Lame green iced tea but awesome breakfast and good selection keeps us coming back. The coffee rivals starbucks and their souffle is always a hit with my kids. I just won't ever order the iced green tea. It tasted like green kool-aid.

Best service I've ever gotten at a panera bread. The staff was great and the food was good as always. A friend of mine works there and was kind enough to let me use her staff discount, which saved me a good chunk of money, instead of paying 20 dollars, I only had to pay about 4 dollars. Not really sure what to say about this other than the fact that the staff is amazing and fast. Although the customers were grouchy as hell, I have no idea how the staff deals with such prudes!

according to the map this is located in my neighborhood, which is a lie. okay. so after having a horrible panera experience in fort collins, it was hard to come back from. however! this panera is infinitely better, even though it still only gets three stars, because i'm trying to keep things relative and not go totally crazy in love with this one JUST because it had bread bowls. okay. orchard something salad: AMAZING. totally great. perfect salad, and i usually hate salads. fault: i said cheese on the side, they left it on. similarly they didn't put bacon on my dad's "turkey BACON bravo" and when i asked for house sauce on the side, they went ahead and put it on, and gave me a container of mustard. huh?? and the wait was reeeeeeallllly long. so two stars are kaput. which i believe to mean gone. however, it did restore my faith in panera, the food was good, they actually included a baguette with my salad, and the cashier boy was reeeeeally friggin' cute.

The Panera Bread restaurant at Aspen Grove in Littleton, Colorado is a location that I will NEVER visit again. The last visit this weekend sealed the deal. The MANAGER was being a cashier and basically barked at us as we were trying to order. We had a question about a free smoothie that we earned on our frequent buyers card. He asked, "Would you like a drink?" When I hesitated because I wasn't sure when or how to order the free smoothie, he barked "WAS THAT A YES OR NO!!!!!". Even my husband flinched. WE SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT RIGHT THEN. WE WERE SO SHOCKED THAT WE JUST ORDERED ANYWAY. THEN HE HAD THE NERVE TO ASK US IF WE WANTED THE FREE SMOOTHIE FOR A FUTURE VISIT OR NOW!!!!! THAT WAS WHAT I WAS TRYING TO GET ACROSS. We have had trouble at other visits with other cashiers. They are always curt and abrupt. There is no greeting or smile. This must be their policy there at the Aspen Grove Panera, as we have not had trouble at the Southwest Plaza Panera. Beware of the service at the Aspen Grove Panera. I would recommend that you visit the other restaurants at Aspen Grove and avoid the Panera like the plague!!!

Special thanks to the cashier at Panera today who was so patient with my in-laws, who had never dined at a Panera Bread bread before, who had many questions that even exasperated me. The clerk was patient and helpful, making suggestions to help save money when my FIL wanted soup, salad, AND a sandwich (he had no idea what he was getting himself into.) I had the Thai Chopped salad, which was very good. I like that they list the calories on the menu; super important to me since I'm on a fairly strict diet. I would like to see more low-cal options besides the two salads, though. This location has a nice outdoor seating area, too.

Good place! Friendly staff! I usually get the pick 2 half soup & half a sandwich. You can always substitute another bread if you don't like the bread they put on your sandwich. I get a little picky sometimes. Always willing to work with me Their broccoli and cheddar soup is GREAT. Their baked potato soup is pretty delicious too. I have never had their salads but my friend gets a salad and they are very big. She loves them. I've noticed they have redone the outside seating area. I haven't been here in a while not sure how long it's been up. A nice closed in patio area with screens that can come down and be closed for maybe chiller days. They have nice overhead fans and heaters for colder days. A couple of the tables have nice outside booths. They did a great job. Looks really nice!

It would take a LOT for me to give an establishment only one star. That being said, I considered it for this particular visit. My guy ordered the Sausage, Egg and Cheese on Ciabatta Breakfast Sandwich. Other than being a tad smaller than anticipated, he seemed to like it. I ordered the Avocado, Egg White and Avocado Breakfast Power Sandwich. It came out missing the spinach...they were happy to make another one for me. The second one that came out did have spinach - I'll give them that. However, the egg whites were mushy/soggy/wet and the avocado was brown. It was gross. I suppose I could have asked for them to re-make it...again. I didn't feel like dealing with the fuss. So I didn't eat it and bought a French Toast bagel instead (delicious). Perhaps it's my fault for not being willing to tell them that the second try was a failure but it was just a big disappointment. Guess I should have stuck with a toasted bagel with schmear from the beginning. We'll steer clear of this location in the future - we live far away so that certainly won't be hard.

Food is awful & very expensive. The service is fast & friendly. But still, it can't keep me from coming back. Not worth it.

Seeing as I'm not a fan of Panera, I don't know why I always end up here. There must be some kind of hypnotic brainwashing in that swirly logo of theirs. The only thing, yes ONLY thing, I like about Panera is their cream cheese. You can't even mess that up. The bagels always seem dry and over-toasted. The food is WAY too expensive for the quality and portions. And the staff here are so unhappy I almost want to hand out prozac whenever I'm in here. Even the drinks are awful. I have never received a chai that was actually filled up all the way. And I don't think the baristas understand that the foam is not supposed to take up the entire cup. I didn't order chai foam. And I sure as heck am not satisfied paying $4 for a cup of foam. If you want breakfast, go somewhere else. Don't be lured in by the hypnotic siren logo. If you absolutely have to order something here, get a pastry. The sugar will produce enough happiness to mask the disappointment.

It's Panera but a sub par version. The place is filthy. Trash and food everywhere. Under and on every table. The place seems to smell like sewage in the front section. No idea why that would be but it is. The staff is most made of gross and unkempt individuals from what I've seen that carry on as if they are with a group of friends and not at work. I like Panera but I'll drive out of my way to avoid this one.

Possibly the worse service and lame excuse for the service as possible. Me and another customer stand behind me was in line at the bagel coffee counter as that is where the cashier Chris was helping people. The person in front of us had a question about food so he walked them over there which is fine. Instead of coming back as we was the next two in line there was another line forming where he should have been in the first place. So instead of coming back as the time he left there was only one line he started helping the people who formed the new line. Me as well as the lady with her daughter behind me had to get back in line so after Chris helping 4 more people we got served. Even more frustrating I asked to talked to the "acting" manager and she said well we usually don't have ppl buying anything from that counter anyways with no apology or anything besides her saying we have the cashier there now. The cashier was never at the food menu side in the first place and there was two ppl that order bear claws and another a bagel so guess she is right people don't buy things there this time of the night. Needless to day cut my order down I will go down the way to noodles and company they have to have better customer service and leadership

This place pretty much defines mediocre. It's kind of offensive to pay 9 dollars for lunch and get what these guys call a sandwich. Sure, their bread saves things a bit, but if it were on regular bread, it would be borderline prison food. This one is right by my work so I've been a couple times. Both times have been a mayonnaise sandwich with two slices of meat, and a few chunks of lettuce and onion thrown in. I'll upload a picture so you guys can see what I mean. Pretty embarrassing, and I'll take my sandy wich business elsewhere I think.

Relatively healthy fast-ish food. Their breads are good, but not blow-me-away fabulous. Their breakfast souffles are interesting, served in something like a croissant casing. I like their Caesar Salad and their Asian-style chicken salad, and their soups have been consistently good as well. Their sandwiches come with a choice of chips or apple, which is a nice change. I've noticed their sandwiches to be bread-heavy and meat-and-filling-light, though. Usually, a half-sandwich and a cup of soup is more than enough, but I feel like I've eaten way too much bread afterwards. And honestly, sometimes I just get a craving for PB&J, and they've got it on their Kids' Menu, so, that's pretty cool. The prices are a bit higher than expected, but it's still a safe choice for a quick-ish lunch stop.

More like 3.5 stars, but I will round it up. As far as "fast foodish" lunch places go, Panera is pretty decent. You can get a good cup of soup, or a pretty good salad. I have never been too much of a sandwich person so I always opt for the soup + salad combo but nonetheless. They can make you a pretty good grilled cheese though! They also have bagels and desserts. The service always seems a bit spacey, but oh well. This location has a nice big patio to enjoy your lunch on on sunny days, which is a nice plus.

I have always liked Panera; and the steak and vlue cheese salad this time around sealed it once again for me! Freshly shaved steak, blue cheese crubmes, red onion and a balsamic type of dressing = yummy!! It's a new favorite for me. The lines move quickly and also the food comes quickly here as well. It is packed of course for lunch so grab a table while you wait if you can - there's the option of outdoor seating also but that of course goes away once winter hits. Overall, it's close to my office, my house and it's in Aspen Grove, which I also like as a place to shop.

:-) Special thanks to Alicia the catering Manager! :-) We ordered six box lunches for our CPR training meeting, the ordering was easy over the phone, the pickup was fast and each one was delicious. Next time you are in Aspen Grove Shopping center stop in for some good eats!

This Panera Bread location is by far my most favorite! The staff is extremely friendly, patient, and attentive! I would drive further just to go to this Panera. Their food is fresh, healthy, and addictive! I love everything they have on their menu, especially the Sesame chicken asian salad. Desserts and treats has got to be choco croissants, choco muffie, and choco bagel lol. I also love their broccoli and cheddar soup in the bread bowl. This location is also roomy and the service is fast even if there is a line out the door. I usually do not have to wait long to get my food.

The worst part about this location is the lack of consistency. If you order a salad, make sure you leave with the right dressing, cheese, and chicken with it. Also, double check your fruit cup for pieces of chicken in it. French onion soups never come home with cheese or croutons. And good luck ordering from someone who doesn't have an attitude. Recently they had new management come in and train new employees. I had a free coffee everyday this month (my first time ever with this reward) and the management was allowing me free espresso drinks. A employee, Ciara, there decided to rudely tell me that those aren't allowed. So, again, no consistency. We've had meals completely refunded because of screws up. The only thing they got going for themselves is bagels and their green tea. Go to Noodles or Qdoba, even Starbucks. Don't waste your time here.

Ate here last night. Our food was good but the staff at the pick up counter were unfriendly. Why work in customer service if you can't manage a smile, or at least answer questions without an attitude? On top of that, my daughter found a long hair in the middle of her panini but we didn't even say anything because we didn't want to deal with those people again. I'll stick to other locations.

I love the broccoli cheddar soup here. the sandwiches are ok. Anytime I make a modification or change of ingredients to my order, I feel as if 60% of the time it is done correctly. I normally come in during lunch rush so theres not enough time for me to go back and have it corrected. I want to love you panera! but you're making it difficult

Wow. First time I've gone to a restaurant that couldn't care less about their customers. After not visiting this store for a long time due to a previous issue, I decided to try it again. Mistake! At around 1:30 I walked up to the coffee counter to order coffee and a bagel. There were three clerks standing there chatting. I started to tell them what I wanted when one said the register was closed and I'd need to order in the long line where people were placing detailed lunch orders. I asked do I really have to wait in that line for coffee? They said yes, and I said never mind I'm leaving. They offered no apology and just let me walk. Based on previous issues and this terrible service, I won't be back. Too bad. It used to be a good store and chain.

I ordered catering through their website which was easy to use. I had high hopes that my pick up would go smoothly and it would've except for getting an attitude from the girl who "got stuck" having to help me. I arrived with extra time. The girl seemed annoyed when I wanted to verify that everything I ordered, food for 10, was all there. I was taking it to a meeting 30 minutes away so it's not like I could just pop back in if something was missed. I also asked for the bread to be cut. She shows me how's it's scored and people can rip it. I said that didn't work for a formal meeting and I didn't have knives. Yes, the food was a hit, but I don't appreciate attitude when I am the customer and spending $200 for sandwiches & salads.

I really like Panera Bread, and I normally would give it a higher rating, but this one seems to lack problem solving skills. We've been there twice and the employees can't seem to figure out how to substitute one product for another. Trip #1- They were out of romaine lettuce, so we were told we couldn't get a Greek salad. My husband points to a container full of lettuce- "Can't we just have that?" They said they thought it would be all right, but then gave me a tiny smattering of lettuce, making my salad not filling at all. Trip #2- My husband ordered pasta with chicken on top. When he sat down to eat, he realized that there was no chicken on it. When he took it up to the counter, they said, "We're out of that kind of chicken." They could have told him that right away- it's not fair to charge for chicken they had no intention of giving to him. He once again pointed at a container full of chicken and asked, "Can I get that instead?" Come on Panera. Let's get it together.

Stephanie gets a yelp 5 for very good customer service. There was a slight problem and she just took care of it in seconds, if she's not a manager she sure acted like one. Great job Stephanie!

Panera is a good place, in general. This one has problems. My husband and I ate here for lunch today. He found a seat outside with our dog, and I ordered. I waited in line for a looooonnnnnggggg time. So did a large group of other people. There was ONE CASHIER taking orders. And she was doing it as slowly as possible. There were lots of other employees walking around behind the counter (including someone oblivious, who appeared to be a manager), but no one helped. So, there we all waited. I could have let that go, really. But then our food was ready. Both of our paninis were room temperature. My salad had a 1/3 teaspoon of dressing on it, so little, I could barely tell it had dressing. And the lettuce was warm (gross!). My husband's salad was about as underwhelming. I don't think we'll go back to this one. There are plenty of other places to eat in this area, I suggest going elsewhere.

Panera Bread - YUM! YUM! Yes, this is the "go to" place, where I go to meet girlfriends for a "girls morning out." It's comfortable, cheery, and not too expensive either! I love their hazelnut coffee, so keep it coming please! Thank you very much. I also really enjoy their power breakfast sandwich (but hold the cheese please). A quick go to for a fast, easy, nutritious breakfast. Add the coffee to it, and I'm good to go for quite a few hours. Service - good. I've NEVER had a bad experience, even when the person at the register is new to the job (just training, etc.). Oh, BIG tip,... get one of their Panera customer cards. Yes, you have to go on-line, and register it. BUT, the more you go, the more free stuff you get! I've had quite a few free coffees and pastries (but you didn't hear me say that!). So, when they offer you a card, take it, register it, and don't worry about carrying it. Just give them the phone number that you registered the card under, and let the freebies roll!

Went in this morning to get a cup of coffee and a pastry before an early movie. Three staff members stood around the cash register talking, but wouldn't acknowledge our existence. After waiting for longer than we should have, we decided to walk over to Starbucks. As soon as we turned around, one of the employees called the guy behind us up to the register. I guess we just didn't look like the type of people Panera wanted to serve. After that experience, it will be a long time before I set foot in any Panera.

My fiance and I had never been to a Panera Bread before, so we decided to stop into this location whilst waiting to meet up with some family members. From the moment we walked in the door and saw the impressive lineup of soups and sandwiches, desserts and... well, the other sorts of offerings you'd expect from a bakery, we were delighted. The cashier/server we spoke to, Tiffany, was amazingly proficient and friendly, and helped us when we asked for recommendations by not only recommending what she liked, but also by asking a coworker what they liked for a second opinion whenever it came up (whether it was the cashier next to her when we were ordering food, or the district manager himself when she was walking us through their impressive offerings of scones and desserts). She also interacted with us whenever she passed by on the floor, cleaning windows or tables or picking up used dishes, asking if everything was okay or if there was anything else she could do for us. They offer a rewards program, which Tiffany also helpfully pointed out would offer us a free dessert if we registered the card online. Thus, we registered the card and returned later the same day for our free (and absolutely fantastic!) dessert. Try the bear claws or the cobblestones, you can't go wrong. The food was splendid; I had a half a chipotle chicken panini, and the broccoli cheese soup. My fiance had the turkey and cranberry flatbread, sans tomato, and their chicken and rice soup. Both our soup cups came with a baguette piece for dipping, and everything was delicious. The broccoli in my soup was so tender that had I no teeth and had inexplicably neglected to take my dentures into the restaurant, I would still be able to masticate it properly. They offer several different kinds of tea, including acai berry, hibiscus, and sweet green tea; the dine-in drinks came with free refills so we tried several and each was an excellent compliment to our meal. I cannot recommend eating at this location enough, both for the quality of food and the quality of service. I know I shall return as soon as I am able.
