Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

This place is ok to go to if you don't feel like driving to federal. It's more expensive then most pho places. They cut their noodles which I don't like or get. Wish they had delivery. Spring rolls are good.

Yummerz! I'm so glad there is finally a good, locally owned Vietnamese restaurant in Littleton. They have all the typical dishes, pho, rice and noodle bowls. They also have quite the selction of teas. Service is fast and is the wait in line-order- and then the staff bring your food style. They don't use any MSG which is rare. I recommend the pork noodle bowl or they pho. The portions are definitely good size and most things are priced around $7.50-$8.00. It is at the intersection of Bowls and Platte Canyon, but you really can only see it once you are a little south on Platte Canyon. There is plenty of parking in the strip mall where its located.

It's the Tokyo Joe equivalent of Vietnamese food. You order and pay at the counter, no waiter services (except you get a number and they bring out your food). So it can be cheap because you may choose to not tip. But if you're looking for more authentic Vietnamese cuisine, especially a good bowl of Pho, this is not the place to be. The place serves Sushi so naturally I tried the California roll, it was not bad, again, comparable to Tokyo Joe's. We also had the grilled shrimp salad with Asian sesame dressing, it's tasty, just don't pour all the dressing in your salad, it could be too salty. They used a variety kinds of greens and the grilled shrimps are delicious! So why minus 2 stars? The Pho (beef noodle soup). Their soup is clearly made from soup mixes, I doubt they have the set up in the kitchen to make the bone stocks like so many other Pho restaurants in Denver do, judging from the limited choices of Pho on the menu. We had the Beef Combo and not only did the soup taste artificial, the cuts of meat were obviously frozen and the meatballs had an off-taste to them. The noodles were all clunked together and when you tried to pick out an edible amount, they all broke. There's nothing enjoyable about the bowl of pho and that is why I'll unlikely return given there are so many choices on Federal blvd for a good bowl of hot, fresh, and hearty Vietnamese Noodle Soup.

I was set to enjoy my meal. The inteior was spacious, bright, and clean. Many of my neighbors had checked into this restaurant and was excited for quality pho in the southwest 'burbs. As I entered I was confused if I was to wait to be seated, take a table, or oder at the 'to go' counter. After ordering and finding my own table my appitizer came: it was more oil than cheese or wonton. The combination bowl arrived a little later, the meats were cold and flavorless. Underneath The bed of noodles were old and had clumpted together into a large mass. I was dissapointed and rarely leave a restaurant with food still on the table.

Decent at best. Lily S. Said it best "It's the Tokyo Joe equivalent of Vietnamese food." I've never heard of this place but we went here this wknd to attend a Chinese New Year event. The strip mall it's in is a little weak-it has the pho place, a Mexican restaurant, My Favorite Muffin and other random businesses. For a business having the word Pho in their name you would think they would have a world of selection. Nope, they have five choices, tops and that's me being generous with my memory. I've never been to a Vietnamese restaurant with that little selection of pho and that bummed me out. I got the traditional bowl complete with rare beef and the regular fixings. The broth was sweeter than any pho broth I've ever had, but I had been outside for awhile and was hungry so I slurped through the whole bowl. The place cleared out after the Chinese New Year celebration and there were only three other tables there. Pho usually doesn't take too long to make so I'm unsure if they were out killing an animal since it was rare beef and should've have been a little quicker to get out. It was decent tasting but nothing really memorable. The staff seemed confused about everything-whether it be taking an order or bringing out our food and it was just awkward. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here but if you're sitting around in the cold right outside of the place, it's not bad.

This restaurant offers authentic Vietnamese cuisine, and is family owned and operated. You will immediately feel welcome when you step inside the door. All the food is freshly made with healthy ingredients. The traditional pho Bowl comes to you piping hot with a bowl on the side filled with topping so you can dress it up as you please. I order mine with a Vietnamese iced coffee which is freshly brewed dark roast coffee poured over sweet and creamy condensed milk. It is better than anything you can find at your local coffee shop. This combo was the ultimate hangover/ cold cure! You honestly can't go wrong with anything on the menu. mmmmmmmm!

I had the pho with chicken. The veggies and herbs were very fresh. The chicken and noodles had good texture and taste. Nice decor compared to most Pho places.

Honestly, there pho is the best... It actually has some flavor to it. I hate pho that has no flavor in the broth. You get large amounts of steak too, they're aren't stingy when it comes to giving the right amount!! I give this place the best pho in littleton hands down.!

As Westword says, "this place will BOWL you over." We pass Pho Bowlevard at least 4 times a week. And every time we make a mental note (which at my age is a challenge) that we have to try this place. Last week the opportunity presented itself when we got out of a movie at about 8:30 PM and were famished. Most places out here in the hinderland of Littleton stop serving at that time. Or their kitchens are beginning to close down; that always makes for a awful meal. We were coming west from Broadway and were scouring our minds for something tastee. Pho Bowlevard came to mind. As we walked up to the door I noticed that they closed at 9 PM and it was 8:45... these never goes well. When we walked in there were some youths sitting a table and an employee mopping the floor. We walked up and asked the lady behind the counter if we were too late to order. She very pleasantly said, "no." Since I have been in the restaurant biz for 30 years and knew that they were closing down mode, I asked what would she suggest that would be easy for the kitchen to prepare and not be disruptive to their closing process. She suggested any of the Pho bowls. To be honest, I keep trying pho at different places up and down Federal Boulevard and have never really been enamoured with the broth used by the Vietnamese. There always seems to be an underlying mustiness to the broth. Which I have assumed is due to their useage of beef hooves. The broth at Pho Bowlevard was perfect! It was a distinct beef flavor without being overwhelming; an excellent stage for the other flavor players floating in our bowls. The meats were of excellent quality and fairly lean. Considering this is a fast serve restaurant, the presentation was anything but fast serve. If you are ever find yourself on the south end of Sante Fe Blvd around Bowles, head west about a mile. You find a welcoming smile and a great noodle bowl with your name on it.

Wow! I was pleasently surprised! Had dinner here Monday night with the hubby and when we walked in I was not so sure we had made the right decision. We were not sure this was going to be authentic vietnamese food. We ordered the Spring rolls and two Vermicelli Bowls, one pork one beef. OMG! the spring rolls were so fresh and delightful! I could have had another order of those alone! The Vermicelli Bowls were just as awsome! Fresh and lots for the money! So glad we have a place to go so close to home. We will be here often! Our norm is KimBa and a most excellant choice as well, if you are on the Aurora side of town.

Honestly, there's better pho places off federal but hey, I live in Littleton and I'm lazy. This is a good find for me when I get that pho craving, and I'm excited that it's catering to the burbs. It does have that Chipotle fast but not "fast food" feel to it. My bf and I ate on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and there was one other group in there. The pho was good and the Vietnamese iced coffee was super sweet and super tasty. Service was good too, but I guess they weren't busy so they had to be attentive. I'll definitely be going back.

Truly as good as it gets! Everything on the menu is fantastic, I try something new each time. I frequent a few times a week if I can. Gluten free friendly and tastes Soooo good! Very pretty inside, nice decor, great patio and best pho in Denver.

I find it amusing when sub par businesses have signs about reviewing them on Yelp. You asked for it so I am going to give you feedback. I was very disappointed by this place. Went there the other night with a friend for the first time and got a vermicelli bowl with chicken. There were not that many people but it still took quite a while to get the food. The food came with a pork egg roll which I did not know, I do not eat pork. When I informed the waitress of this and asked for non pork replacement, she wandered off and made small talk with her coworkers and did not request a replacement. Finally I flagged down the other woman who was working there to inform her of what was going on and she told me that they would replace it but that I should have told them about this when I placed my order. How was I to know that they would happen as I had never been there before? It took close to 10+ minutes to get the spring roll as the cooks made the first replacement WITH PORK. The noodles in my dish were ok. Not good, not great, just ok. There was barely any chicken and the bits of chicken that there were there were tiny, but not bad, that is why I am giving this place 3 stars. Will I go back, no, not worth the time or the money (even though it was not that pricey).

I have gluten allergies and find it hard to find a place that I don't get reactions from. Their vermicelli combo noodle bowl without beef is fantastic, runs at $10.15, and fills me up without the reactions! Great "coffee house" music, serves wine and beer (great water too), I give it a ten out of ten and rate it right up there with New Saigon (Top Zaggat rated) Thanks for a great meal for a girl who is just passing through! Definitely deviating off the highway yet again next time!

This is the cleanest pho place I have ever been to! We just went there for the first tike and enjoyed dinner on the patio and watched the sunset. The food was amazing, same prices as other pho places, and had generous portions. I would highly recommend this place!! Yum.

Delicious pho for those cold rainy days. The restaurant is quite spacious and modern. Great for family dining or if you want to grab a solo meal. You order at the counter and they bring you your order very quickly. They offer free wifi too! Love it here!

  • Alex M.

I love this place! I go here maybe once every two or three weeks, switching from ordering a pho bowl to firecracker shrimp to a jasmine rice plate. Their boba smoothies are also very good if you're in a mood for a sweet drink. Highly recommended for families as well as get togethers of any kind. Plus, the owners and everyone who works there are extremely nice.

My husband and I had driven by Pho Bowlevard many times before finally deciding to give it a go. I'm glad we did! You walk in and walk up to the counter to order. Although there are not a lot of bowl choices, the ones the do have are delicious. We got a combo bowl and a pork rice plate. I really enjoyed both but the pork rice place was absolutely spectacular. The seasoning is fantastic and the pork itself is juicy. Not to mention there is enough for my 2 kids to share. I loved the Pho bowl broth. It is tasty and savory. A beautiful blend of flavors. Why only 4 stars? Because I have found that I like the food better when I order it to go and set up the bowl myself at home. I like to be able to heat the broth to a full boil, put in one scoop to start the heating of the noodles and meat, then add the rest of the broth after a bit so it is steaming hot. In other words, I don't think it is served hot enough at the restaurant. Other than that one slight flaw, I absolutely love this place!

Convenient and delicious whether you eat in or take out. Wish they delivered though!

Great food and clean atmosphere. The manager walked around asking everyone how there food was, very nice. The sping rolls are great and the noodle bowls are huge. The meat is great and I've never had better vietnamese meatballs.

  • Harvey L.

Great pho and nice space. I ordered crispy egg rolls and the adventurer's pho, which is probably labelled such because it has tripe. The egg rolls were good but the pho was really good. The broth was tasty and the amount of protein and noodles was generous. Interior was nicest of any pho restaurant in the Denver area. Very clean and attentive service. They have an interesting selection of tea that I may check out next time. With app, pho, and drink, my total was around $13, but I don't have to drive to Federal to enjoy pho. They provide all the usual condiments: basil, sprouts, peppers, and lime, but one thing I wish they would do is provide a small bowl where you can mix the sriracha and hoisin sauce, which they do provide on each table.

  • Lynn W.

I've been here at least three times and the food is great. Each time I order the same thing - spring rolls and combo vermicelli and it's been excellent each time. The set up is similar to Noodles but it's much better! Locally and family owned, the staff is super friendly. The best thing is you can get excellent Vietnamese food without having to drive into Denver.

I love their chicken rice noodle bowls. Awesome food! Also, we love to support locally owned, family run businesses.

This is a hidden treasure in Littleton! The atmosphere is contemporary and inviting. The food is flavorful, clean and healthy. The selection fits every palette. Presentation is tastefully done. The tea selection is amazing! I can't say enough about this new establishment except that you simply have to try it.

Ok so apparently a lot of the people who reviewed so far live closer to places where you have lot's of good choices but if you live out here in southwest littleton you will be doing a happy dance to get SOMETHING besides another lame chain restaurant. We don't always want to drive for 20-30 minutes for something different. If you live on the southwest side of town you may understand when I say I've had enough chili's, T Roadhouse, Mac Grill and Qdoba to last me a life time. I am thrilled to find somewhere nearby that has not only a nice atmosphere and affordable prices but tasty food of a different variety. And no MSG to boot. My kids loved their firecracker shrimp, eggrolls and asian wings and I love those plus the noodle bowls, lettuce wraps and spring rolls. The bottle of white wine we had was pretty good and everyone loves the fun boba drinks as dessert. They even have an outdoor patio with umbrellas (a decent patio is also hard to find on the southwest side of town). Today we rode our bikes there for lunch -fun! They set it up kind of like a Pei Wei but with a little nicer atmosphere. Oh and they have a huge tea selection with cool little tea pots they bring to the table. Go check it out - keep the local places in business and escape chain mania.

I ordered a single large order of traditional Beef Pho take-out. I would base my rating on a 3 star meaning it was good and I would have it again. 4 star is something I would have on a regular basis and 5 being something I obsess about. The broth is a little sweeter then others I have had. The beef slices were excellent, perfect thin sliced and tender. My only issue and it happens at almost every Pho place I have been to, is that they never offer a vessel to make your soup in when you take-out. Overall, I would recommend it.

Discovered this place while looking for something close to work. I've gone three times and only tried one thing - Pho with Tofu - because it's so good I haven't wanted to deviate. The price is very reasonable and there's a Yelp check-in coupon for a free drink that makes it even better. They operate a lot like a Noodles and Co - you order and pay up front, then find a seat and get you food brought out to you. The environment is very low-key and casual and everyone I've met who works there has been very nice. Definitely worth a try in you're in the area!

Always good. My wife loves this place. Lately the counter lady has been a bit huffy... Too bad service is not what it use to be...

I underestimated this littleton vietnamese joint. Great boba and great pho! They delivered. There are a couple of other pho places I'm not driving by to get to this one, but if I'm in Littleton, I'm down!

My husband and I love Pho Bowlevard, it is our favorite place for Vietnamese food. The food is tasty, the portions are large, for a good price and the service is always quick and friendly. We always get the pork vermicelli or the beef steak Pho, delicious! This is a family owned business worth supporting!

  • Josh B.

So we have been on a pho kick lately it was ok, not bad, just kinda bland. Two adults and 3 kids cost $60.00 with drinks... The restaurant was really nice looking and very well decorated. But I would personally rather have a run down building and more energy put into the pho.

    (3)
  • Andrew G.

Sorry, but Pho 95 in Southglenn is wayyy better. Drive 10 more minutes and you'll be happier. The Pho here was decent, but not very flavorful. The broth was pretty bland. Kind of like warm salt water. The staff was super nice and they honored their yelp coupon for free imperial rolls which was nice, but still I'd say that Pho 95 is better. After all, I didn't come for rolls. The no MSG is a huge plus, I'm backing that for sure. Maybe that's why their broth seemed to be lacking something though...

  • Pedro C.

Wow, I just got back from this place and I'm stuffed with good pho. I'm from out of town, so I had yelp assist in my dinner choices. This place was close by and looked nice. I ordered the pho bowl beef with a side order of spring rolls. Let me say that there is SO MUCH BEEF in that bowl. It was never ending pieces of meat with lots of noodle in a very balanced broth. It is so good. The spring rolls were not bad, but just typical. I would just come back to try the different pho noodle soups.

Very clean place, food is cooked fast and extremely delicious! They have a good variety on their menu as well as a decent kids menu. Appetizers are good portions and tasty! We are regulars here and thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere and food.

I happen to live on South Federal Blvd and have eaten at every single Pho place on the strip. Seriously. I'm not kidding. Every time I go to Pho Boulevard I am surprised by just how good it tastes. Meaning, it is something special to me and ABOVE the normal. To my palate, it is above the best known places on Federal. I asked the proprietor Ann if she used MSG in the broth to make it taste so good. She said "absolutely none. Nor do I use any canned ingredients". Glorious! It is among the nicest looking and cleanest of any of the Pho places I've been to as well. Happy eating!

A super cozy atmosphere but that's really all that this place has going for it. We came here for the Chinese New Years performance this past Sunday. After the performance, there were maybe ten people including the two of us in the dining room. As I approached the cashier to order, her and another blonde cashier went back and forth with each other while we were standing there. Something about "Hey can you take their order?" from one girl then "Hey, can you make an iced coffee?" from another and then a quick/stern "No, I can't do that." As if that wasn't awkward, it took them almost fifteen minutes to get our food: two bowls of pho. The girl who brought out our dishes had this confused look as if she was wondering why we had been sitting there for fifteen minutes. Then I think this wonderful light bulb went off in her head the food she was carrying was ours. The broth was flavorless and lukewarm. We were excited to see that boba was on the menu so we ordered a smoothie and black milk tea with boba. The strawberry smoothie was actually good but the black milk tea just tasted like chalky muddy water. Overall, our experience wasn't anything we would come back for and I seriously doubt we will. Even with a good dose of sriracha, the pho was just bland and lifeless. Pho is difficult to mess up and apparently these guys succeeded at that. I guess they are good at one thing then. ha!

One of my favorite pho noodle places. Good food, and well priced. Have been frequenting Pho Bowlevard for several years now. Just went again tonight and was reminded that I had never completed a yelp review here (they have a yelp sticker on the door) and because I eat here, have brought family and friends here, over the years..I would recommend it. The only thing I have ever noticed is servers seem to come and go...haven't seen anyone other than the owner and chef remain. Would be nice if staff stuck with it. Other than that I recommend you try the traditional pho bowl and spring rolls. Overall they serve tasty, fresh food.

So I drive past this place everyday on my way to work and decided to give it a try. First off the place is clean and well maintained. I had the large beef pho and was very happy with my order. I have had better but the price here is normal to cheap compared to other locations. Overall I would definitely come back for more.

While this isn't my absolute favorite Pho place in Denver, I do like it. My mom and I went here quite a few times back when she used to live just down the street (before there was a Walmart across the street). I always ordered the traditional Pho bowl, regular size, and was never disappointed-- it satiated my craving for pho. The staff is always really friendly and they bring your food out to you. However, it always seems to take longer than it should just to throw a bowl of pho together. If you are in the area and craving some pho, give this place a try!

  • Jamie L.

Pho for the Masses. The modern, colorful decor, wide, airy space, and hipster vibe are all a dead giveaway. That doesn't mean it's bad. It just means it's not the *best.* It's on a suburban corner, across from a Neighborhood Walmart. You do the math. That caveat aside, the rice plate I ventured into was pretty good. Decent amount of food for the price, and tasty. The counter service is kind of a weird option... it's like halfway fast-casual, halfway full-service restaurant. Maybe that's because they don't have that whole timing and service thing down quite right. My meal arrived, and my companion's (Simple, fried eggroll) appetizer arrived five minutes later, followed a good 10 minutes after THAT by his Entree. Still, though, all were tasty and decent value. For the 'burbs, it's a safe stop.

I wanted to like this place. I really did. I always love supporting local places where the owner is the first person to greet you as you enter, and takes a pride in their food that so many restaurants lack. I wanted to love their pho, their meat, their seasoning, I wanted to be charmed by the well-decorated and beautiful restaurant, I wanted to find a quality pho place that was also near where I live. I really, really wanted to like Pho Bowlevard. But I didn't. I didn't like the meat, which was fatty and tough. I didn't like the broth, which was strangely salty and watery. I didn't like waiting 20 minutes for my food, when we were the only ones in the restaurant. Maybe it was an off-day, and maybe I should give them another chance. But as of now, I am less-than-impressed with Pho Bowlevard and would not visit again.

I have lunch here regularly Pros: the food is fresh. Served fairly quickly. The environment is clean and comfortable. They have a nice patio for optional seating outside under tables with umbrellas. The pho bowls and iced tea are excellent. NO MSG is a huge plus! Most flavorful pho broth and noodles I've ever eaten. They serve alcohol. Cons: I'm not a fan of their CA rolls. Although fresh with good rice they taste like imitation crab mixed with mayo. It would be great to be checked on during the meal (maybe 1 in 8 times this happens). I know it's an order and seat yourself but I tip and usually need something such as another drink, napkin or refill. I'd love it if it became a sit down and order restaurant, plus they'd make more money!

Today of course is cold, wet and 45 degrees. I had a mad craving for a big, hot, steaming bowl of Pho. The answer to my craving was Pho Bowlevard! I had passed it a few times on Platte River and finally decided to make a go of it for lunch. So glad I did! I haven't had good Pho since Boston and California and this place definitely is going to be my "go to" place for Pho. I ordered the Spring Rolls as an app and also the Vietnamese Iced Coffee along with my Pho with chicken. FANTASTIC. I even have some for dinner as left overs....so add the fresh basil and squeeze of lemon! I satisfied my craving. Totally will return. Love this place!

  • Jeff W.

The pho here is really good, I usually get the beef combo. However, selection is limited compared to regular pho restaurants, and only two bowl sizes are available. On a Saturday night, three of us went in just before 8:50PM, and they were not allowing dine ins anymore, only take outs. So even they're suppose to open till 9, go early if you want to sit down and eat.

If you are pleased by cleanliness in your food and your environment, you will be delighted by every visit to Pho Bowlevard. I have been a regular here for years and have had perhaps 100 bowls of pho from which to base this review. A trust has been built from consistency in receiving meals with freshness and quality that I can taste. The experience is enhanced by the decor and cleanliness of the interior. I have been to many other restaurants where I see remnants deposited on surfaces from hands that I would not want serving or certainly not preparing my food. I have never seen anything like this here. This place is well maintained from the front door to the bathrooms. I find the staff to be as friendly and helpful as the food is good and good for me. MSG is not to be found here and through asking I have learned many other choices are made to eliminate chemical additives. It is sad to see that the GMO high fructose corn syrup dispenser is made available for those still suffering an addiction. As more people realize food supply choices that are making it into their digestive systems through restaurants, places with great management such as Pho Bowlevard will become increasingly popular. It is a gem in our community. Try a bowl with tofu and add extra vegetables.

I love Pho places. That said, I'm going for the noodle bowls, not the Pho. So my review is based solely on my love of Pho Bowlevard's noodle bowls. I've tried a LOT of noodles bowls and hands down this place is my favorite. The are a very generous portion size and you get a good amount of meat. My favorite is the pork. The noodle bowls come with an egg roll (which seems to be far and few between nowadays) and I love, love, LOVE their egg rolls. I almost always order a second to come in my bowl. The location is a little weird, but don't be scared off by that, it's worth it to come here. You order and pay and then they bring out the food to you. There area couple tv's there that usually have sport on, they play pleasant music and as a bonus there is free wifi so you can kill the time on your smartphone without eating up your data plan. The staff is very friendly and you can tell it's a family run joint. One tip, they have a frequent diners punch card (sometime like buy 10 get one free). They have a sign advertising it on the counter, but you won't get one unless you ask for it. So if you try the place and like it make sure to get one!

they say the best way to reach a man is through his stomach... but the same goes for me. i LOVE food. vietnamese food to be exact. yum, yum, yum! this cutesy little restaurant caught my attention when driving along platte canyon in route to Bowles and couldn't help but become interested. i ended up taking my sister there for her birthday and we were both surprised by the decor ( so cute and colorful!) and the taste of the food :) delicious to every last bite. in fact, i ate it all! i'll def be returning. you can find me, with a big bowl of pho, loving every bite! :)

Nice decor, clean, polite servers. On the downside it seemed to take a long time to get our chicken pho. Pretty good once it arrived. Patio is nice but HEAVY TRAFFIC right by it so not super inviting. Good food tho so we'll be back.

What can I say, this is one of the best pho places I've been to. The broth is delicious and always tastes fresh. The vermicelli bowls boast so much flavor compared to most Vietnamese places and I highly recommend getting the Imperial rolls (egg rolls). I have taken many people there to try it and none are ever disappointed. So, try it and love it!

I was confused when I first walked in, it took me a moment to realize you order your food at the counter and not the table. The restaurant is very well maintained, the food was pure deliciousness. I enjoyed my meal, in a very quiet and peaceful environment. I will definitely add this spot to my favorites list.

Not impressed with this place. The combo pho and boba tea was okay. The server never came by to check up on us. Also we had to tip before our meal was served. Needless to say, I will never be back at this place again.

Horrible dining experience at this place, worst Pho in the US! We ordered a combo bowl, only found beef meat ball and beef in it. The soup was not hot enough.. Most horrific thing, we found a hair in our soup after we finished Pho half way, everyone stopped eating at that point. We told the waiter and seen doesn't care. The chef was Mexican, waiter was Mexican. No Vietnamese people found in the kitchen. Anyways, DON'T EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT, YOU WILL BE REGRETTED. Pho Duy is a good choice, Pho 79 is okay.

This place was probably the worst pho place I've ever been to. First of all, the restaurant was super hot and u comfortable. You didn't get waitress service you had to order at the counter. It took extremely long to get our food as well. The pho noodles were pasty and gooey and the broth did not taste fresh and herbal. When I eat pho I like to feel full, and fresh... Not bogged down like I ate 3 thanksgiving meals. I would not ever go back to this place. Please don't waste your money, it was also overpriced! Go to pho real in Littleton or pho 9

One of the best Pho places in Denver, if not the best. Been to all the usual haunts on south federal. This place has them beat by a mile. Ambiance is modern and clean. Menu selection is easy to understand and wide ranging for mild to adventurous tastes. Great food and service always. Only complaint is that they tend to keep the heat off in the winter and the dining room can get cold. Beyond that, this place is one of my local favorites. Great beer selection too!

At first glance this place is slightly overpriced but they serve really good food. I ordered a beef combo in the smaller of two sizes and was pleasantly surprised to find it stocked full of delicious cuts of meat. I couldn't finish it and left full and happy. The menu is small, but plenty of options for most tastes.

I'm a pho snob coming from the Bay Area (South & East San Jose to be exact) where Vietnamese is not the minority and there are pho restaurants at almost every corner. All I can say is that the pho here is alright, nothing spectacular. I'm looking for broth that's rich in flavor that you can literally smell upon receiving it... And that's basically what makes or breaks this noodle soup. You can have a crap load of noodles and meat but if your broth isn't good, then everything else won't taste good. I also noticed on our last visit, my broth was on the sweeter side so wasn't feeling much of that. Other than that, customer service is great, the staff is polite and helpful.

First off, I must preface this review by saying that I really feel like this place should be called "Pho'levard". Yes, I realize it's pronounced "fuh", not "foh"..and I realize that they did make an a decent wordplay effort with "Bowlevard" (which, is pretty good, since its served in a bowl, and the place is on Bowles) but it just could have been pushed once notch further, in my opinion. I will henceforth refer to it as "Pho'levard", just watch me. Anyway, It was a cold weeknight, and the fianceé and I had promised her mom that we would check in on dad and make sure he was getting fed (while mom was out of town). All of us being pretty die-hard pho enthusiasts, and wanting to try somewhere out of the usual Little Vietnam area (South Federal, for the uninitiated) we settled on pho'levard. This pho place is a little different from most of the others I've been to..its more of a 'fast food' situation--you stand in a chipotle-style line, order at the counter, get your drinks, and find a table. Finding a table wasn't a problem..there were probably 3 other groups in the establishment which wasn't too unexpected--we were hitting a little after dinner hour, and it was cold and blustery outside to boot. While we are avid pho enjoyers, we all three tend to stay pretty 'safe' as far as the contents of our pho are concerned. No tongue, no udders, nothing that you wouldn't also probably make into a hamburger. If you want to take away my pho enthusiast badge because I only order flank steak and brisket I won't be offended, but I definitely enjoy it. It took a little while for our food to come out, and when it did, it wasn't blazin' hot, like I've come to expect from pho. This isn't to say it was lukewarm, just that it wasn't boiling. The broth was rather delicious, as were the various meats. The complaint I did have though, was that the accompanying veggies (basil, limes, bean sprouts, jalapenos, etc) weren't particularly "fresh". Again, this isn't bad, they just weren't amazing, like I've had at other places. All in all, it was a good experience, but I think that since I live in Denver and Little Vietnam is a lot closer, I'll just stick to going to my favourites there.

If you are ever in this neck of the woods (read, the boondocks) and are jonesing for pho, stop into this little joint. I was very skeptical at first - you all know the best pho joints run on the sketch side - but this place baffled me. It looks like a sorta Chipoltle, Garbanzos or something. Everything matches, the lights are all dust free and it seems a bit sterile, you know, not well worn in. But when they bring the pho - hold the pho phone Saigon - it is not half bad. No real nasty bits but the portions are bona fide and I had so much meat in my bowl (the Adventures - it had tripe! )I ended up tossing half of into the ball-n-chain's bowl. Drinks come from a self-serve fountain - meh. It is good, but we are downtown people and this is a serious trek. Can't put my finger on what this place really is - franchise wanna be, suburban pho joint or family run joint. They toss in the French influence by wine pairings for your meal - won't see that on Federal. *shhhh, thank goodness*

My husband and I love Pho Bowlevard, it is our favorite place for Vietnamese food. The food is tasty, the portions are large, for a good price and the service is always quick and friendly. We always get the pork vermicelli or the beef steak Pho, delicious! This is a family owned business worth supporting!

So we have been on a pho kick lately it was ok, not bad, just kinda bland. Two adults and 3 kids cost $60.00 with drinks... The restaurant was really nice looking and very well decorated. But I would personally rather have a run down building and more energy put into the pho.

*shhhh, thank goodness*

they say the best way to reach a man is through his stomach... but the same goes for me. i LOVE food. vietnamese food to be exact. yum, yum, yum! this cutesy little restaurant caught my attention when driving along platte canyon in route to Bowles and couldn't help but become interested. i ended up taking my sister there for her birthday and we were both surprised by the decor ( so cute and colorful!) and the taste of the food :) delicious to every last bite. in fact, i ate it all! i'll def be returning. you can find me, with a big bowl of pho, loving every bite! :)

Great food and clean atmosphere. The manager walked around asking everyone how there food was, very nice. The sping rolls are great and the noodle bowls are huge. The meat is great and I've never had better vietnamese meatballs.
