Great appetizers, great burger, fantastic milk shakes, fries undercooked and limp. Excellent service and atmosphere. Reasonably priced.

I love the whole atmosphere - and the historic is a plus plus. But a custom burger, now nothing is better than that! Best bring a empty tummy.

Went inside on a busy friday night. The whole courtyard was packed with a free concert. No waiting what so ever to be taken to a seat. Even though it was busy as hell inside. I was greeted by my waiter rather quickly. Ordered a shake. He said it might be a long wait, since its made at the bar. It wasnt a wait. Ordered my burger with onion strings. Medium well. It was spot on delicious with each and every bite. If you are adventurous you can order the burger inbetween doughnuts.

After my experience I do not understand all the glowing reviews. A coworker and I came for lunch and ended up flagging down our server to ask for our food in boxes and our check because otherwise there was no way we'd make it back to work in time (on an hour lunch break). Really no reason for that - we ordered a burger, a chicken sandwich, and 2 side salads. I don't know if it was the kitchen that was slow or our servers. There did seem to be a lot of front house staff wandering around in no hurry. Then the quality of the food was not good. Definitely skip the side salad. It's just some lettuce and carrots thrown together with odd French fry looking crouton things. The burger could have been good but it was cold (after a 5 minute drive). I got the suggested jalapeño popper burger. It had all the toppings as described but no sauce at all. Had we been able to actually eat at the restaurant I could have asked for some. The pretzel bun was tasty and worth the upcharge. My coworker was also very disappointed with the chipotle chicken sandwich and her salad. I come to Greeley on a regular basis for work, but I feel no desire to ever try Stuft again.

Super delicious! Only complaint is that it's kinda pricey, burgers run about 9$ and fries cost extra (fries should be included!)

  • Daniel R.

Service is always great. Beer is always cold. Food is delicious.

  • Ray B.

The concept is that you create your own order (by filling in the menu) but then your server reviews it with you. Burgers looked great; salad was only par or slightly below, as the toppings were weak. Milkshakes were amazing, but priced accordingly.

  • Harold S.

Great food, and service. Tons of options. Get the Worcestershire Mayo and Parmesan Garlic Fries.

    (5)
  • John B.

Cream cheese jalapeños burgers, jalepeno cheese bites, fresh cut fries, chipotle mayo, gluten free bun... Food was okay. Dipping sauce was great (chipotle mayo). Cream Cheese Burger was disappointing, but the service was good.

Tap handles with iPads - now that's cool! This place had a great burger menu, great tap list, and great service! I sat at the bar when I was here and was taken care of by Lindy, and very well. I have had a tough time ordering a burger that is cooked correctly, but these people do it right. If you're in Greeley and hungry, come here!

Ok, I really wanted to give this a good review. However they have a waitress who is higher than a kite and missing a front tooth at dinner last week. It was super uncomfortable watching her, having my children with me who also noticed, and having her unable to even set my food down in front of me without spilling it onto the table. There were also little fruit flies or something flying around making the whole experience disturbing. Had I not been there on other lunch occasions and enjoyed those, I would rate this the lowest.

Loved it! Tried it for the first time and was not let down at all. Though they were busy, the staff was incredibly friendly and tended to us quickly. There were so many options that it was overwhelming, but in the best way possible. You could put anything from teriyaki sauce to a fried egg on your burger. My friend even got a glazed doughnut as a bun! I think the most entertaining part was being able to name my burger creation. I'm adding this restaurant to one of my new favorites! The wait for the food was a bit long, but there were plenty of TV's and great background music. Overall, would definitely recommend and will be coming back soon!

All the staff members were very friendly and polite. Jesse was our server and he was great. Stuft's Brew #2 was excellent. And the burgers... Wow! Yum! My husband had a malt and it was just like we used to get at the ice cream store when we were kids.

THE absolute best burgers ever. Always love creating my own burger and naming it what I like. It's a fun place to enjoy specifically what your taste buds like. Not the cheapest place but definately great for burgers and drinks. Servers are great and enjoy eating here

Loved it! Great food, great atmosphere, great service. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with basil pesto goat cheese on a pretzel bun. Mmmmm...

Seriously guys... Who's in charge?? There appeared to be NOBODY. What a horrible experience we just had at this establishment! From the beginning our service lacked... My order came out incorrect (it was missing the side salad), our dipping sauces were incorrect, and worst of all, our food wasn't hot. The most disappointing part is that my daughter added a shake prior to receiving our meals and we waited at least 20-30 minutes before we got it. If our waitress would've been more present, we could've asked her for it. Instead, we had to go to the bar and ask where the shake was and if we could have our bill. We chose stuft over the Rio thinking it would be quick, but an hour is ridiculous. Get it together! We will not be back to this location.

Delicious! The idea to build your own gourmet burger on top of buns that range from pretzel to donut (you read that right) and an array of toppings both typical and out-of-the-box, makes for a great experience. This next part might sound like a negative but our waitress was inattentive and very preoccupied with something back of house, that being said the rest of the staff took notice and did an amazing job picking up the slack with a great attitude about it. I will be back. p.s. kids eat for a dollar! with the purchase of an adult meal Tuesday nights.

We've been waiting for a Stuft to open in Greeley, and this one didn't dissapoint. Good food, friendly staff, great location.

This place is GREAT. The service and people are wonderful. The restaurant is clean and very nice. They have a lot of options and they all taste great. They staff explains everything well and the veggies are very fresh. The burger meat is top quality and very well prepared. Only problem is I wish they had chili to put on top.

My husband and I decided to stop in the other day for lunch. We had the option to be placed on a waiting list or sit at the bar which is what we ended up doing. The build your own option for burgers was awesome although it took a bit longer than expected for us to get our food. Our bartender Missy was very comical and sweet. Burgers were great, fries were pretty good. We will definitely be back soon!

First, we had really great service from Kelsey. She walked us through the menu, gave great suggestions and was friendly. Burgers were cooked perfectly and were super tasty! Hard decisions to make with all of the options, but worth it! The shakes were awesome, too! We will definitely be back!

Delicious! We had the bourbon bacon burger off the menu! Very helpful and friendly bartender

Out waitress was corny, but sincere. She was totally being herself which was awesome. The service was good. Environment was great, too. The food was sub par. My wife and I got chicken breast sandwiches and they were nothing special. A step above bland. The fries were terrible. They were crumbled, broken, and boarder line cold. We're very simple and easy to please, but very much let down for the quality of food we received. But the services was awesome!

Great burger bar. I like that you can customize every bit of the order. I didn't have a beer but they had a good selection. I sat at the bar and the service was great.

We were there opening day, and although my burger had a hair in it, it was an awesome experience, the manager insisted on taking my meal off the bill, even though a new "hairless" burger was more than enough, she apologized profusely and was so kind about it! The wait staff are all so kind and helpful. We love visiting this location and tell all of our friends!!

  • Foodie M.

My burger was so well prepared and seasoned today at lunch I'm already dreaming of when I can go back for more. I ordered a medium rare and it was perfectly done with a nice crust full of flavor. Though the macaroni and cheese was good it wasn't epic. I'll probably order sweet potato fires next visit. I'll definitely be back!
