Good food and service. My only complaint is the appearance of the employees. The woman running the tortilla warmer and who adds the rice and beans, was wearing a bullring in her nose. It looked very unprofessional. Clean up the employee image and this could be a 4 star.

I don't care how busy this place is, you are in and out in 5 minutes or less. The staff is very friendly and polite.

Chipotle! This has to be my all time favorite "corporate" places to eat. It is reasonably healthy or at least not unhealthy. Always a clean environment and always unbelievably tasty. If you saw my tip, I suggest mixing the two sauces with the guacamole and chips. I wish all corporate restaurants were this well run.

I try to avoid fast food under all circumstances and to avoid spending extra money for lunch when I can bring in my own but a few days ago I forgot my lunch. I ended up choosing this place, since they were the best option near my office. I have always appreciated what Chipotle stands for as a corporation and their views on healthy food. I got the steak burrito, it was pretty good, the only complaint I would have is that the rice was a bit hard, probably because it was near the bottom of the pale and needed to be replaced so it would be understandable just wish it didn't happen to me. It was lunch time and they were pretty busy but I was in and out in about 3-4 minutes. I cant remember the exact total but it was about $8.50 or so. The people were fairly nice and the store was clean. There would have been plenty of parking but since it was lunch time it was pretty packed.

I love Chipotle. What more can I say? If you haven't tried it, you need to! The service is on and off at this one but hey it's Chipotle! If you don't like burrito, get a burrito bowl or tacos. Also their gaucamole is really good and made fresh in house.

Welp... The service was terribly awkward and atrocious customer service. Not to mention the burrito I ordered was cold and they seemed to control the portion sizes very well as in they hardly add any extras. The burrito was small compared to the Downey one. Not coming back here again. u v u

I don't write fast food reviews very often, but I am a regular here. I go probably once a week. The staff is friendly and service is quick. I have been there when the line is almost to the door and have gotten through quickly, and the staff never acts rushed or annoyed. The food speaks for itself. You know you're going to get good food at Chipotle, regardless of the location.

Eh, it's Chipotle. Masquerading as a high-end fast-casual burrito place, but really isn't the best. This location is no different. I swear they keep making the spoons smaller and smaller when they are scooping ingredients, as my burritos have become smaller and smaller over the years. Staff is alright, if not bored.

Not impressed! Poor service, cashier rang up my order wrong. Relatively long wait. No wholewheat tortilla's available for the burritos. Only light beer. Soggy beans. I used to like the chipotle around my previous place ok for a fast food chain. This one is just not good enough. Not planning on coming back here.

Its on par with all the Other Chipotle's. Great Customer Service and they didn't mind just putting rice in a bowl for my Lil One and they didn't charge me for it either. Wish the steak was warmer, and this one didn't have cookies.

Love me some Chipotle-it's easy, fast and affordable. However, this location frustrates me to no end. The staff is rude, they do not listen and they rush you through the line like there is a stampede coming. If you don't like your job get a new one and quit sending me negative energy.

OK, so I know it's Chipotle, and really, you don't really need to yelp the place since everyone and their mothers have enjoyed this place at least once in their lives, but I feel the need to emphasize how much better this location is than any other location I've ever been to... Let me explain... So I just moved here about three months ago from Minneapolis Minnesota, and this was my first encounter with a Colorado Chipotle. Very Impressive. First of all, for all of you that really enjoy Chipotle's food, please don't take this place for granted. When I walked in I was taken aback by the menu. I've never been to a Chipotle with that many menu options... and goddamn, it was great. Soup? WTF??? A kid's menu? Are you serious??? Quesadillas? WOW!!! When you order in MN, you get to look at a menu that simply lists the meats they have, and hope to God it is not your first time there, because you won't understand what is going on! Secondly, the service here today was the best I've ever received from a Chipotle. I don't know if they were having just a great day, or what, but they sure were friendly. Talkative too.. In MN, you get a bunch of Assholes that just stare at you while you order, then skimp you on your meat or whatever else they can.. Not to mention they, sorta just slop your food together, roll it up and hand it over. Lastly, like I said, I don't know if today was just a "good" day or what, but the food was absolutely fantastic! This was the first time that I didn't get heartburn from the place.. which is monumental for me! Also, I did notice, and this makes me happy, that their burrito ingredients were all mixed up.. Instead of half of your burrito being lettuce and sour cream, then the next bite being nothing but meat... you get the idea.. I gotta hand it to you Wadsworth Chipotle, you really made me happy today. Colorado.. Thank you for being a state.... whatever that means!

Everyone from Co has ate at chipotle , at least that's the impression I get. I went in expecting the usual but this time I was actually kinda wowed.. I tried something new , its the tofu that they season with chilies and spices.. on top of a very full veggie bowl. The thing I have noticed with chipotle, the more "salsas" you can mix , the better the end result. I like the new sofritas -- or whatever they're calling it . With a wicked combination of pico, corn, and hot salsa its pretty good. This place was clean, the people were very friendly and it was super fast ! It was the perfect recipe for a quick bite on my lunch break.

This place is my equivalent to McDonald's. It's there for me when I'm starving and don't have any desire to cook. They're always fast, the food is always hot, the employees are usually friendly, and I always walk away full and happy. Like another reviewer said, 3 stars means a-ok! But there are also far better places nearby that offer some amazing, legit Mexican food...

3 stars does not indicate "bad", it means "A-OK". It is a Chipotle. If you haven't been to one already, then you were born yesterday--literally. After all, there are 1100+ of these monuments to QSR "Mexican" food in the USA. This particular location is average. Average Chipotle. And everything that implies. Good food, service, people, funky (yet, corporate) atmosphere.

I like giant burritos. They make my stomach full. Chipotle is consistently consistent.

Love this place but can someone ask the guy who works in the kitchen during the lunch hour to stop with the incessant daily loud whistling? Makes my ears bleed.

If you're a Chipotle fan, you never forget your first burrito. Hard to believe that it was almost six years ago that a country bumpkin like me first set foot in that there fast casual culinary dream, but I've been back many times since. And each time I set foot into this, Bel Mar's answer to my foil-wrapped dreams, I always remember what made that irresistable impression on me in the first place. First of all, the location. Posited across the street from Bel-Mar shopping center, it's on the brink of shopilization, but far enough away from the yuppies to prevent over-crowding. There's always parking available, and I've always had my burrito in my hand in a matter of minutes (excepting Halloween and other burrito-giveaway holidays). Since it's perched on the corner of Lakewood Commons, the window and outside seating both provide a relaxing view of the green lawns outside. I imagine the patrons and slaves of neighboring businesses must appreciate this (I know I did when I worked at a nearby urban eyesore!) It's also one of the more spacious Chipotle restaurants I've ever visited, too! When I used to stop in here as a regular during my lunch break, I very rarely had a problem finding a nice window seat to prop up and enjoy my meal. Although the location's a boon, the best part of this particular vendor is the staff. The entire burrito assembly line is consistently fast, friendly, and courteous here. The cooks and servers are all kind and ready to serve, and the management keeps things rolling with remarkable ease (and the tables and restrooms immaculate, I might add!). Several of the other chain restaurants running in Lakewood Commons could stand to learn a thing by observing the staff here. As far as the fare itself is concerned, if you've had Chipotle before, you know what to expect: 1,000 calories of delicious, served up piping hot to your order. Like any franchise, they have their bad days, but I've easily eaten at this one 50 times or more (peddling yarn can work up an appetite like you wouldn't believe), and seem to remember very few 'off' visits. Take heed, teenagers and twenty-somethings: they still offer free student drinks! One bleak winter's night in 2003, a starving college student set foot into this faux-Mexican food haven, not knowing what to expect. Six years (and several tons of burritos) later, I can't imagine what my dietary life would be like if I would've settled for Carl's Jr. instead.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
