Human Bean is awesome because you can be completely in love with one drink but find like 30 others that you love. Not into Coffee? try a fruit drink, theyre delicious and fresh.. non of that fake corn syrup crap.. they have flavored Red bull too!!!! Flavor of the day EVERYDAY and its always different... Punch cards, with a double punch day & they're open 'till 10. Locally owned too so take a break from corporate coffee and check them out.. they also have delicious baked good and oatmeal! this is a great morning stop! yea i love them.. and you should go there and order a BOB MARLEY..

Pretty good. Nothing special. Not particularly a fan of the coffee or espresso. But it is very fast; the Human Bean does have a good granita. If you have a few minutes and are in Greeley, I would suggest Zoë's (on 9th St. next to Carls Jr.) or Margies Java Joint.

I usually sip freshly-brewed black espresso out of tiny white cups at European cafes, but when I'm not, I prefer lots of sugar, ice, and cream with my espresso and NOBODY does it better than the Human Bean and their Granita. Also the nicest (and prettiest?) baristas of any coffee place

The human bean coffee is a must, they always have service with a smile. I enjoy thier almond joy frozen granita. I love coffe and make my own most of the time but every now and then I'll treat myself to a special treat at the human bean.

The Human Bean can be summed up in two words, BOMB.COM! Hot Snickers on a Cold day or a Cold Snickers on a Hot Day is the best. My wife and I have joked about opening one since we could probably support one just from our addiction. The girls that work there are always on top of it and happy to be there... Unlike employees at burnt coffee corporate chains... Cough Starbucks Cough.... All and all they have made my wife and I customers for life and every time I visit Greeley to say hi to the in-laws I always make it a note to stop by for some AMAZING coffee!

I love this place. I worked nights, and ye ole friendly competitor was closed. I got a Snow Capped Rocky and it was the best. I pulled up at closing, they had already shut down the register, and they gave me my drink FOR FREE!!! And they give you a chocolate covered espresso bean! The best!

I am a HUGE fan of the Human Bean - too bad it is all the way in Greeley and none in my neck of the woods. All looks aside - from being a freestanding drive through coffee shop in a weird shopping center - their drinks are actually pretty inventive and tasty. I usually order the frozen Milky Way (which I'm sure isn't the best for you in the calorie department), but is worth it in every way. It is a cold drink and tastes about as close to a Milky Way as you can get. Another nice bonus - is that every drink you order is topped with a chocolate covered espresso bean!

My most favorite place to go ever! I hate going to Starbucks now! The baristas are always friendly and fast and the coffee is delicious! And as an added bonus you get a chocolate covered coffee bean. I love the snow caped rocky hot or cold!

I love the Human Bean! OK, the name is a little weird... :) But the staff are always so friendly and their coffee is really good. The iced latte is my personal favorite. Their baked goods are also delicious. I LOVE the chocolate-covered espresso bean they give you on top of your cup! Such a nice touch.

Everything I love about the Human Bean: -Marshmallow syrup (yes, it's as amazing as it sounds) -Frozen granitas -Chocolate covered espresso beans -Super friendly and smiley staff who are the most appreciative baristas to receive a tip! Everything I do not love about the Human Bean: -nothing ...there you have it, there's everything to love about the bean : )

I think they use a little too much syrup in their drinks, because every time I got a flavoured latte it tasted way too sugary to me. It's not the best coffee I've ever had (tastes a bit weak and lacks substance), but the baristas are always exceptionally nice and reasonably fast most of the time, which is reason enough to stop by if you need a quick pick-me-up.
