Got a certificate from Restaurant.com and went there 45 min before closing time. The only person there was the owner, who has a nice Greek sense of humor. Yes, a lot of the deli items are a little over priced, but they have a special every day. For today, dad got the roast beef for only $3.99. Mom and I wanted to get the combo (half sandwich plus soup or salad) but the owner told us it was close to closing time and didn't want to serve us old soup and greens. So I got the grilled cheese, which I'm thinking is Greek style because the cheese wasn't melted. It wasn't bad, but nothing to rave about. Mom's turkey wrap was fantastic thought, with big chuncks of avacado! The boyfriend ordered the Reuben Panini and all I remember was a lot of mustard, not so much sauerkrout.... When I asked for tab water, the owner gave us each a bottle water for free which I thought was a very nice gesture. And he let us take tons of pictures inside with the props he laid around as decors. Pretty nice fella, I'd say.

Another restaurant I found on Living Social. Psh. Bad choice. The food was incredibly over priced. My partner and I both ordered the grilled cheese panninis, billed as havign brie and three other tasty cheeses in them. Um...the both came out as white bread (possibly Iron Kids?) with American cheese barely melted, and not properly grilled, and the high cost was only for the sandwich, not for any sides. Mine was so bad I couldn't finish it. The chai was good, the ice tea was ok. The service was awful...I'm not surprised it was empty. The bathroom had a suspicious black stain on the ceiling, making me think of mold, which is not a good thing to think about when you're about to go eat. Add to that the fact that the server had no idea about the coupon, wasn't familiar with the menu, and wasn't very friendly, and we'll not be back. Too bad-- I'd had high hopes!

We stopped here for lunch since I had the weekly plus money to spend. Went in at noon and sad to find that we were the only people in the place. Never a good sign. I ordered the grilled cheese panini and the b/f ordered the tuscan chicken panini. I was surprised that my grilled cheese was more $ than the chicken but oh well. Prices seemed a little much for meh paninis. Not bad but nothing special - I do not plan to make a return visit. Has potential to be a nice spot but it's not there yet. One thing that bothered me was the menu - it was only names of sandwiches no descriptions. I had looked online prior to going so I knew what I wanted. Oh and I was really looking forward to the gelato but it looked frostbite in the case - I didn't even try it :(

Food was awful and overpriced. Went because I had a coupon from weeklyplus.com . Got a club sandwich that had no lettuce or bacon - not that big of a deal, but it was obviously not fresh and unfortunately not very tasty. Also got 2 smoothies that did not taste very good. Owner kept on telling me how the smoothies were great because they had no extra sugar added, but I saw him put concentrated juice mix into the smoothies which I was pretty sure had extra sugar added. Do not recommend and Will not go again.

Went there again. This time with a friend. The atmosphere was relaxing. Had the paninis again and coffee afterwards and a couple of games of chess! Great place to relax!

This cafe does its job as a local cafe. It fulfills my after-gym hunger and my kid's constant hunger; it's cute, the service is good, the owner is grateful. I can't say I've had amazing food here, but I certainly won't say it's bad either. The owner displays great dedication to making sure we are happy for the duration of our short visits as we sit at one of the small tables by the window munching on simple, yet tasty sandwiches.

We used a groupon coupon and ordered lunch for 5 people. The man behind the counter was not very friendly and seemed distracted. We ordered the food for the 5 of us and the order was repeated back to us to confirm. It took 25 to 30 minutes to get our order even though we were the only people in the restaurant. Once we received our order, we realized that it was short a Reuben sandwich, so one of us had no lunch. The man told us that that they would make the sandwich but since he hadn't rung it up, we would be charged extra besides waiting for it. We decided to share what we had and declined because we didn't want to wait another half and hour due to his mistake. The sandwiches were decent but overpriced. They did not even come with chips, fries or even a pickle. We will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone due to poor customer service.
