If I could give no stars I would. I came here 3 years ago and had a bad experience with a manager over some freakin french fries missing from my 4 kids happy meals. It was too much for her to understand that her staff had missed the fries so when I got home and called about it, I was told that they were put in the happy meals ( basically I was called a liar) she then said I could come back and she would give me free fries, I dissagreed that they were free simply because I PAID for them and didn't receive them. Eventually she said I could return at a later time and she would replace my kids meals. I was reluctant to go back because of the dissagreement but two months later I did and when I attempted to claim the kids meals, she gave them to me but not before letting me know that the fries were absolutely in the kids meals. I took the kids meals and didn't return for 2 years until yesterday 12/29/12 hoping that maybey there was a different staff. I placed my order and paid at the first window ( nice lady) then pick up at the second window and long behold it's the same damn mgr. I thought well I'll smile take my food and leave but then as she hands me my food she looks at me and says, " It's ALL there" I said thanks and left, I couldn't believe that after 3 years she still remembers what happen. I want to be able to come here in peace because it's close to my home but I can see thats not going to happen, so no more Burger King for me or my family. This is a manager who does not know customer service at ALL! I believe she thinks somebody always wants something for nothing, and that was not the case here. I will not be recommending anyone to this facility.

Why does everybody have such high expectations from fast food? "I wanted it to be as good as the Lobster Frittata at Norma's in NYC" or "I just wanted (something not on the menu)" or "I wanted to not get violently ill from the food" yadda yadda you're all SO PICKY. This place is open super late and after the night life spots close it's one of the only places to get a decent burger. I've never had a bad meal here and they've never once gotten my order wrong. So yeah, the place tends to look like a hurricane hit it, but as long as I'm in my ride and not having to deal with it I think this place is okay.

Honestly this isn't about the food. I couldn't get any. I stood at the counter, no one else in line, just me, for 7 minutes. They completely ignored me. No acknowledgement I was there. No "we'll be with you in a minute". Nothing. I had heard they changed. That they'd upped their game. The interior was very different, nicely updated, but, no service? None at all? Not much of an improvement. It was what I would call the opposite of fast food.

Stopped in here last night for dinner while in Longmont. It would seem the new store model Burger King is using- computerized ordering, warming bins for meat along with other things are contributing to the decline of this franchise. Ordered a whopper combo and the meat tasted cold which is pretty typical now for this chain since they precook them and put them in warming bins. The new computer system they use to take orders with takes way too long for the cashier to complete. Only one cashier taking orders on a Saturday night and it took way too long to complete each transaction. About the only positive thing was they remodeled this store and it now looks great but everything else I would rank low in here.

I ordered a premium chicken sandwich. At the window, I asked for no mayo or light mayo if its already made. The cashier complained to me that he'd have to make another sandwich. I gave permission to just remove the mayo on it, I just dont like the mass quantity of mayo that routinely comes on it. They made another anyways and he handed me the sandwich, no bag, no coutesy napkin, no offer of condiments. Thinking this is the new BK way and that I was going to eat it in the car, I didn't question it. I did question why I got a regular chicken sandwich and not the premium. He argued that there is only one kind of chicken sandwich. I thought he really didn't know the menu. I left but while in the parking lot, I opened the sandwich. It was chicken and bread only, no lettuce or anything else that comes in a premium chicken sandwich. In addition there was a hair down the center. I returned it to the supervisor who saw the hair and unapologetically replaced it with a real premium chicken sandwich (there is one after all). I suspect it was not fresh as it was barely warm. I got a bag this time too! This crew including the supervisor leaves me no reason to ever visit again.

The food is awesome, but the service has really gone down hill ever since they remodeled the place. No wonder they're not that busy. Plenty of other options in area.

Wish I could give them no stars! My husband and his friend ate here Tuesday and 3 days later they are still sick. When the store got contacted about it all they had to say was "yeah you're not the only one who had called us about this " and didn't seem concerned at all. Boo on you!!
