. Wow what a mistake, putting two chicken strips on a bun and calling it a chicken sandwich should be outlawed. This sandwich gets a failing grade all the way around. Pretty sad as the ad for it made it look like a regular hand breaded chicken sandwich with bacon and swiss. Would not recommend

This franchise has gone down hill. If you like a pre cooked warmed up meat , cold piece of the worst American cheese, too much mustard and mayo and just want food, Carl's is the place.
