By unknown Nu yo is a great restaurant.It is a good place to go to for a delitiouse treat with your family.It is very clean and is a nice place to go to plus you get to make your own order a lot of restaurants get your order wrong. It is very clean and the seats are very comfortable. There very careful about how clean the seats are. It is a clean restaurant to go to with your family the people there make an effort to keep it clean. This is another reason. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very clean. The people there make me feel comfortable and there really nice when it comes to customers. The food there is frozen yogurt. It has the right temperature.Ones the good smell of frozen yogurt almost knocked me back.When it comes to the machine the food is great.I love Nu Yo for this reason. This is why I think Nu Yo is a good place to go to for A delicious treat.I think these is a good place to go to with your family.This is my second favorite place to go to with my family.

Being from CA I'm used to Yogurtland and Golden Spoon. Both have better yogurt than this place. Also, at Yogurtland, if you want samples, they just hand over 2 or 3 sample cups and you fetch ur own samples. At this place there was an odd, older fellow who came around and got the samples for us. It was SO weird and annoying. I kept saying I could do it but he just ignored me. It made me feel like I couldn't try that many, which is how I ended up with a flavor I didn't really like. I was SO disappointed they didn't have plain chocolate. They only had chocolate milkshake which the odd fellow told me tasted like a Wendy's Frosty, but this place's choc milkshake WISHES it tasted even HALF as good as a Frosty! I got that flavor anyway cause I pretty much only eat chocolate fro yo and I felt like I couldn't really try any others, but I tried to improve it with snow caps. In the end, I threw half of it away. What a waste of money. And a waste of good snow caps!

I want to give it more than 3 stars, but what can you say about a frozen yogurt shop to make it better than A-OK? The yogurt selection is great, and frequently changes. The toppings are numerous, fruit fresh, place is always clean. The staff is great, owners are friendly, and they always have Planet Earth or trivia playing on the TV's. I can't say anything negative about it...but it is simply a froyo place.

It's self-serve yogurt with toppings so it can't be too bad! However, compared to the other yogurt places I visit, this is my least favorite. I hate that I can't pour the sample of yogurt myself. The staff has to help, which makes me uncomfortable. I feel like I can only try one or two flavors and sometimes I want to try more! Plus, I don't think the yogurt and flavors are a good as Nellas in Littleton, or Zinga! in Lakewood, or Yogurtland.

This is a hard review to write because I am a regular at Yogurtland which has a much higher quality product at a lower price. As such, this place is far behind and does not match up to places like Yogurtland.

I was thrilled when I saw a frozen yogurt shop was going in near our home. We were so surprised when we moved here a few years ago from CA that there were virtually no yogurt shops anywhere in this area, but now they're popping up everywhere, yay. We have checked out NuYo, Nella's on Bowles near the Barnes & Noble, and Peachwave in Highlands Ranch. They each have good and bad qualities. NuYo pros: In my opinion, NuYo has by far the best quality yogurt. It is creamy with a good flavor (compared to the watery yogurt at Nella's and the truly funky, "off" flavors at Peachwave). The prices at NuYo and both other places are all fair. We get out of there for six bucks, usually (two adults and a toddler). NuYo cons: although they're quick to say "hello!" when you walk in, I find the atmosphere very unwelcoming. Why? Because they have an employee hovering at the yogurt machines cleaning up after you the instant you finish drawing your yogurt. Then when you get to the topping bar (which has no labels identifying what's what, aggravating), again, they are there hovering, watching what you do, and the instant you put the topping spoon down, they're there compulsively cleaning up your little mess, including making sure the topping spoon is placed just-so, in the exact posture as all the other obedient little topping spoons. They seem overly annoyed by the tiniest bit of disorder and it feels like they want you to know it. It reminds me a little bit of the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. To be fair, they never say anything unfriendly, of course! But they want things how they want them and it makes me feel very very uncomfortable. I think it's also horrible and controlling of them to make you ask for a sample cup. Neither of the other two shops does that. They make you ask the worker who's stationed near the machines for a cup, and then the worker's standing there waiting for your opinion of the yogurt. I guess I like to feel less conspicuous at a yogurt shop. It feels like they're watching you and what you do every second. They really need to loosen up. I really do appreciate their desire to appear clean but they are going about it the wrong way.

I love frozen yogurt and was so happy when I found out one opened so close to our home. I have been to multiple shops, most of which are good, but none beat NuYo. The environment is very welcoming. The staff always offers a quick hello and is so quick to answer and questions I have. The customer service, according to me was above par. It is a very family friendly place. We love the music videos they play and really appreciate how clean they keep it. NuYo also has the best quality of yogurt, it is full of flavor and has a very creamy texture. It is a great replacement for ice cream. Ice cream often leaves me feeling heavy, but with the yogurt I don't feel that way and it is a much healthier choice. I also love the variety they have. They always have so many good flavors. On top of that, they have a wide variety of toppings, from candies and chocolate to fresh fruit and sauces, they have it all. It can match anyones tastes with all the different concoctions possible. And it is all self-serve, which I love because then I can get it just right. The prices I find to be very fair. I also appreciate all the coupons on the back of store receipts and they have a loyalty card which helps save us some money every few trips. It is well worth it.
