Our favorite go to, on a night out. Always friendly staff call ahead seating helps since Fridays are packed. Fresh rolls given when you seated, oh the peanuts. Plenty to chose from, went for lunch tried the pulled pork sandwhich daughter in law loved it however wasn't my taste manager quick to replace and comped before I could blink. Any special order alway done correctly. When I asked if we could buy some peanuts to take home they came back with a to go container full no charge. Been our favorite 11 years we will continue to go . Sometimes people need to understand it can't be perfect every time but I have found they sure try to be. They fix and problems ASAP wether it was cooked or ordered wrong. Managers float around helping checking on service for the amount of food quality, taste and over all experience best restaurant around.( of course there will always be staff that is excellent and some that are lousy those don't last too long) having grown up with prime beef from the dairy and farm I have always found their meat to be on or above par

We had a large group visiting from out of town and were told to come here for a hearty meal. On the plus side, everyone's food was delicious. I had some steak with sweet potato and it totally hit the spot, cooked perfectly and later induced some serious food coma. On the downside, we learned that if you want a drink from the bar, its safer ordering from their pre-made menu rather than asking for a standard mixed drink. Three of us ordered mai tai's but 2 came back looking different from the third... but they all still tasted good. Our second round was some "armadillo" mixed drink, very sweet and juicy. One of the waiters dropped a rack of ribs on our friend so he comped both meals which was very nice of them. Overall good service, good atmosphere, and good food. I'm up for coming back here, but maybe no ribs next time. :-)

Food was cold and stale. I've been to may TR resturants, this was by far the worst.

Finding the nearest restaurant that serves prime rib is at the top of my list when I venture into new locations. I was fortunate that Greeley had a Texas Roadhouse when I was going to UNC. The staff and atmosphere are cheerful and energetic. There's wide variety to choose from, and for relatively cheap prices. I give their prime rib 2 thumbs up, and it comes with two sides (I recommend a fully loaded baked potato and a cup of chili). Another reason why I like this place is because the staff cooks my meat to my specifications! I always order medium rare, but many restaurants cook one level above what you quested (the difference between medium rare and medium is very noticable). I couldn't get enough of this place while I was in Greeley!

There aren't that many places to go in Greeley, but Texas Roadhouse is always packed when I go. More than anything, the environment is something different and fun. In the beginning they give you a big bucket of peanuts and some bread rolls which are the best bread rolls I have ever had. I swear they put like crack in it because I can't stop eating them. The bread comes with this buttery cream thing that compliments it perfectly. Ive been there two times. The first time I got bbq chicken and, to be honest, dont remember what it tasted like. I think I thought it was a bit dry. However, the second time around I got a 6oz. filet cooked medium with a sweet potato and steamed veggies. It was cooked perfectly, very tender, juicy, and delicious. The sides were perfect as well. I also got a margarita which just made the whole meal perfect.

Great option in Greeley. The rolls and butter are not to be missed.

Whenever I come in here to sit down, the service is friendly and the food comes out right. My recent experiences with to go orders have been another story. Both times when I have places my order it has been repeated back to me perfectly. The first time, my steak was not smothered despite that I had been charged for it. We called the restaurant and were given a free appetizer. We decided to give them another shot, and our experience was worse. The wrong steak was smothered, we were given sour cream instead of butter, the rolls did not have the glaze, and we did not get any cinnamon butter. Really the only thing that came out right was the beans. Overall I'm really disappointed about the lack of quality control on the to-go orders and do not think I will be giving them a third try.

Incorrect orders, orders missing items and steaks & sides that are WAY too salty to eat. Gee, what more could you ask for than that? Oh, yeah, having to pay a fairly stiff price for all those wonderful attributes. Arrgh.

Second time going to a Texas Roadhouse and what made me come back were the rolls! But, unfortunately, they were nowhere to be seen this time. I came in with a party of four people who were ready to eat after such a long trip to greeley. We were seated immediately upon walking in the door and our waiter was as friendly as they get. As soon as I sat down, I immediately thought about the rolls and asked for some while everyone else at the table ordered appetizers for the whole group. The appetizers arrived first and so everyone dug in while we all forgot about all about the rolls. We then ordered our entrees( Steaks of course), and finished eating what was on the table. When our food arrived, everything looked great and appealing. That is, until we started cutting into our food. Everyone's steaks were raw and bloody in the middle! Only one person asked for raw out of the whole group and we decided to let our waiter know(who was nowhere in sight for about 20 minutes). When the waiter was within sight, I called him over and explained the situation to him as he removed our plates from the table and took them back to the cook. When our meals finally came back, our steaks were well done like we had asked. We then received the check, which was pricey, and I remembered that we had asked for rolls and I somehow had room to eat some more. I decided against asking the waiter for some because I was completely annoyed throughout my whole experience there.

Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite restaurants and the Greeley location is one of the best I've been to. Although it's a chain, it doesn't taste like it. Good, quality food every time.

Fun, with great food. A little loud inside though... bring your outdoor voice. My mother is disabled but they accommodated her well and didn't blink when she changed her mind on the food (she's suuuuper finicky but we love her!) We all had a great experience! Our waiter was such a nice kid, too. We will be back!

Oh my god! I love this place!!! Taylor is the best server in the place. She keeps the bread and drinks coming. She doesn't bother you too much and is good. The bread and butter is amazing. Their baked potatoes are great. The staff is always friendly. They make mostly everything great. Except their weird corn. They are killing it!

The last time we were here for my sons birthday 3 weeks ago I had the worst steak I've had in my life. We've gone to Texas Roadhouse in Texas for as long as I can remember & have never had bad food. I always order my steak medium but the steak they brought me was very well done, not trying to be difficult I was going to try to eat it anyway, I took a few bites but it was so dry & had no flavor I couldn't get it down & asked the to make me another, so everyone was finished with their meal by the time they brought mine out & I don't really know how to say this but it tasted like they had previously soaked the meat in water? It was terrible & had the consistency of wet sawdust, even the Caesar salad was bad. I don't get it, we won't be back at this location but definitely not giving up on Texas Roadhouse. At least they took my order off the bill.

The last 3 times we have been to this location we have had cold food, and wait staff has been unavailable for refills . Not ok for the price we are paying. The salads didn't even taste fresh and the "fresh" bread was so hard that it made a loud tapping noise when I tapped it with my knife.

A unique chain restaurant that tries to keep one step ahead of the others (Applebees, TGIF, Chilis, etc..) by offering unique food and atmosphere. The food is good, kinda cool/weird that they offer all the peanuts you want while you wait for your table or food. The sweet potato, steaks, and veggies are usually good. The chicken, sandwiches, fish, and ribs are either overcooked and tough or just not worth getting happy for.

Usually very good food. The wait staff are energetic and bubbly. (I personally prefer a little more quiet.) It just about always has a good sized crowd. If you're going at peak hours (lunch and dinner), especially on a holiday like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or Veteran's Day, you might have to wait in line a bit. The waiters have always been cheerfully willing to accommodate our special requests. We practically always are unable to eat all that is brought to us. Even if I have a single hamburger, it's a bit large, so I get the treat of bringing it home for later consumption. My dog loves left overs. Sometimes I do, too! This is one of those restaurants where we feel comfortable chatting up one of the waiters, or even another customers. Friendly, inviting atmosphere. Some kids really like it. I think that's because the energy of the restaurant and staff matches the even more untrammellable energy of kids. "Sodas" are like sodas in all restaurants now-a-days. Sodas are more sparkled with carbonation than they are sweetened with syrup. That's the cuisine culture now, so I'm not knocking it; just saying that's the way it is, so don't expect something different, and don't complain when you get what they've all been serving for decades now. For pretty good food, for godzilla size portions (mine seemed large to me), for energetic, courteous, and accommodating staff, for lively atmosphere (when you're looking for a lively atmosphere), for being able to see the cooks on the line, five stars.

Whenever I have relatives in town or special occasions occurring in Greeley we always choose Texas Roadhouse. Food is always great, have had to send food back a couple times but the wait staff is very friendly and they get it back out to you perfect. Great atmosphere & family environment!

Always a good time and great food! My one problem would be that they don't offer baked beans or Cole slaw as sides. Steaks are the way to go at the roadhouse!

For being a "Texas Roadhouse" this food is completely horrific compared to what I usually got from the stores in Denver where I moved from! I was so excited to have a steak but the food was NOT good for how much you are charged! Thank goodness our waiter was good because the food was nasty. Will not be going back unless I hear something has changed. Talked about it with a bunch of people and they agree! Don't waste your money honestly Red Lobsters steak is 100% better than theirs. Kind of funny that a seafood place has better steak than they do!
