I would give this 0 stars if I could! We have just walked out of this place because they were out of chicken....turkey....and wait for it....meatloaf! So, if you are looking for only sides this is the place to be! What may have made it worse was the staff, all 6 of them, looked and acted as if they could care less that they were completely failing. Also, they close in two hours so we did not walk in right before closing! I would not recommend this location!

This place is decent if you're looking for some good ol fashion cooking without doing the work yourself. It's great because there's a drive thru and the line inside moves pretty fast. The brisket is pretty good and the white turkey breast doesn't disappoint. I love the cornbread with honey. The carrot cake is by far the best thing on the menu! Cons: Food is sub par, there's not much flavor to anything, it actually tastes kind of bland. It is very EXPENSIVE for what you actually get. They get you in the drink prices, so watch out.

Food is good but it is way to expensive for what you get. Employees always seem to be nice.

Not a fan of this location. I spend a fair amount of time buying and trading items over at Tradesmart. Good Times and Taco Bell are not options. Sadly, the food and staff here are sub par. The food is usually cold and the staff is not attentive. I'm basing this review on 10 or so visits over the last several years.

I didn't think it was possible for this place to get any worse, but tonight's visit beat everything, hands down. THIRTY FIVE MINUTES in the drive thru, and they STILL got the order wrong - as they have done EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been here. Gave me chicken instead of the ribs I ordered. Good thing I checked before I left the window. I banged on the window, when someone answered I handed the chicken back and said "does this look like like a 1/2 rack of ribs to you?" A surly "no", and then the obligatory "sorry about that". It usually takes me six months to come back here, before I forget how bad they were last time. I think I'm done for good this time. They need to tear this place down and start over.

So I order turkey and was told that it would be 15 minutes wait. Let me interpret THEY ARE OUT OF TURKEY during the season for Turkey. I would have been less unhappy if the manager would have told me that he was a poor manager, ran out of the main product they sell during the peak season. This is not the first time I have run into this problem at this location. Believe me this is the last time. Poorly operated establishment.

I loved the people there... All very friendly but the good was a little cold and underdone and I got the wrong plate but they were really busy.... I don't blame them but they really need to work ok the food quality and corporate support to give them more workers

I came here to avoid the greasy, gross food at McDonald's. I should have gone to McDonald's. The half a brisket sandwich was half fat (see photo) and absolutely SLATHERED with mayonnaise. The brisket was also not hot enough to even THINK about melting the half a slice of swiss cheese on the sandwich. I also had to beg for the Au Jus that was supposed to come with the sandwich. All this after being the ONLY customer in the place (wonder why!) and having to walk up to the counter after FIFTEEN MINUTES to beg for my food. All while on my lunch break. And my side of Creamed Spinach had sat there and gotten cold and congealed for that whole fifteen minutes. Yum. Not. Stay far away.

Horrible food and service! Sat in the drive thru for 30+ minutes and they still couldn't even get my order right! I repeated the order 3 times that I did NOT want Mayo and they put extra freaking mayo! Disgusting food! Will not be returning!

This review pertains specifically to service. The food is always consistently good however we have literally NEVER ordered an entire meal without it either missing something or the server requiring prompting to compete the order correctly. Tonight it was the cornbread that was left out, last time our server, a young woman, required reminders for gravy, cornbread and forgot the au jus for brisket sandwich all together. Before that, we were given sides that were half filled. This store is in serious need of retraining. The staff all have good attitudes, they just really need to be taught to do their jobs correctly.

If you've been to Boston Market, you know what food they serve. I won't get into all of that. Though, I will say that this particular Boston Market seems to be quite consistent in all of their food, which is a good thing. My boyfriend and I had some Boston Market gift cards, so we've been in to this particular location several times in the past few weeks. Boston Market is fast food. It's GOOD fast food, but there's a drive-thru and you can get your food to go, so I consider it fast food. I couldn't really imagine giving any fast food joint a 5-star review, but here is why this place gets one: The service. I have had better service, all-around, at this Boston Market, than I have at many much fancier and more expensive non-fast food restaurants where I am expected to tip. Here, there is no tip required (and, I'm not even sure there's a way to offer a tip outside of handing a server money as you leave), yet the service is easily good enough to warrant it. Today, I'd like to call out Ryan and Torry. Torry served me my food, as she has a few times in the past, and she's quick and helpful and friendly. Ryan is another server I have seen several times in the past, and is always helpful and very friendly. And, this is REAL friendliness, folks, not that fake smile plastered on and the "Yeah, have a nice day" you get at most places. Ryan came to our table today and saw that we had ordered two small sides of the Honey Habanero sauce to try and stopped to ask if we had tried mixing it with the BBQ sauce. He said a lot of people seemed to like it. Sounded good to us, and he cheerfully brought us a side of BBQ to try out with it. Big deal? Yes, it is. It's a small gesture, but one that I don't expect from a fast food-type place. And, it makes all the difference in the world. Never once have I been in this Boston Market, regardless of how busy they were, and NOT had at least one person come over and ask how things were. My plate is carried to the table of my choice, and my plate was cleared from my table (by Ryan) when I was finished. That is not typical fast food restaurant service and deserves to be mentioned. Whomever is managing this Boston Market is doing a great job, and I've never, ever had anything less than excellent customer service there. Sometimes, it isn't just about the food (which is always good!), but also about how you're treated.

Boston Market's the fast food for "Home Cooked" meals. This is a restaurant location too (not just catering.) They have definitely improved over the years. Can't pass up their Chicken Pot Pies or Meatloaf. The new side dishes are good too. Am most impressed with the fact that they no longer use plastic plates or silverware for Dine-In!! Our server, Kaysha, was friendly and helpful. This location is open until 11:00pm.

I went through the drive thru for dinner tonight and got the chicken sandwich. The service was really fast and pleasant. My meal was ok, the chicken was decent and the bread was good. All of the items on the menu were a little on the pricey side. It is a reasonable choice for a step above most fast food places.

It'll do. Is it the best food in the world? Nope. I come here for salads. But for an older chain, it's very clean and updated. The staff are very pleasant, also. If you don't like your food, ask them to remedy it. Food service workers aren't clairvoyant. Speak up.
