Alright, first-world problem, but really Panera Bread? You have ONE outlet in the dining room and the rest are located so that everyone waiting in line gets to see everything I'm doing. Cmon, its the 21st Century! Guess Ill stick with Starbucks so I can get my work done in semi-privacy.

I stopped in again today because I was craving soup. This time the food was much better than my previous visit (I got the grilled cheese again and it was good), but the service was iffy. It was pretty slammed with what appeared to be a group of mothers and their various children, but the girl who took my order was a bit short with me. Overall, I understand that it was busy and the staff was stressed. I enjoyed my food, and I would give this place one more star if their beverage area wasn't such a pain. Everyone stands there waiting for their food and it gets really congested.

Love panera for their options, plain and simple. They have such an extensive menu that you'll find something for everyone here. If your group is divided on what or how much to eat this is the perfect place to go. The coffee here is good and the you pick two deal can't be beat. If you've never had their green tea you are doing yourself a disservice

Nothing has changed at this location in the drive thru. My last visit. Totally skimp you on salad portion size compared to if you dine in. My salad was a joke, with about two bites of lettuce, and missing cobb salad ingredients. I said hold the bacon not everything else. On my french onion soup, no croutons. Not a huge deal, unless you really really wanted the croutons. Complete rip off.

Ordered a Pick-two combo with a salad and half sandwich. It was the smallest salad I have ever seen, not more than half a cup. And it costs $9! I wasn't given a receipt to complain on their website. The girl at the window looked like she could care less about anything. I use to go to this place a lot because of the drive-thru window and its convenience. No more! Not worth it.

This location has let me down a few times recently, but overall I love their food. It's always clean, and always packed with happy customers. The mac and cheese is my guilty pleasure. Ok maybe the cherry pastry is my guilty pleasure. All of it. It's all amazing, and all makes me feel like I've ruined my diet. Even the salad. Best of all there's a drive thru.

They definitely nailed the location here. There's always people in here whether they're grabbing something to go, sitting with friends or loved ones for a bite or studying with something to nibble on on or drink. I think that's why Panera is so great, not only do they have great food, awesome pastries and very friendly service; but it's also great for any occasion. Now on to their food, I almost always go with the "you pick 2" deal because I always want more than one thing! Lol This deal is really good because you can choose between a cup of soup, half a sandwich, a salad and I believe their pasta is part of that deal. I'm in love with their broccoli cheddar soup, but their tomato soup and their chicken noodle soup are also favorites. Their bread is fresh and they're sandwiches are made when ordered. Nothing beats a fresh sandwich especially when the ingredients on their own are delicious! I've had a handful of their different sandwich flavors and none have let me down. Their bakery is full with yummy deliciousness with something for everybody. Their bear claws are to die for and perfect with a cup of coffee or tea, all of their cookies are so good and their cinnamon rolls are delicious. The parking lot can be a bit tight at certain hours so plan accordingly. They also have a drive-thru which makes life easier for some people.

Your standard Panera. Clean, nice staff, good food. Didn't kick us out for staying awhile, they appreciate people getting comfortable. I'll always come here because I know the quality and definitely get it every time.

I'm really disappointed in this location. Stopped here for lunch before a doctor's appt...during lunch hour. Since they cater to the lunch crowd it's assumed they know what the hell they're doing. Assumption can be an over-rated thing. I ordered the Sierra Turkey and asked to please have the wheat bread toasted...you'd think I asked them to dip it in gold or something. The sandwich looked abused, no turkey (very little) , one onion and the lettuce was soggy and wilted. it was pathetic. No care was taken at all. I am pretty certain for $10 a grade school cafeteria lady could have done an exponentially better job. Won't be back to this one any time soon.

Upon entering this establishment, the greeter at the register referred to BOTH me and my girlfriend as gentlemen. It was the most incredibly rude thing I have heard in a LONG time, but my girlfriend insisted that we stay and eat. It was just as uncomfortable for the remainder of the meal, though. The boy's eye glasses prescription must be sorely out of date, or he must be dense, otherwise. I will NOT EVER be returning to this panera bread location!

I wanted everything to taste as good as my husband's corn chowder smelled, but alas! The sandwiches were pitifully stuffed and lacked flavor, and some of the lettuce in the salad was very wilty. The soup was okay, but it smelled a lot better than it tasted. I like Panera in general, so I'm not sure why our experience was so poor at this location. We probably will pick Garbanzo's next time around.

I come to your store every Friday around 5:30 for dinner specifically to get the clam chowder and you are always out. You only serve it once a week and you never have enough left to even make it to dinner service time let alone through dinner service. If it only happened every once in a great while it could be understandable but this happens consistently. The moron in charge of doing inventory and ordering stock clearly needs to go back to school for some refresher math courses otherwise they would have seen they are obviously under ordering the supply of clam chowder. And the people who pack the food can never seem to remember to put my kids yogurt that comes with the kids meal in my bag. This location needs to seriously get it together.

I've been here once, but it gets an extra star for that wonderful drive thru! Anyone with a baby knows what I'm talking about. I generally don't care for fast food, which limits my drive-thru options. My favorite thing at Panera is their souffles. Not a common breakfast item that can be acquired easily elsewhere and at my former location that Panera would run out by 10am. I drive thru a wee after 10am and yes, they do have a souffle and a new one on the menu is the tomato feta which the drive through staff cheerfully told me is her favorite. Nice service, a drive thru option, souffle craving met, and well-placed location. A great first experience. i can see becoming a regular here.

I stopped by here because I was looking for something quick and easy and I happened to see that they have a drive thru! Finally a great place to eat, with a drive thru! I ordered a turkey with white cheddar panini on the 3 cheese bread. It was really, really good! The turkey tasted great, the sandwich wasn't dry at all, which can happen when you don't have any condiments on it (that's how I like it) but it was wonderful and had plenty of moisture. I also got 2 kids meals with the mac and cheese, the serving size was really small for the $5 price point, they finished it and they were still hungry which is odd because my kids aren't great eaters. I should have just ordered the larger portion for them and paid the difference. The kids' meals came with chips, which were tasty. I was able to buy a muffin for .99 because I bought a meal so I got the apple crumb muffin and it was very good. Everything was good, fresh and hot here. Portion size was a bit small on the kids meals if your kids are over 5 I think but everything else was how I would want it. The guy at the drive thru was also very nice, even while I was asking a million questions at the speaker.

I am just not a fan of Panera Bread. I ordered a Greek salad, which comes with shrimp. It was definitely not worth the $10 price tag. They don't have ranch, so I asked for the Greek and Cesar dressing on the side, and ended up only getting the Cesar. It was not a good pairing. I also got the turkey sandwich kids meal. When we got home, I had to add mayo and mustard to it, as it came with bread, cheese, and turkey. They were also out of chai. Overall, the order was way too expensive for what we received, so I doubt I will be back.

Again, so happy to have something new that is close to home & work. I came in for lunch a couple of weeks ago and I have to say I was impressed with how quickly everything came out considering how busy they were. The guy that helped me was pleasant and as engaging as he could be during the lunch rush. I ordered the tomato & mozzarella panini and I was pretty happy with it. The sun-dried tomato pesto had a really good flavor to it and I thought it was a nice change from a regular pesto (which I do love btw). The panini was huge, I couldn't finish it all for lunch so I saved the rest for dinner and it was just as good that night. I could tell that all of the ingredients were fresh and hadn't been sitting around for a couple of days. I will take Panera for a lunch/dinner option over McDonalds, BK or any of the other fast food joints around any day. Next on the list, some of their signature breads that I have heard so much about!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a bread bowl with broccoli cheese soup. Got home and there was no bread bowl in the giant bag they gave me. Called the restaurant and was put on hold because they didn't think they had any bread bowls. They had one left, so I drove all the way back to the places to get the bread bowl and the guy at the counter was super apologetic and refunded the bread bowl. Made it right!

I do not know why we keep coming back to this pAnera location. Today as I was ordering a breakfast sandwich the click kicked over to 11. No more breakfast. Staff was rude and no manager to be seen. Had to ask for the cream cheese that we ordered with a bagel. Always seem to be out of stuff.

This location has the best customer service of any I've visited. The staff is consistently ultra friendly and cheerful. Food is pretty consistent as well. Very pleased.

I love the atmosphere and the lattes. Their bacon and spinach soufflé is delicious! If I had one recommendation to make, I would say that I wish the staff here was more upbeat and friendly. Other than that, great food and location!

I will not be returning to this Panera. It is new, but the service is entirely too slow. This morning, I waited for 15 minutes for a bagel and coffee in the drive through. With no cars in the parking lot and one car in front of me, I am highly disappointed with the service.
