Usually love noodles. However, the chicken I got on mine tonight looks like dog food. Instead of a nicely cut chicken breast like usual, I just got disgusting chunks of chicken parts.

My husband and I generally enjoy the food at Noodles so we tried out this location a few times. The first time was great, no complaints. Today, however; we were thoroughly disappointed. We ordered the pan noodles with chicken and the Tuscan Fresca with chicken. We both ended up with bowls of plain noodles with a little bit of "garnishment" on top. When you pay extra for chicken you expect more than just a few little cubes sprinkled on top. The Tuscan Fresca should come with plenty of onions, tomatoes and spinach leaves. What I literally got was 3 tiny pieces of tomato, a slivers of thin onion and about 4 soggy, wilted green leaves. I don't enjoy spending $20 on bowls of plain noodles with sparse garnishment, we will probably not return for quite a while to test out if they have gotten any better.

This is a small store and often crowded, so we usually call ahead for take-out and take it home. We have a family of four and sometimes it's a challenge to find seating, and even when you do you are elbow-to-elbow with the other diners. The take-out option has worked well for us; the food is always ready when promised and is still warm when we get home, although not quite as hot and yummy as dine-in. For dine-in we prefer the larger store on Dillon Road in Louisville; the food and service are the same, but you have more room. Our favorite dishes are mac & cheese and spaghetti & meatballs for the kids and steak Stroganoff and Indonesian peanut saute for the adults. The "small" size is quite large and enough for most people and that's what the kids always get. The "regular" size is reasonable if you are very hungry. For appetizers, the garlic bread is very good, but the potstickers are a peculiar flat shape and are disappointing.

Don't go unless you have quite a bit of time. Our order for 3 noodle dishes took over 30 minutes. Ridiculously inefficient.

Stopped in to grab my girlfriend some dinner. With 12 people working and 3 orders in front of me it took 35 minutes to get my order. I eat a high protein diet, so I don't often visit these type of restaurants, but I know I won't be stopping there again.

Would be nice if they stayed open until 9pm like they post! We arrived at 8:30 and were surprised to discover they closed. As we got in the car to leave another car pulled up and they were visibly disappointed. Perhaps closing early because the manager wasn't around? Hmmm.... Sad. We wanted it to go, wouldn't have stayed long at all. Disappointed.

Love the newer buff bowl option where you substitute spinach (which gets wilted in hot sauce) in place of the noodles! Thank you! Please stay on top of mopping up sticky spills. I got four sticky shoes in two noodles stores in two days :( Quick, responsive, professional service!

This place gets ridiculous when it's busy. Nowhere to sit and wait. Avoid at all costs on Sunday's, it feels like Flatirons church lets out and it empties into Noodles. The food's fine, nothing I wouldn't expect from Noodles, but I came at 9:20 on a Saturday night when the place was totally empty and it took almost a minute to greet me with six employees behind the counter. I ordered my food to go and the girl ringing me up said "good, one less table for us." Im sorry, it's over 40 minutes before closing, my bad for inconveniencing you if I eat in the restaurant. That was really unprofessional. I'm tempted to drive 5 miles up 287 and go to the Noodles in Broomfield.

I've been to this Noodles and Company location four times. I'm a reasonable person so I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they are a new location. But this was my final straw. I waited for my food for thirty minutes and had to go up and ask about it. They told me it was coming up. Ten minutes later I finally get my food with barely an apology. I would have appreciated a manager coming over to make amends. The food was hot upon arrival but its so cold in here it was cold in five minutes. This is after previous visits of missing key ingredients in other dishes I had ordered. Including the protein which I paid extra for. The staff however is friendly if a bit overwhelmed.

The only reason I give one star is because I can't give zero. I have been into this location 2-3 times and waited an extensive amount of time. But the carry out is even worse, I have ordered 4 times and EVERY time they have left out a dish, or given us the wrong dish, or left the meats we had paid for off of the dish. DO NOT EAT AT THIS NOODLES, there is a good one in Louisville.

I wrote a poor review on Noodles, in Lafayette, last fall. I went back this week, and it was much improved. The manager even helped me carry my take-out to my car. The food is improved (they got the order right, it tasted good, I got it in a timely manner, and it was hot) since my last visit, and the customer service seems to be much bettter as well. I think they got a new manager - whatever it is - it is much better than it used to be.

If you want to wait 35 minutes for a burnt Pesto Cavatappi and small cheesy bread to-go order, then go to this Noodles during lunch rush. The staff seemed nice but very overwhelmed. I should have called ahead.

This Noodles and Company is obviously very busy, especially on Sunday afternoons! With that being said, it is to be expected that the wait time is a little longer. I arrived to Noodles (first time at this location) and I was really impressed. There was a line of atleast 10-15 people ahead of me, but when I got to the cash register I was treated as if I was the only one there, The cashier was friendly and took my order without rushing me, even though the line continued to grow. After about 10-15 minutes, I got my food. Tasted great, just like any other Noodles and Co. What really impressed me was how friendly the host was. I believe her name was Cindy, but I am not sure. She was so helpful and friendly. I have never seen a host at a Noodles and Co. before, but I think more Noodles and Co. should invest in hiring someone like Cindy, or whatever her name was. My experience was originally average, a C+ maybe, but Cindy made my experience an A+! Thank you! I will be back for more Pad Thai!!

I'm attributing my not so great experience to the fact that it's a new location and hopefully a work in progress. I went at 1:30pm on a Friday afternoon and it was very busy. My wait for a to-go order of a Thai Hot Pot and Pig & Fig Flatbread was much longer than what I anticipated, so I was hopeful that the meal would prove to be worth the time spent waiting for my order. Unfortunately, I can't say that it was. The hot pot was nearly devoid of flavor and didn't have any pork at all. It was supposed to have pork and chicken. The chicken was so over cooked that it was very rubbery/chewy. Typically, this dish is full of wonderful and fresh flavors (maybe I'm giving Noodles & Company too much credit for this type of dish) but this one was sorely lacking. The side of flatbread that comes with this dish actually made me laugh. It was fairly loaded up with Lowry's seasoning which seemed like a lame attempt at adding flavor/zest, but instead screamed YIKES LOWRY's!! The Pig & Fig flatbread was a partially redeaming factor in the overall experience which is why I'm giving it 2 stars rather than 1. The flavors were very good and I would order this flatbread again. (No Lowry's on this one!)

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
