Panda Express is very nice the staff are kind and the food is delicious I recommend these items SweetFire Chicken Honey Walnut Shrimp Orange Chicken My family and I go to this restaurant frequently when my father is meeting us for lunch. My sister,my friends, and I love the fact that they are always happy to give you a few samples if you can not decide what to choose. I love the Chow Mein it is very nice because it is soft and hot. I normally get a medium bowl with Chow Mein and SweetFire Chicken and I have my fill there and I take the rest home and have it another time. All in all I enjoy this restaurant immensely and enjoy when I come there. +

This location sucks!!! They NEVER have food ready, ALWAYS have to wait!!! You might as well go to a full service sit down Chinese restaurant. I walked in today 30 after they opened and EVERY pan was empty except chow mien. We will not return to this location.

We come here occasionally when we want something quick. Since the introduction of the steamed vegetables instead of being forced to choose between noodles or rice, we have enjoyed Panda as a "healthier" fast food indulgence. This particular location has friendly staff and good service. Almost every time we come in, however, they are out of something we want. About 90% of the time, we have to ask them to make the vegetables fresh, because it's clear they've been sitting out too long. But they're always happy to oblige, and it's worth the wait to have fresher food. I would have given more stars, but occasionally the food tastes a little off. Last time I think a few pieces of my cabbage were just the slightest bit moldy. It was hard to tell, but something was definitely off. The product is not always consistently good.

Too busy on their cell phones to help out. This almost became embarassing. Certainly unprofessional. Long wait due to our choices not available. Meanwhile we waited 15 minutes while they played on their smartphones. Lastly there was zero hygiene. Food-money-phone-money-no hand washing. Gross!

Come on, this is supposed to be quick serve Chinese food. Ordered the feast to go and they have nothing ready and can only make one dish at a time. Waiting and serving all of the people after me with the food they made for the feast and now have to make more to complete the feast. It should not take 15 minutes after I ordered and paid for

Not flexible. Why can't I sub 2 small sides for 1 large side. For goodness sakes I am spending 30 bucks. Orange chicken is old. Typically a much better place. Need to change their family meal approach. The manager (owner?) told the girl to rinse off the plastic spoon on the floor an put it back out for the customers. I did frequent this place. It will be a LONG time before I try it again. Too bad... The manager seemed angry. She needs another job.

This Panda Express is a little hard to find since it is tucked into a corner near Prince Street and Santa Fe Drive just north of Downtown Littleton. But - if you want some Chinese food in a hurry it's worth stopping for. Like all Panda Express Restaurants the food is cooked in small batches all day long, and then displayed in a case. You order cafeteria style. They will gladly give you a sample and answer questions. I almost always get 1 side and 2 entrees when I come here. The side can be veggies, rice (fried or steamed) or chow mein. I have tried them all and all are good. The quality of the entrees varies though. Some are fresher tasting and have good flavor, like the black pepper chicken or broccoli and beef. The Walnut Shrimp has a bit too much breading for me (and costs a $1 extra). Chicken and string beans is one of my favs. Once in a while I will also get a soup or egg roll/spring roll. Quality is good but a bit salty. The place is very clean and service is fast. They have some outdoors seating but you can hear traffic from Santa Fe Drive, and it always seems pretty hot out there in the summer.

Yep, I went to Panda Express. And to be honest, it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected it to be. The prices are right, and the food was constantly being cooked fresh, in view of all the customers. I was in at a busy time, and there was a line, so I'm not sure if the food is always so "Cooked to Order" but the couple of times I've visited, it's been the same. We added on the Crab and Cream Cheese Wontons for $1.50, and they were as good as that particular craving always is. No crab, though, not even Krab. It was more like a Chive Cream Cheese Wonton. But still good. Some of the entrees we've shared: Sweet and Sour Pork (With chunks of pineapple in it! Score!!) Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken, Chicken and Mushrooms, Beef and Broccoli. There were a few more but those were the ones that were good. I honestly thought this place would suck, thought it would be a greasy, fast-food nightmare, but I was proven wrong. For a quick lunch stop that won't empty the wallet, Panda Express scores.

Pretty standard. Dollar scoop is cheaper.

It pains me to give this place a 1 star, however it is warranted after this visit and my previous one. Before that, I thought it was a 4 star Panda. I have eaten here over twenty times, but this may be my last one. I will start by explaining the one star review and then finish with other info. My daughter and I showed up for dinner at about 7:15pm. There was nobody in line. Over 3/4s of all dishes were empty - even the eggrolls and crab rangoons. The female behind the counter asked me what I wanted, and I said I wanted to be able to look at the food before I choose. Without missing a beat, she asked, "Which dish would you like that we don't have?" I replied that I couldn't answer that question because I was going to make my selection based on seeing what looked good. She said, "do you want to order?" - not seeming to be too concerned with the situation. With a tinge of "friendliness" (I am giving her the benefit of the doubt) she reassured me that if I ordered something, she would personally deliver it to me as soon as it was ready. Perfect! So I waited... and waited... and waited... I noticed nobody seemed to be behind the counter working. I looked around and saw my new friend sitting at a table apparently interviewing someone for a job. Nice timing - dinner rush and they don't have any food prepared, an empty promise, and she thinks it is appropriate to go interview someone. I hope she hired him, because they need help. Finally, I realized that she was never going to end the interview, and her memory of my order had long disappeared. I got up and and went and asked a cook about it. Ahhh, it was ready. It was stuffed in a tiny to go box and given to me as if nothing happened. By then we had been there 20 minutes, so I just took it to go as I wanted to get out of there. By the way, the previous trip was almost identical, but it involved my hero's journey to try to get someone to refill the tea cannister at lunch time - I even faked choking at the beverage stand just to get their attention - they didn't care (and I am a pretty good actor). I will leave it at that, except to say that I never got my tea that day. Ok, the good stuff and the reason I said I would have given it 4 stars if it weren't for my 2 most recent visits... The location is convenient and there's plenty of private parking. The restaurant is fairly clean for a Panda. Often Pandas look clean but have a stickiness to them from their sweet glazed entres that tend to get on the tables. Here's a tip, don't use a tray as you will get sticky fingers before you even get your order. Other than that, it appears pretty clean. The food is good, especially for fast mall style Chinese food. I always go for the Walnut Shrimp, but you do have to pay extra for it. I also get the Beijng Beef. I get these with rice, however you need to know their rice is very dry and nearly tasteless. You have to mix the sauce from your entre into the rice in order to enjoy it. You can also add soy, but it is a pain as you have to ask for it and then they give you one little packet (enough fro 3 grains of rice) and act as if you burdened them. Their tea is excellent - I love it and I am sure I will miss it if I never come back to this one based on this experience. Summary: there is a very good chance (I hope) that you won't have an experience like I just had. It seems that it is a management issue and that they are trying to just prepare a minimum amount of food. This is a poor choice because Panda's rely on the customer being able to see the pretty bowls of fresh food and select the items that look good. You can't do that when they are all empty.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
