The pho was decent, the service left something to be desired. When I walked in the place was dead and I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff who were chit chatting at the bar area. After looking at me and waiting for me to start walking towards them they finally broke up and met me half way. I asked for a to-go menu and looked it over. I've been to several pho restaurants in several states, so I know that the size you get can vary and end up being huge. They had four different sizes listed. I asked the girl who was going to take my order how big each size was since I didn't want to go over board. She looked at me like I was speaking another language. I used my hands to make various circles and asked she if she could give me a ballpark idea. Her answer was that they had small, medium, and large. This didn't answer my question, and at this point I was kind of surprised that an employee didn't seem to have any idea approximately how big each portion was, so I just ordered a medium. Like I said before, I've been to several pho restaurants. This was the first one I've ever been to where the people who worked there spoke perfect English and were obviously born and raised in the states. My point is that I've had easier communication and better service with people who spoke broken English. After my order was taken the girl went back to continue chatting. The pho itself wasn't too bad. I've had a lot better, but I've also had worse. The portion size of the medium was more than enough (I wonder what a small or large or whatever the fourth size option would be?). I had the rare steak and tripe and found the amount of each was more than plenty. The steak was tender and the sprouts, onion, basil, and cilantro all seemed fresh. The broth was OK, not my favorite. At least it wasn't sweet like other pho I've had. I love me some pho, but unfortunately I will not be returning due to the blase attitude and ignorance of the menu exhibited by the people who are working the front end.

This is a really nice Thai restaurant in West Greeley. Most important is that the food taste great. The environment is clean and modern. The wait staff are really nice and friendly.

Always had really good and quick service, with very friendly staff. I enjoy the relaxin feel to this place. I've gotten the Pho bowl in the past, it's great (though good sized) for a not so overwhelming lunch. If you need to do sushi in Greeley this strikes me as a good place to go. The Mango roll is beautifully presented and very filling.
