I am writing this review to express my sincere apology to the person that received the pizza I ordered. What you ordered honestly wasn't that good. I am more of a cracker crust fan which is why I ordered it that way. The regular crust that was delivered was kinda soggy. Usually the pizza is awesome but only when you get what you order.

Drove out to Longmont to visit a friend and he offered to order pizza and knew of a place that made yummy gluten free pizza and regular pizza as well. Classic cheese was ordered for both the gf and non gf pizza. The gf was a smaller pizza and had a thin crust, but no real markings or taste that would indicate it was lacking that binder. The regular chews was good as well, nice sauce to cheese ratio, and the crust wasn't fried nor too greasy. Well done blackjack, I know if I see one around its going to be a solid product out here in colorado

Favorite pizza place in Longmont. They have a large menu with multiple sauces and crust styles. Delivery is fast and the prices are excellent. When they do make a mistake they are generally quick to fix it.

I am admittedly a very regular customer of blackjack pizza in longmont. Formerly, I have had dealings with the Louisville and Firestone locations. I have been eating blackjack pizza since I was a young lad, and I have never really had a poor experience with any of the locations. The crew at the Longmont location are doing a great job. I have ordered during high volume times and later in the evenings. I usually use the online ordering system and don't usually call in, unless I pull a dork move and screw my own order up. The pizza is always fresh and hot, and the delivery drivers are always a pleasure to deal with. I want to extend these kudos to the blackjack pizza crew at the Francis street location because silent gratitude is not much use to anyone. Let's face it, you can get a pizza from anywhere, but their service and product consistency keeps me a loyal customer. Anyone looking for a hot, fresh meal delivered to their door should look no further than blackjack. Thanks again from your local pizzaholic. -Nick

Horrible location! Pizza is ok but this Longmont location has horrible customer service! They constantly get my order wrong! The girl on the phone was very rude and sounded like she was angry and just wanted to get off the phone! Very unprofessional! She didn't even ask for a name for the order which caused a lot of confusion when trying to pick up our order! I will never order from this location again! Waste of time and money that could be spent on higher quality pizza and a much more professional and nicer staff!

Wow. This is a first. The business responded to my review by saying that I didn't actually order from them; it was a competitor. That is false. And instead of trying to make things right with me, they're trying to discredit my review. Completely inappropriate use of Yelp by a business.

I am so frustrated I can't express it! I called to order a pizza and for not the first time found myself literally screaming into the phone so they could hear me. They misunderstood the number, they misunderstood the address. I enunciated, I did the a for alpha, b for beta thing and I raised my voice to its top volume. I honestly think they thought it funny and wanted to see how long they could get me to stay on the phone while they "misunderstood" me. They then added on all these additional charges... Frustrated, angry and hungry - I said good-bye and called Papa John's who had no trouble understanding me and we concluded our business quickly and efficiently - Blackjack Pizza not only lost a customer but found a person who is willing to share their poor customer service with many many people. Don't go here it isn't worth the aggravation.

Just ordered from here. They said about 35 minutes. It was here is 22, and hot and perfect. I don't think I've ever been disappointed with this place. I'll definitely continue to order from Blackjack.

God awful service in Longmont. Always get my order wrong then promise a coupon in the mail which I never get. They once sent the right pizza box (label had correct topping label) with the wrong pizza inside! Promised me a 10 dollar coupon in the mail. Never got coupon.

An Ode to Blackjack: Oh Blackjack pizza, I love you so- Mainly because of the righteous Idaho. Fairly fast delivery, accurate wait estimates, and great product. If you haven't tried the Idaho, give it a go... Tater tots, broccoli, bacon, and the garlic sauce topped with cheddar. Sounds strange but it is truly amazing.

Ordered my first pizza from this place last night. It was horrible. The crust was baked to the consistency and flavor of cardboard. The toppings were thrown on top and there wasn't enough topping to hold any of them in place so they piled up on one side of the box. I usually go across the street and buy a premade frozen pizza at the local supermarket and I wish I'd done that last night and saved myself this trauma.

I order from these guys about once every other week. Can't beat the price on the single topping large, and you even have choices of sauces. (Can't say that much about other pizza chains.) Don't know anything about the delivery service, other than every time I walk in there, multiple delivery guys are hustling in and out of the doors. Yes, I've had better tasting pizza - but only at places like North Beach Pizza in SF - specialty places where you pay quite a bit more. Great tasting, great price, great in store service!

Sitting on the couch, awaiting for play to be pressed so I may enjoy "That 70's show" Season 1 disc 2, I am asked if I'd like pizza for dinner. Hello... do you really need to ever ask anyone that question? The answer is always yes. He order's Blackjack. I've never had blackjack but know that quality of chain delivery places is bleak. Needless of my desire to ask for another pizza representative, he orders and I keep my mouth shut. Pizza comes 45minutes later, cold, and with the wrong topping. Call, it'll take another hour for the replacement and they aren't willing to reimburse for delivery. Next time..speak up and just say Icky No!
