Always made the way I want it. A really good Chipotle. There's not much more you can say about Chipotle, other than it's greatness in burrito bowl! The salsa is good, the burritos are good, the meats are good, heck, everything is good. Plus, on top of that, the service here is great!!

This is my regular location for my Chipotle fix for the past 6 years now and it's always been awesome.

Great staff, but where is the flavor??? I had not tried them in sometime and went back as it is one of my friend's places to go... but eh.... if I am eating 'Mexican' food I want it to pop! It reinforced by dedication to Qdoba..

It's Chipotle, how can you go wrong? This one is especially large inside. They get busy during the lunch rush so parking can get tricky, if need be, park across the street at the mall, it's not a far walk.

Speedy service and a knowledgeable staff makes the order and eating of their food easy and tasty. They have a large seating area and are rarely busy.

Very solid Chipotle with great service. I have never had any complaints about the service or the food, save one exception. When you order via the online site or the iPhone app, they make your burrito the second they receive the details. While this would normal be lauded as prompt service, the app tells you that you have to wait 20 minutes before your tasty burrito is done. That means that when I came to retrieve my guilty Al-foil wrapped pleasure, it was too lukewarm to truly be enjoyed. That was one unfortunate experience, but it doesn't stop me from returning to what I would consider to be my favorite Chipotle.

My husband seems to think that this particular Chipotle is better than all others that exist. He says there are two particular ladies that are experts at filling and rolling the burritos, and that all others just shouldn't even try. I don't know if I can agree or disagree, because this is the only one I've ever visited (except one in NYC years ago...) but I can say that they do make some fine food. I'm partial to their guacamole and vegetarian bowl, but I can put down a carnitas bowl if my stomach calls for it. I find their steak to be a bit chewy, so I don't get that anymore. The carnitas is where it's at - tender, moist, flavorful... They also make quesadillas if you ask, and I like a simple cheese and black bean when I'm in the mood. Students get a free drink with their meal (not that they ever ask for your ID....) and service is fast and mostly friendly.

It's a Chipotle, nothing special. Obviously this is a great place for gluten-free yelpers. This particular location in Golden, CO seems to always ben busy, seeing as how it's in the Colorado Mills mall. Cute outdoor seating. Weird awkward parking lot, but of course, it's in a mall - no worries. Just make sure you can wait in line for your lunch break!

Chipotle never lets me down. I've been to a dozen different locations, this one just happens to be closest to my home. The people are always friendly and helpful, the food is always fresh, and it's always more than enough. I love the selection of Tabasco sauces. I always get the Carnitas Burrito with rice, pinto beans, tomatillo green-chili salsa, sour cream and cheese. Chips and Guac are always good to take home and munch on later, too. Add the green Tabasco for a mild kick!

I'm done with you Chipotle!!! I used to buy food for office meetings, etc. your guacamole USED to be the best! Your chips, had a faint taste of lime and the chicken, always perfect. Something has changed. The quality of your food has dropped so badly and noticeably that my entire staff has mentioned it and asked me to go elsewhere. Too bad your product is not consistant.

The thing I like about Chipotle is that no matter which one you eat at, the food is relatively consistent. Unfortunately, the service is not. This location doesn't plate it as consciously as the other locations I have been to recently. What do I mean? Well, I ordered the Barbacoa soft tacos, a rare occurance. Sadly, the guy who made them did not let the liquid from the Barbacoa drain before filling the soft taco shells...this later made them ineditable as the flour quickly soaked up the juice rendering them soggy. It was gross. They totally fell apart...Look, if I wanted to eat my tacos with a fork, I would have just ordered them without the tortillas, in a bowl. Also, I found some really fatty pieces of meat that were not appealing at all. This also turned me off along with the overal experience which was not that great. Luckily, the one near me is close to flawless. :)

One of the worst Chipotle customer service ever!! First off my husband and I went in to order the family dinner, started with a childerns taco kit, and was asked for here or to go? I mean seriously, so we continue to order food and the chick was so stoned, she couldn't remeber anything we told her. And to top it off the RUDE lady putting salsa on our stuff was rushing us (no one else in the place) and my husband asked her which salsa is better tasting, and all she kept saying was salsa? Do u want salsa? All in all absolutely worst customer service, we will NOT be back to that location!!

One of the best Chipotle's around. The line moves quick. The food is always good. Parking can be tough over lunch.

Hey guys, Natalie here. I used to hate chipotle... And I mean hate with a capital H. They put cilantro, which I am convinced is a devil herb, in literally everything. Salsa? Yep. Corn? Yep. Guacamole? Yep again. Rice?!? EVEN RICE!!!! Anyways, despite literally drowning their food in the devil herb, they aren't that bad. My only complaint is that they always look at me weird when I ask them to pick out the onions from the fajitas and only give me bell peppers. So what it takes an extra 10 minutes?! I'm sorry, I thought this was America. The land of the free. Speaking of free, what's with the upcharge on the guac?! Question though-- do I need to pay for soda water or not? Overall review: totally worth it when you are feelin' taco-licious. Xoxo, Natalie

This is a good location. They get people through the line rather quickly, and they are friendly, too. The drink station area is usually stocked well, and they are nice about providing limes when requested. The only thing I don't like about this location is that the parking lot is odd on the right-hand side and the whole parking lot area can get full during lunch hours.

This Chipotle is quick, clean and easy. I almost always get a barbacoa naked burrito with a tad bit of rice. If you're for a good mix for groups, there's a few large tables for large groups, normal four seater tables, and a bar type setting around full windows. The drinks and napkins are to the left of the check out counter.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
