Yum! Nice decor, tasty noodle dishes, friendly staff. I've had the Indonesian peanut noodles, pad Thai, and Thai soup. Note: These dishes are a great way to get and eat vegetables you normally dislike, like broccoli. The spices mask their taste :-)

This is my second visit to a Noodle & Company and it tastes exactly like my first visit. Glad they are consistent with how the food tastes. I've read the other two reviews and I fortunately had a better experience. I did, however, come for a late lunch at 5pm on a Friday afternoon. There was one other customer with three young boys with him. I sat down in the corner and put my things down so I can fetch a cup of ice water, and when I returned to my table, the family of 4 has decided to sit right next to me. Out of ALL the seats in the empty restaurant. It was just me and this family of for sitting right next to each other. That was a bit odd. Anyhow, food was fine, came in under 5 minutes and also ordered a rice crispy treat. One thing I don't understand is that after the family of 4 left, (they ate their food in under ten minutes), a worker came by to bus the table. She did NOT clean or wipe the table down and there was scraps of macaroni and cheese and smeared up cheese on the table. I don't get it. The restaurant is empty, there are five employees and they can't even wipe down a table. Disappointing.

This Noodles and Company location has friendly service. The pad Thai and Thai curry soup I ordered came out perfectly. The pad Thai noodles weren't dry and the soup was piping hot. They also add a lot of eggs to it. The only hesitancy I have about this location is that the service is slow. Sometimes it is due to having lots of customers, and other times, it is because they overlooked your order. Regardless, the flavor is yummy and I would go back again. I would recommend getting the chocolate chip cookie. It's delicious!

Before I write a proper review, I just want to point out that, yes, I've been to Noodles & Company many times and generally like their food. That said, if visiting this particular Noodles & Company was my first visit to the chain, it would probably be my last. I've been here twice and both times I've watched the kitchen staff successfully botch entire orders, throwing uneaten, wrongly prepared food in the garbage. I've seen them give entire orders to the wrong customers only to have them return, slamming now-cold sacks of food on the counter exclaiming, "Excuse me? THIS IS WRONG!" I've watched as the kitchen staff, all young and obviously untrained, prepare this food with no gloves, no care, and total disregard for the people they're serving. After waiting over 30 minutes for two small bowls--TWO--these are the things I've seen and I can't un-see them. What were once hungry customers leave angry predators who take up arms on Yelp to dish out angry, sarcastic one-star reviews like this one. It's a car crash in slow motion. It's an anger management training course. It's a zoo exhibit with angry animals that, if only it were legal, would kill everyone around them. Don't visit this store; it's a terrible addition to the Noodles & Company brand.

Ive eaten at many different noodles and co, but because this one is 5-10 minutes closer to my house I go to it out of convenience. I rarely give 1 star ratings but after my last 3 visits I had to in the hopes that management would see this and get some change going on in there. Generally the food is as consistent as all the other Noodles and Co that I've been to, the service is another story. Honestly, its terrible. I was told the time before my last visit that I would receive coupons for complementary pasta or soup because they didn't put two bowls of soup in my to-go order (about $10 worth of food) that I had ordered and by the time I got home and realized they had already started breaking down their kitchen (Picked up food at about 8:50 and they close at 9). When I called to tell them what had happened they said that I could come back and they'd give me the coupons for the next time I came in and some rice crispy treats since they couldn't give me that soup. Went back and was handed a bag of rice crispy treats, assuming the coupons were in the bag. They were not. The girl that brought them to me at the door was VERY sassy. So basically I paid 10 dollars for a bunch of rice crispy treats. Then tonight I went in and got two pasta dishes to-go with extra sauce (I ALWAYS order it with extra sauce which is a dollar up-charge per dish) and the lady working the cash register was just not a friendly human being. Throughout the order she looked me in the eye once, didn't welcome me with a "Hello, welcome to Noodles and co" or any greeting, just "what can I get ya?" in an almost annoyed tone. Ordered my meal, and I say "No topper on either of those please" (as in chicken, tofu, etc) and she finally looks me in my face and goes "what are you talking about?" Seriously? That is not customer service. You just don't say that. Then I finalize my order, and whoops, I forgot to order my drink until right before a ran my card. She got sassy about that too. After she adjusted my total and I ran my card, she grabbed my cup and literally SLAMMED it down and as she walked away. Then to make matters worse I get home and there is definitely not extra sauce on either one of the pasta dishes. Please management, fix this location. Because for now, I will drive 5-10 minutes further to go to the Mills or Belmar from now on.

Aside from me absolutely LOVING their food, the staff here is SO nice!!!!! This is the fastest noodles I've been to, our food came out very quickly! The manager let us have a Rice Krispie to take home since they were cleaning up for the night. Super sweet!!

I have never given a 1 star review and I am usually pretty generous. This is the absolute worst Noodles & Company I have ever been to. I have been to this location twice and will never go back. The 1st time we went was a nice 30 minute wait after I ordered. The kitchen was acting like chickens with their heads shopped out. There was so much confusion. Everybody was running around and customers were returning there orders cause they were wrong. I took note to this and after they finally called our order which was 2 noodle bowls and 2 soups, we were missing a soup. We told them about this and once again we had to wait another 5 minutes for them to walk over and put some soup in a container. I thought I will give them one more chance since it had just opened. Tonight was no different. Same kids working there and my husband and I once again waited 30 minutes and it wasn't even busy. While waiting I watched 3 different groups get the wrong order. Notices nobody that worked there wore gloves and this included everyone in the kitchen. I watched one of the cooks wipe his runny nose on his hand. That was the icing on the cake. I waited 30 minutes to get to go home and think about all the delicious extra flavoring that went into somebody's dinner. If you want to get pissed that your food will be cold by the time you get home, have snot in it, and who knows what else you have come to the right place. I have gone to sit down restaurants and gotten my food faster. The only positive is if you are a people watcher, it is pretty entertaining, if you are not hungry or in a hurry.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
