Coffee lovers: This is a Clover®/Starbucks Reserve store. That means you get Starbucks' "top-shelf" micro-lot coffee made just for you on an $11,000 mechanical french press machine (the Clover®!) for a better coffee experience. If you're a Starbucks hater, too bad for you. Their roast profiles for their Reserve roasts are still on the dark side, although if you like lighter blends, the Latin American roasts they serve are delicious. (Nutrition side note: just like when you make a french press, you get all the flavors/essence of the coffee, but you also get all the acids that a filter would usually catch.) Customer service: SUPER friendly. Only been inside the café. Despite that this is a drive-thru store, it doesn't have that rushed, hectic feel. I've been here when it's dead and right after the high-school day-end rush. More than enough room to hold a conversation, do work on your laptop, or lounge around. This is one of the better stores. Because they're high-volume, I've never waited much for my order to come out. The baristas here are A+ :D Nerds: The WiFi isn't Google's 30+ Mbps. Connection speeds top out at 2.5Mbps both ways. So if you wanted to come download a bunch of software updates here... nuh uh. There's also tons of food and shopping options around.

We went around 7am and there was only about 4 other people waiting in line before us. It went by super fast and we only waited less than 4 minutes for our drinks. Staff is really friendly and super quick at creating the drinks. And that's all you want in a Starbucks!

Super busy Starbucks. Lots of folks here having a great time and getting the drinks they want no doubt. But the coffee is just not good. There are some other drinks that are probably decent, but the coffee is bad, and at the end of the day its a coffee shop so that's why they get 3 stars. However I do acknowledge that Mr. Howard Schultz (CEO) has indeed created a wonderful environment here, I typically enjoy sitting in a Starbucks more then other specialty coffee places. So for that Mr. Schultz, I applaud you. But at the end of the day the green mermaid's coffee needs some help, plain and simple.

Let me start by saying that I heart Starbucks. As my profile says, no matter how many local coffee houses I go to, the bucks is my fav. This location...ehhhh. I have been here a couple of times and haven't had good experiences. On my most recent visit, I was in a slight hurry, so I went through the drive-thru and ordered my usual, tall soy caramel macchiato. Luckily when I took my first drink, I hadn't left the parking lot because it was definitely made with milk. I parked, and went inside and explained to the barista that I had ordered soy and this was milk. She looked at the side of my cup and said (and I quote) "it says soy right here" and handed my drink back to me. I said (very sweetly, I promise!) that I saw the side of the cup as well, but that I always order soy and I know this to be milk. Guess what happens next? She takes the drink and goes over to the sink and pours a little out and says (again, I quote) "well, it's hard to tell if it's milk or soy". I order these about 4 times a week, I have the gold card charges to prove it. I know EXACTLY what their soy tastes like. So, trying again, I sweetly say, "I'm pretty sure it's milk and I have a lactose intolerance, so I need to have it with soy." She finally agrees to make me a new drink (which is all I ever wanted!!). The sad part was that I was in a hurry and it took about five minutes for me to get my newly improved with soy caramel macchiato because they made all the other drinks before they got to remaking mine. It was a surreal experience, because anytime I have ever had a problem with a drink at any other Starbucks, they have always readily offered to remake my drink, no questions asked.

It's a convenient Starbucks to get to. Parking is sometimes a hassle and there always seems to be some book club taking up 80% of the seating. So, if you're looking for a quiet place to sit and maybe work, this isn't the place. I do like the patio seating and my kids like the proximity to Lamar's right next door. We'll be back!

"Baristas are super friendly". No, they're not. This Starbucks is right by my house and I have been there many many times and none of them have bothered to learn my name or drink. I do believe this is part of a good baristas job. Any baristas job. And they never chat with me. Or smile at me. Space is too small for the business they get. They just got a nice remodel but still, meh. Even though this is right by my house sometimes I'll drive past it and go to the larger drive thru off Wildcat.

Some days I am just craving a Skinny Vanilla latte and this place like all Starbucks can fulfill my need. And to be able to to drink a tall and only consume 100 calories is icing on the cake! Like most starbucks the staff are super friendly and aim to please :)

My personal favorite neighborhood SBUX. Baristas are super friendly and know what they're doing. Avoid going between 7:30-8AM on a school day. The lobby is packed with teens that need to put some freaking clothes on.

This was one of the busier Starbucks I have been too. The wait was a little longer than I would have liked, but the Latte was good (not my fav though). 3 stars because I am used to my local spot and I am grading on a curve.

Terrible Service. I work in the same shopping center and frequent this Starbucks multiple times a week. I never receive a smile and rarely hear a hello or goodbye. The staff flirts and jokes amongst themselves while acting cold towards customers. I now prefer to take my business to the Starbucks located in the King Soopers.
