IT's one of the new kids in the ranch, which is cool that there are more options... But they allow kids in the bar, it's not like there aren't sports fans elsewhere in this whole place, just seems poor form. Service was tremendously slow. We were ignored for nearly 15 minutes. We ordered finally, 5 minutes later our waitress returns, what kind of fries did you want, the hot or the mild... The food was the food, they menu has also changed to weight vs count. So how it's "at least" and a number. What kinda bs is that. Just give me 6... The hot and spicy fries - new to the menu when we went - meh. Pass. Beer was tasty and we would have ordered more... but no-one came back. I also had to get my own silver ware... I know it's a chain, in the ranch, but really, just bump it up a knotch and give some good service! Another not optimal thing, is if you sit along the edges, it feels like people are watching you since the TV is directly above you head! Kinda creepy!

I don't usually write about chain restaurants but clearly I had a better experience here than other reviewers. I am seeing a new guy, who I really like! And you know how awkward it is when you go out with someone you are just starting to adore and the service is bad, adds a negative element! Luckily this was NOT the case when we went. Marcy was our server, she greeted us right away and briefly told us the specials, we got our beers right away. I informed her to come back when they were half empty, she kept her eye out and came right on time. My date's friend joined us and I was informed it was his birthday. When I went to the bathroom I asked the host if they did anything for birthdays, he immediately grabbed someone, I think his name was Payton, pretty sure he was the manager. Payton immediately confirmed whose birthday it was, came over with these churro things and did a great job of calling attention to the birthday boy by having everyone in the area yell "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" at the same time and start cheering. I appreciate his enthusiasm and he also was sure to make sure everything at our table was going well. Marcy continued to check on us. More friends joined one at a time, she did a great job of greeting everyone right after they sat down. As a former server, I can appreciate this because it really wears your waitress out when they have to run back and forth for each individual person rather than being able to bring everything at once. Not to mention it is hard to keep up. She did an outstanding job. I do not find myself in the Ranch often, but I am well aware there are several other places you can go eat. This is a good option. The wings are great, I tried the jalepeno, mango habenero, and hot bbq (yeah, I like it spicy). Prices are standard. I wish I could have stayed here until closing because we had a great time but I had to work early :( The hosts did a good job of being friendly & thanking us on our way out. By the way, those reviewers on here who complained about kids being near the bar area, get over yourself, it is 2014. Families bring their kids everywhere, especially in a family oriented community such as Highlands Ranch. Plus parents probably need some beer and sports after a long day and would rather not leave their kids stuck at home with a babysitter. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Came in and got seated right away for lunch time. They have a separate menu for lunch which was nice. Our waitress was really nice and sweet.

Hubby and I came here last night for dinner. After living with a crappy Buffalo Wild Wings for years, this one is a treat! Chloe was our server and she was fantastic. Very helpful and attentive. The food came quickly and was fresh. We tried the new Santa Fe sauce and it was yummy! Good times, great food :)

The customer service here is great. Myself and my group really appreciated the manager being so accommodating, during a recent visit, when a nearby establishment was not. We will definitely return for food, drink and sports!

I would have to agree with others on here that the service is pretty pathetic. We sat down and several people walked by us before we even got the opportunity to get drinks about 15 minutes after. There was maybe four other tables occupied and about three staff members wandering around. Once we got our food, the wings were cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic. We ran out of drinks and I waited to continue eating, but my wings were cold by the time she came again. What got me was that we were the only table she was serving, but I guess hanging out with coworkers was more important than a tip. Conclusion: Good wings, poor service.

Excruciatingly slow, EVERY TIME! You'd think I would learn... I don't really understand why, I mean it's packed granted but there are tons of workers. The food is good so that's a plus

First of all, I love BW3, I actually went to the one in Littleton every Thursday night. The service actually got so bad that we went on Wednesday so that we did not have to deal with the poor service. Well it was no better, so we decided to make the drive and go to the one in Highlands Ranch. It was a Thursday, it was my birthday and I was looking forward to some wings and beer. The host was awful, skipped us three times, broke up a large table to give it to 2 people that had just walked in. When we finally got seated, server ignored us for 15 minutes. We ordered, asked for a beer, actually saw our drink order come up at the bar, when 10 minutes had passed I walked up and got it myself and to make the evening delightful, they messed up the order which did not come out for over 40 minutes. It took 2 hours, I am not sure what is going on with this place but it has seriously gone down hill which is sad since it was always my go to place 8(

I enjoy good wings and Buffalo Wild Wings is a constant. The service here was slow and the drinks were poured on the light side, but the wings were still good.

Terrible service. Probably the worse I've ever had at a BWW. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was for the fried cheese curds. Those were the only things that actually tasted good and weren't cold. Our food came out lukewarm and our order wasn't complete. After we forced down the food we waited a good 15 minutes for our check, we tried to give her cash right on the spot but she took off again. We waited again for her to come back but she disappeared.... for another 10 minutes. We finally just decided to pay up front but they couldn't check us out. Only our WAITRESS could check us out. So we had to wait another 5 minutes for them to find her.... All in all the expirience/food/quality was crap. Do not recommend... unless you're just going for the cheese curds.

Kids in a bar? sure, I mean it's highlands ranch where there's as many kids as adults, if not more, why not plop them down amidst all the beer and yelling about this sports ball thing or that. The food is good, it's a chain, they all do wings and fried spicy things quite well. Since I won't be back down in the ranch anytime soon, I'll check the "good for kids" box, that they I'll know where not to go next time I'm in the ranch. Oh and since the rating isn't about classy ranch parents it's about food, spicy garlic is my favorite. You can get hotter, but i like to taste the meal not just the heat.

Sucked. Low quality compared to the other BWW's. Had the boneless wings. They were smaller than a mc Donald's chicken nugget. Total ripoff. Go to the store and get some real boneless chicken wings.

Awful service in the bar area! Went to watch the Rockies game and they didn't have it on any TV, had to ask to change the channel. Had a waitress that had a "trainer" on her name tag, no wonder the service is so bad and if she is a trainer. No smile, no interaction, at one point she said "wanna another beer"? Please! Management, sit and observe your servers. I know you have a monopoly on the bar scene in highlands ranch. But come on!

Buffalo Wild Wings is a pretty good place if you're craving wings, burgers or other munchies. They have no shortage of flat screens so I wouldn't bring a date unless she likes sports. It would be great to bring all the boys though for some beers and grub. I give them 3 stars because they are on the pricy side. $20 for 12 wings a beer plus tip. Their bone-in wings aren't very juicy or tender. They have been dry almost every time and not sauced very well. They have asked if they were sauced enough before though as a courtesy check so I appreciated that. Great for a family too, the bar doesn't get too rowdy.

The real reason to go here is to watch sports. The service and menu are lacking. We've been in here several times and the staff never gets better. The food is inconsistent. This restaurant needs new management desperately to get it in shape.

Recently went for beer and wings and was very disappointed in the beer selection on tap. Was expecting more local beer. Was like a corporate deal with Sam adams, red hook and the normal mass beer people. Wings were good, will go to place with better beer selections.

I ordered togo here, and ended up waiting ten minutes at the desk before anyone said hello to me. I then waited twenty-five minutes for a ten-pack of wings, in which, there were only eight wings. I wrote to the store and the manager swiftly took care of everything with a follow-up call and even a follow-up e-mail to the phone call. The food was great, the initial service was poor, and I am giving this a good review because the mangement was so swift to ensure that everything was taken care of. Nommy food!

Never been in one of these before. Nothing there to bring me back except if my neighbors or kids want to go there. I got their Asian Zing Chicken salad. The dressing was good but too spicy for me (but I am a bit of a wimp when it comes to spiciness). I had to take most of it home so I could add more lettuce to "cool" it down a bit before eating the rest. Fries seemed pretty good. Burger seemed okay. Wings were okay, but who has heard of boneless wings? Kind of like chicken tenders in the shape of a chicken wing? Odd. But nothing really out of the ordinary as far as the food goes. They did have that trivia game that kept the kids (and some adults) entertained while waiting for the food. There is a control pad for which each person playing uses to select which answer is the right one (multiple choice). The sooner you vote, the more points you get if you get the right answer. You compete with others who are playing in the restaurant, but you don't know who is the winner (or loser), so it is a bittersweet win (or secretive loss).

Out of the advertised special Ghost Pepper sauce. No plans to restock, but they leave the table cards out to let you know what you could have had earlier in the month.

It's a BWW so you know what you're getting. We love to come here for a family lunch or dinner because: * they have good Gluten Free options * they have good kid meals * they have trivia and/or game devices that help keep the kids busy (and us too...) * we like the wings... * service is good and fairly quick

Mango habanero sauce is the best!! Do not go here without getting that one. Fries are always good as well. Tall beers on draft usually have some kind of deal or another. We go here to see sports ball games that we don't care about too much. Every bad experience with service or being sat down too early or late or not at all, yall are doing it wrong. Ask to sit on the patio!

Wings! I like to get out for wings somewhere once a month, twice at most. The problem here is lack of beer choice - really bad for a chain this size. Where are the microbrews? BWW leaves me no choice but to order take out (food only). They could do so much better (hint to management - go check out Parry's Pizza or the Magic Mushroom Pizza, they have it figured out, and they have wings.....so, guess who's likely to get the business). Service here is slow, even when empty, much like the Centennial location (the Fort Collins Harmony location does OK).

Food is outstanding when they get the order correct. Football Sundays are a nightmare and overcrowded for my taste.

I love BWW so I was happy a new store opened close to my workplace. I have been there twice and have had bad experiences both times. The first time I went there was on my one hour lunch break. It literally took 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us after we arrived there. We ordered 10 wings each and an order of fries and after 45 minutes of waiting, we told the waiter we needed them to go and he didn't even apologize for the slowness. The second time was just as bad. Again, I was there on my lunch break but this time we were greeted promptly. We ordered the fried mushrooms appetizer which was just ok and ordered 10 wings each as well as ranch and blue cheese for dipping. Once again, the wings took at least 30 minutes to be delivered and they tasted nasty and not what I am used to at all when going to other BWW's. The dipping sauces tasted watery and bland. This place sucks bad from the service to the food. I won't be going back to this location unless it's just for a cold beer.

Terrible service: had meals come out a random times, wrong meals, no silverware, empty beers throughout the meal, etc, etc. Avoid the patio in summer, they have no sun shades and it faces directly West. We weren't expecting much, but this was a bit surprising. We won't be back.

We have been coming here since they opened. I have never seen a store that was so well managed to a complete disaster that currently exist. Today I chose to stop by in hopes that I had mis-judged my recent encounters, but unfortunately they have continued to spiral downward. Opening Day for the NFL and not only did they not have my first choice of draft beer (also Beer of the Month), but they failed to even have it in bottles. Oh Wait - gets much better. Also missing from the opening day drink list Miller Lite draft - beer of the month Miller Lite bottle - beer of the month Absolute - happy hour special Jack Daniels - happy hour special Captain Morgans - happy hour special Slo Ride ipa Dos Equis Lemons - you have got to be kidding me Chardonay - kind of get that - really it is a beer joint And best of all - NO CHEESE CURDS. I hope that corporate at BWW's sees this and determines how badly they have let this location go from a premier site with great management to a complete disaster with complete incompetence at the store management (and regional).
I was a server for 10 years. I'm a great tipper and very lenient when it comes to service in a restaurant, so for me to write a bad review about service says a lot. We are die hard regulars to this Buffalo Wild Wings, and we've recently and regularly had a server named Kristin. Every time we've had her she is just awful. The last time was the straw that broke the camel's back. There were exactly five occupied tables in the dining area(including us), one of those occupied tables was right beside us. There were at least 3 servers working the area. We waited and waited and waited for a server to show up, and one never did. I knew at that moment that our server had to be Kristin and that we were in her section. I watched her walk up to the table beside us TWICE to check on them and she not once turned around just to get our drink order. I finally had to flag down a captain nearby and tell him that apparently we had no server. He said he would tend to it immediately and guess who showed up? That's right...Kristin. No surprise. She was very attentive after that, but not very friendly. I got the idea that she was pissed at us for maybe getting her into trouble by flagging down a captain. There was noticeable tension throughout our visit. We will continue to visit this Buffalo Wild Wings, but I'm specifically requesting NOT to be seated in Kristin's section ever again. I've had her several times now, and it's always awful and I've had enough of her. If any manager at this restaurant reads this review, I'm telling you that you need to do something about Kristin....being a server is NOT her forte.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the bad reviews. I've been a patron of this chain since it was Buffalo Wild Wings and weck. When they were just wings and buffalitos, the were AWESOME....now they are an overpriced mediocre sports bar. It's a drag when your beer is empty and your wings are cold and undercooked.....and that's the norm over several visits...

This Buffalo Wild Wing is over off HR Parkway and seems relatively new. It is big, has lots of TVs and is what you expect from BWW. We went in on 25 cent wing night and it was busy, but not packed. Our waitress was nice, but new and didn't know any of the beers and was kind of slow with all things in general. They have a new policy that you order wings in sizes and not by piece, which I find confusing! Still, on .25 cent wing night it didn't matter. The food was hot and tasty. On a side note - Can I just ask that the BWW people change ONE policy that annoys every single person that walks in to any BWW? Do not ask if you want to sit at a high top or dining area? High top = bar and they won't seat you (it is seat yourself) and generally if people are standing at the host(less) stand asking for a table that is what they want! It is such a stupid policy and if someone by chance says high top and don't realize it is the bar, there is always some discussion/argument about it. EVERY PERSON, IN EVERY CITY. If we are asking for a table, we want a table. Duh. OK, rant over :)

Service was friendly, but a touch slow. They didn't seem that busy, either. Wings themselves were excellent as always. But that's a little harder to screw up.

Although we had a great waitress this place was not prepared to open! We were there for Broncos Monday night football a few weeks ago. Ordered wings, which too 40 minutes (thankfully our waitress gave us a heads up when ordering that it would be awhile). The wings were okay, the dry-seasoned "buffalo-style" had no taste at all. They brought one tiny plastic cup of ranch for 18 wings. We asked for more when they dropped off the wings. Also asked for a side of sauce because the wings were so bland. After 10 minutes waiting, we asked the waitress, but she said she rung it in and they haven't put it up yet. After another 5, complained to manager. Nothing was done to compensate. There was only 1 bartender which was crazy for a Monday broncos game. Probably wont return and its a shame, we were so excited for a new restaurant in the Ranch.

I've been anxiously awaiting this to open near me. I love BWW. Unfortunately my visit was very underwhelming. The service was just bad. Wrong items were brought - and the server didn't check back with us after the meal was served, so there was no chance to fix it. I ordered some items that were never brought. They clearly have some wrinkles to work out.

B-Dubs is bomb-diggity. Our family loves this place! It took me a while to take to it, since I was a Wing Stop fan (lemon pepper) but since B Dubs currently has lemon pepper (why only for a limited time?!?) I am in heaven. We also like the buffalo dry rub. Three weeks ago was our first visit to this Highlands Ranch one and although our customer service was a bit off, we're giving them another chance since they're still new and our waiter was pretty young (he said that all domestics were specials and we asked what were considered domestics and he said "anything made in the US" but we all know that's not true!). Anyway, the food came out great just like the other locations and that's pretty much what matters the most :)

Our family loves Buffalo Wild Wings. Unlike previous reviews, we ordered 4 sets of 6 wings and all came quickly. We also order chips and queso...the queso was really good and I am not a big fan of queso. Service was fast and love the honey bbq wings. The place was jam packed, but service was still friendly and fast. I will say that we ordered traditional bone in wings and bone out. I think I will stick with the bone-in wings. They were juicier and meatier without all the batter crust.

After a disastrous attempt to be served food at the nearby newly-opened Denny's, my friend and I came in here instead. I have never been to BWW as I am not a fan of wings in general. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and I gotta say it was really good. Super cheddar on there, just delish. The fries were pretty good too. I really liked the decor which was unique and modern. The noise level was completely insane and the place was only about 1/3 full, so I wouldn't bring an intimate date here. Mostly I wanted to review the service. I see a number of people below had really poor service here, which is surely a function of the staff all being newbies. On the night of our visit, we had excellent, prompt service from a super-friendly (but not too friendly) gal. It's not perfect and it's not exactly sophisticated fare but we had a really good experience there tonight so wanted to give them a shout-out.

This ace is always busy. Speaks well of the place. Food only takes a long time if you are here only to eat. This place is all about the atmosphere and beer so if you are in a hurry order your food to go since this place is not meant to be a fast food restaurant. If you sit at the bar ask for Jeffery, he's the best they have. Get 'em wet!
(5)
Jafey A.
I am going with 4 stars here because it is the only BW3s that I physically feel comfortable in. Most are usually too crowded and loud where you can barely walk through the restaurant at all without bumping into people or tables, where here its spacious and different. The service isn't very good (slow, very little follow up) but the food is great, and truly with the space there, it makes it a place I will come back to.

Love wings. Always good here. When they first opened service was spotty but management always took care of us.

We had a terrible experience here. We had to wait for over an hour for our food and they didn't even comp the fries I ordered to keep my kids busy. they were Really slow about refills and the wings were just ok, but I found a huge long hair in the blue cheese. We will never go back. Its also really loud.

Tried to eat dinner here tonight. Promptly seated and whatnot - they were around 50% seated - but my party of 3 ended up leaving after sitting at our table for 10 minutes without any server acknowledging that we were there. Plenty of servers walked by us, some multiple times, none even said hi. Meanwhile I'm watching a manager in a burgundy shirt walk around and joke with guests, and skips right past us without even saying hello. I got the sense that whomever was responsible for our table knew we were there but would have rather gone home than taken care of us. So many people that review this place say the service is either terribly slow or just plain terrible. You know what -- they are all correct. Today these guys just let their ignorance cost them money. My friends and I are probably a $15 tip for some server on top of a $60 table tab. Poof. On a slow Monday? Shameful. For a chain in an already-crowded market like sports pubs in Denver, this place really needs a swift kick in the rear and some motivation to provide good service beyond the hostess position. With known-good service at the park meadows location and a dozen other options within a mile of this place, I can't see myself ever giving them another chance for my business.

PATHETIC SERVICE do not ignore other reviews of bad service. no wings are worth suffering through this.

Update: Service has improved somewhat since I wrote this review. Mgmt seems to be more present and make stops by to check up on us. Keep up. The wings are very good and some of their other deep fried foods are tasty. Everything else is below average for pub fare. The big problem here is service. I am a regular and when I get a veteran server. service is decent, otherwise it is very sketchy. Attn Management: Your servers neglect your customers while they are doing side work, i.e. rolling silverware, gathering trash, etc. Please make customer service the priority. One final comment... Bartenders for the mist part have been lousy for the last half year. Its painful to wait 5-10 minutes for a beer while watching her BS with her friends at the bar. This happens often with some, not a ll bartenders.

The place just opened a couple weeks ago and boy is it busy. I stopped here with my wife for beer, wings, and football. Definitely did not disappoint. However, I called before arriving and asked if there was a wait, to which the woman on the phone responded, "For food?" No mam, I called to see if the bathroom was busy. I wish I could do 2.5 star because the ranch and blue cheese are not that good. However, I like the varying degrees of heat with all their wing sauces. Maybe I'll just sneak in my own blue cheese next time I dine here. Oh yeah, This place is sensory overload.

What a refreshing surprise - this Buffalo Wild Wings has a great staff (as well as food). Our server Virginia was awesome and very attentive -- she even kept my drink refills coming. I will definitely be back.

We love BWW! So we were thrilled when this one opened very close to our house. However I think we'll continue to drive to the one by Park Meadows.... - waited 50 minutes for wings - had to ask for salad to come out first - Ranch tasted funny - got charged for the ranch & carrots/celery without server telling us in advance Finally had to speak to the manager. He was polite and did give us a discount on our bill. They just opened a couple of weeks ago and still have A LOT of kinks to work out. We will be waiting a couple of months before we try it again.

Wings were good! Ordered $30 of wings Togo and relied on staff to give a good amount of ranch. I asked for five and got ONE!! Didn't check so needless to say I was pretty upset when I got to my destination to eat with one ranch. Hard to share wings with one ranch!!!

Love me some B-dubs. Service at this location is subpar in comparison to others. Make sure to try the boneless wings, no sauce, side of queso with chili.

I find that my rating of this place seems to go up and down depending on how long its been since I've been to Buffalo. All in all though, they do a pretty decent job. The servers are always pretty good, the food is cooked well and for the most part its pretty tasty. My biggest real gripe is that their classic Buffalo wing sauces, from mild to wild, just don't taste like they should. If you like heat, avoid them and stick to the mango habanero... you won't be sorry!
(3)

I don't think I'll come here again, unless there's another UFC... The food is below par, even for places like this. You can just taste that everything was frozen, then deep fried, or microwaved with a little extra oil, cause you know everyone loves that taste. If you like food that tastes oily with a hint of freezer burn, you've come to the right place. Otherwise, go get chicken elsewhere.

This location only open three weeks so far and they are struggling to keep up with the crowds. Always packed. Great location. Our servers have been friendly but are completely overwhelmed. We've been here twice now and are hoping they can handle the masses of Highlands Ranchers who seem to love BWW as much a we do. Good luck. Update: This review was originally written in 2012. The place got considerably less busy and, yet, never really improved. In fact, on our last five visits, they managed to get our order wrong every single time. Too bad, because we really loved the location. We've since moved to California from Colorado so we won't have to suffer this experience any more and have already found a great spot in Palm Desert with phenomenal service.

The food is always the same. Great lunch specials, but the service is so spotty. Ate there today and had my waitress walk by me at least 5 times and not offer to get a refill on water. It is hot wings... Might need a refreshment don't you think? Too bad, hope next time will be better.

Food was just average, service is poor, and food takes way to long to come out! They also tried to overcharged us and it took an act of GOD to correct the check!

(5)Carrie D.
(4)Sara T.
The customer service here is great. Myself and my group really appreciated the manager being so accommodating, during a recent visit, when a nearby establishment was not. We will definitely return for food, drink and sports!
(5)Raymond K.
(3)Nick K.

(3)Cassandra H.

(3)Bryson S.
Sucked. Low quality compared to the other BWW's. Had the boneless wings. They were smaller than a mc Donald's chicken nugget. Total ripoff. Go to the store and get some real boneless chicken wings.
(1)Julie L.
(1)David A.
(3)Diana E.
The real reason to go here is to watch sports. The service and menu are lacking. We've been in here several times and the staff never gets better. The food is inconsistent. This restaurant needs new management desperately to get it in shape.
(2)Bill S.
Recently went for beer and wings and was very disappointed in the beer selection on tap. Was expecting more local beer. Was like a corporate deal with Sam adams, red hook and the normal mass beer people. Wings were good, will go to place with better beer selections.
(3)Amanda P.

(2)Elliot G.
Out of the advertised special Ghost Pepper sauce. No plans to restock, but they leave the table cards out to let you know what you could have had earlier in the month.
(1)Gil S.
It's a BWW so you know what you're getting. We love to come here for a family lunch or dinner because: * they have good Gluten Free options * they have good kid meals * they have trivia and/or game devices that help keep the kids busy (and us too...) * we like the wings... * service is good and fairly quick
(4)Paul M.
(5)B. H.
(3)Paul P.
Food is outstanding when they get the order correct. Football Sundays are a nightmare and overcrowded for my taste.
(4)Jefferson H.
(1)Nathan C.
Terrible service: had meals come out a random times, wrong meals, no silverware, empty beers throughout the meal, etc, etc. Avoid the patio in summer, they have no sun shades and it faces directly West. We weren't expecting much, but this was a bit surprising. We won't be back.
(1)Dan A.
(1)Lindsay P.
If I could give it zero stars I would. The last couple of times I have been here have been a complete disaster!! This last week was the last straw for me. We came in during happy hour and ordered an appetizer and a beer to start. Beer took about 15 mins and the appetizer (queso dip) took about 30 mins to come out. Still dont understand how it took 30 mins to throw cheese sauce not even full to the top in a bowl and throw chips on the side. Our waitress seemed completely overwhelmed and we had to track her down to ask for another round before happy hour ended. Once our order was taken we started the timer curious to how long our actual entrées would take..... 50...yes 50 mins for our food to come out.... we ordered two burger with mild sauce on them and 10 traditional wings... Burgers both came out with absolutely no sauce and wings were completely cold. When we just mentioned to our server that the food had taken forever and wasn't even correct, her responce was "thats not my fault" and walked away.. we asked for mustard for our burgers that had no sauce on them and she came and threw it down on the table without saying a word. We asked to speak with a manager, first thing he asked when coming up to the table is if eveything was going well... no it wasnt going well.... thats why we asked to speak with a manager.... One of the members of our party was in the restroom when we were discussing with the manager about everything that had gone wrong during our expierence. He picked up both of the burgers off the table and simply said "ill take them off the bill" in the middle of us eating them!! We were furious and decided to leave. Couldnt find our waitress anywhere to get our bill because she was avoiding us at all costs. When we finally tracked her down at one of their server stations she handed us a bill for $6.30 for the two beers we had during happy hour. We handed her a 20 dollar bill and she gave us 13 dollars back in change... I have never been the kind of person to not tip someone... but completely rude of her not to give us all of our change back. Hopefully she enjoyed her 70 cent tip she gave herself! WILL NEVER BE BACK!

(1)Douglas F.
Lots of flavors for your wings. TVs everywhere. Great spot to meet friends and have some fun.
(4)Mark E.
(1)Jessica J.
(3)Jason J.
Service was friendly, but a touch slow. They didn't seem that busy, either. Wings themselves were excellent as always. But that's a little harder to screw up.
(3)Tara C.
(2)Terry C.
(2)Abbie T.
(4)Leahrae A.
(4)EM G.
(4)Damian G.
(5)Jafey A.
(4)Jennifer C.
Love wings. Always good here. When they first opened service was spotty but management always took care of us.
(5)Leslie R.
We had a terrible experience here. We had to wait for over an hour for our food and they didn't even comp the fries I ordered to keep my kids busy. they were Really slow about refills and the wings were just ok, but I found a huge long hair in the blue cheese. We will never go back. Its also really loud.
(1)Ben W.
Food was good, but service was the absolutely worst i have ever experienced. On a not busy night, it took us over an hour to be served. Won't be going back!
(1)Martin S.
After first bad experience, I decided to give it a second try. Bad service, rude food runner, bad food, over priced. Spoke to the manager but not going back.
(1)Patrick D.
(1)K Y.
PATHETIC SERVICE do not ignore other reviews of bad service. no wings are worth suffering through this.
(1)Neil C.
(3)Abe M.
(3)Correy H.
What a refreshing surprise - this Buffalo Wild Wings has a great staff (as well as food). Our server Virginia was awesome and very attentive -- she even kept my drink refills coming. I will definitely be back.
(5)Amanda D.
(2)Jennifer H.
Wings were good! Ordered $30 of wings Togo and relied on staff to give a good amount of ranch. I asked for five and got ONE!! Didn't check so needless to say I was pretty upset when I got to my destination to eat with one ranch. Hard to share wings with one ranch!!!
(3)Adam B.
Love me some B-dubs. Service at this location is subpar in comparison to others. Make sure to try the boneless wings, no sauce, side of queso with chili.
(3)Jack G.
(3)Kevin S.
(2)Jef B.
(3)Brandon H.
The food is always the same. Great lunch specials, but the service is so spotty. Ate there today and had my waitress walk by me at least 5 times and not offer to get a refill on water. It is hot wings... Might need a refreshment don't you think? Too bad, hope next time will be better.
(2)Scotty Y.
Food was just average, service is poor, and food takes way to long to come out! They also tried to overcharged us and it took an act of GOD to correct the check!
(1)
