Tried to order an ice cream cake tonight. The girl whom answered the phone was so rude. First she told me she needed 24 hrs notice. So I said great I will pick it up tomorrow at this time (aka 24 hours from now) . She didn't know that tomorrow at the same time was 24 hrs and said they couldn't accommodate. Dairy queen across the street gladly took the business.

Horrible service and flavors weren't correct. My order was wrong and i ended up leaving with having spent $4 and no ice cream. Never going to this location again! I would give them no stars if that were an option.

I like Coldstone, but I do not like this particular location. POOR customer service, usually dirty...we take our business to the Belmar location.

We like Coldstone but this one is ok. Go to a different Coldstone, like the one in Arvada. We got our ice cream half melted and barely filled the cups they were in considering we ordered the Love it size. When I mentioned to the girl helping us that our ice cream didn't look like what was in the photo's, she told me that the photos were false advertising and her boss, the owner, told her that they were giving too generous of servings and needed to be careful not to give too much. Normally, I wouldn't complain, but they were flimsy servings, not even ok servings, considering we are paying more than $5 each. I did notice that the customers after us got regular servings after we complained.

Last two trips in the evening have been unpleasent. The evening staff is rude. This visit i ordered a funnel cake sunday. The cake was stale and the strawberries were fronzen solid and thus inedible. we have given this location a few tries to make sure it wasnt a fluke but it appears that that isnt the case

The staff was friendly but it was uncomfortably hot in the store we quickly got our ice cream and got out. They should fix the air conditioner.

A Cheap Yogurt on A Cheap Place! I would really appreciate if they gave extra effort in cleaning their place? Because when we went there, it was really disgustingly dusty. The yogurt was bad as expected.

So many flavors, so many topping choices how does one choose?!?!?!? Never had bad service. Ice cream is always good. Location is clean. Prices a teeny bit high but doable.

This Cold Stone is spectacular. Not only to the uphold the high standards in ice cream expected from most Cold Stones, this Cold Stone does so much to put itself ahead of the rest. This Cold Stone constantly gives out discounts to anyone who subscribes to their text alerts (2 for 1 deals, $1 scoops). The restaurant also does a considerable amount of fundraising for the local community, which in my opinion speaks volumes for the quality of a establishment. Overall, if you want Ice Cream. Go to Cold Stone in Denver West! Plenty of good seating outside and inside and a great environment for everyone!

This icecream is as good as it gets! There's tons of flavors and mix-ins at pretty good prices. It's also in a great location (right next to a movie theater and a couple of restaurants).
