Love all of the stores but especially this one because of the customer service. Looking forward to dinning here again in the future.

It's Chipotle. You know you're going to get a decent fast-casual burrito. But this locale has some issue making rice on more than one occasion. Hard, barely cooked, and almost inedible.

The first time I got sick from this Chiptole I wrote it off to bad luck. But today is the second time I have gotten food poisoning from this location. If you want the shits, eat here.

Chipotle is a chain that most Americans have tried at some point. You know what you're getting when you go to a Chipotle. I remember not enjoying Chipotle, but I hadn't been to one in years and decided I might give it another try. I ordered online which worked out wonderfully. When I arrived, the line was almost out the door. I was able to skip the line, walk straight up to the register, and was handed my food. I was back at my desk within 15 minutes of when I left. Seeing the long line, I can't understand why anyone would do anything other than order online. The restaurant seemed clean, although very busy. Got back to the office and started to eat my burrito. I love Mexican-style food. I ordered a chicken burrito with brown rice, fajita vegetables, medium salsa, sour cream, lettuce, and guac. Sounds delicious, right? It's not. There's something so off about the taste of Chipotle. I think it's in their meat and veggies. It's incredibly salty and there's a spice that I can't put my finger one that just tastes like it doesn't belong. There are other chain burrito joints, such as California Tortilla, that blow this place away. On the plus side, the burrito was very large and cost me only $8.65. It would have been less if I hadn't added guac, which costs extra. If you enjoy their odd, salty meat, this a great buy. But I won't be back.

We ordered a corporate lunch via fax. Had our customers provide us with their custom orders. Unfortunately the order was fulfilled incorrectly. It was embarrassing to show up at our meeting not having the meal our clients had ordered. However, the day after our order I received a nice follow up call from the store manager (I assume). She called to check on our meal. When I explained the problem she was kind and promised she'd make it up to me. I thought it was great that she took the time to follow up with me after our order. Great customer service. We are going to give them another chance and will be sure the order is correct next time before we leave the store. Lesson learned.

Good experience at this location. Staff is on top of things. Only drawback was the music playing too loudly. Conversation was difficult with my group of four.

First off I am a Chipotle fanatic. I mean, I love Chipotle, a lot. I pretty much always give Chipotle 5 stars. Having gotten that out of the way I want to explain why this trip to Chipotle only got 4 stars. Basically, and I do not know if this is the norm at this Chipotle or not, but the lady was really skimpy on the servings. Normally when I get my usual order it is heaping over the edges of the bowl. This trip it was like my steak salad was sitting in the middle of the bowl, it was tiny. I will say that as always it was delicious but I had to ask for extra meat and only got what I usually get in one scoop at other Chipotle's. Yes I was charged for the extra meat! If you look at the photo I submitted you will see that my nephews chicken bowl was TINY! That pic was taken on his first bite. So one of two things are happening here: 1) The manager at this Chipotle is a stickler and trains their employees to give out smaller than usual portions OR 2) I am lucky and my 2 usual Chipotle's really deliver the goods and I should be happy I go to them. I don't know if there are very many people that enjoy Chipotle as much as me but I will say that today was a rare disappointment. Shame on you Union Chipotle! Next time I better get the serving I am paying for!

Standard Chipotle. Busy during the work week and little to no wait on the weekends. Service is fast, orders are accurate and consistent. No frills; no nonsense.

I've had many visits to this location and all of them have been good. The employees are friendly and very fast. If there's a line, the wait is usually not very long. The managers are awesome and appreciate large orders (picked up by a company go-fer), especially when they're called in in advance or placed online. My only complaint is that they run out of tea at times, but that's not enough to lose a star.

I absolutely love Chipotle and this is my home location. There is never a line and my order is always met (although I do agree with one reviewer that the servings can be skimpy at times, but I usually just ask for more), and the staff is always pleasent. I'm in and out of this location in less than 5 minutes with a delicious burrito.

Wonderful staff at this Chipotle! We had a problem with a coupon not scanning properly and the manager made things right for us. Thanks!

I placed an order online, arrived 5 minutes before it was supposed to be ready, the restaurant was all but empty, was ignored by the staff on the kitchen line until the manager came up and offered help. My order hadn't been started, he had to tell the employees how to make it, I was glared at by one of the female employees the whole time and instead of light sauce as I had ordered, they slopped a whole ladle full on there. When I said it was too much sauce the mgr started to tell the employees to remake it, but then stopped to ask if I really wanted it remade. Obviously if I tell you it's too much I don't want it. You should have remade on your own initiative. At that point I felt so obtrusive I took the incorrectly made burrito and left. I'll just go to the Colorado Mills store on my way home from now on, at least their employees don't ignore and mean mug their customers.

I just love Chipotle! I could eat it every day if I could afford it. I had to give this location 4 stars just because they go lighter on the ingredients than most other Chipotle locations. It's still delicious though!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
