The Buzz was a lot better before The Blue Mug purchased it. The drinks taste different every time I go. Iced coffee is often watered down. I do appreciate small and local business but probably done going there!

I was not impressed with my latte. It was more of a light gray color rather than a warm brown ( too much milk?). Coffee flavor was weak and slightly burnt. Atmosphere is very cozy and service is friendly. I definitely prefer the coffee shops at the other end of Greeley ( John Galt, Blue Mug, Your Place)

My coffee tasted just like how a bandaid smells. Not at all appetizing. Gave them a second chance and ordered something entirely different. Not a fan of the buzz.

I'm really sad that the buzz is gone. It got bought out by The Blue Mug and it is now a Blue mug. I never liked Blue Mug and now my favorite Coffee shop is closed.

The service was uncomfortably unfriendly. There was no "Hello" or "Thank you" from them. My order was placed silently on the counter while the barista was looking right at me and she didn't say a word. I didn't even know if it was my order. I ordered a smoothie and it tasted like it was loaded with sugar and had an artificial taste. I didn't think there was any milk or yogurt in it which is my favorite part of the smoothie besides fresh fruit of course. The price was okay but not great. I was on my way to Starbucks and thought to myself, "I'll give this smaller business a chance." Needless to say, I'll be going back to Starbucks. They are way friendlier there and their smoothies are much better for the same price.

I won't be back. First server wasn't aware of the special advertised on the website. Second server told me it was only for bottled drinks and the site says ANY 22oz drink. When I couldn't make up my mind on a sandwich, instead of offering a suggestion, she just walked away without saying anything. When I ordered a veggie sandwich it came to me without hummus (which is basically half the sandwich since there is no meat). And when I brought it to their attention they wanted to take my sandwich, that I had eaten off of, back into the kitchen and add the hummus. Pretty sure that is not only disgusting but against health code. They didn't bother to direct me to the chips or bottled drinks that came with my order. When I went to dispose of my trash I found that it was overflowing, and given there were 4 employees behind the counter this is unacceptable. Tables were left dirty as they chit chatted away. There is virtually no seating so it would be nice if the tables that were there were clean. Also, the internet speed sucks, it stalled out every time I tried to do something on multiple pages. Worst coffee shop ever. Owner - it might be a good idea to stop in regularly to check on your team of slackers!!!

Ordered a sandwich with no sprouts or cheese. Got a melted panini. No wonder barely anyone was in the place when I walked in. I'll give it another try but my patience is thin.

Super friendly staff, comfy atmosphere but at times can be a little noisy (due to popularity), easy drive through, coffee compares to Starbucks but the chai is fantastic. Dec 2013 update: the chai is super fantastic.

Great atmosphere. They have really good chai tea and a lot of variety of gelato flavors. They have a pretty decent sandwhich/bagel menu, but not the greatest pastry variety. They have muffins and breads and cinnamon rolls. They have free WiFi with a password, but it's always the same password so you don't have to ask every time you go in for a new one.
