They made us wait several minutes to be seated even though there were DOZENS of empty tables. Then the hostess seemed offended when she asked "is this table okay?" and I answered "No." It was right in the busiest spot in the whole place!! Of course I didn't want to sit there. The waiter was rude, half of the food on my plate was COLD (the rest was kind of warm). The waiter never bothered to check on us until ten minutes AFTER I had eaten the warm food (and pushed the cold stuff aside). I told him that the food was cold. He just said "Oops." and walked away. What a jerk. No tip for you and I won't be back. Two of us ordered entrees and coffee and it was $40. NOT a good value for the buck. Even if the food was the correct temperature, it's pretty mediocre quality. BTW, the manager didn't seem to care either. I'll NEVER go to this restaurant again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They raised their prices yet again. A dish of ravoli costs $13.00. About 7 ravoli is all you get which equates to nearly $2.00 per ravoli. They have priced themselves out of the market. I will not be back.

This was yummy. I do like their soups and entrees. The servers, while busy, were extremely friendly and helpful. Service was correct and efficient. We truly had a great dining experience here. It is a bit spendy. But I have to admit we included a bottle of wine with our meal, and it was fairly priced, considering typical restaurant mark-up. All in all, we go to Olive Garden restaurants probably 2-4 times per year, and we've not had a truly 'bad' experience at any of them. I'm not always a big fan of chain restaurants, but they are a fact of life in our society, and Olive Garden is a good choice.

I had the citrus lemon serranto. It tasted like a lean cuisine meal. The veggies were a few zucchini slices, broccoli, and an onion. Mostly an onion. My drink had redeeming qualities, however. The cucumber melon was light and refreshing.

I love olive garden but this one was horrible. We went and they took like 40 minutes past what was promised to seat us. They kept letting parties of the same number go before us and we asked one of the parties that was seated before us but came after if they had made a reservation. They said they didn't. We waited and finally got fed up. The host probably ignored us because she thought since i am younger that i wouldn't tip well or wasn't worth her time. She didn't apologize. The time before that we went an there was floaties in my cup and my food was well over cooked and horrible. I will say the server billy was friendly and great but the rest of the staff was rude and the food was terrible. I will never go back.

We always have great service, the food is pretty good for being a chain, and the wine choices are not too bad either! A tad pricey but worth it!

Visited for dinner on busy Saturday night. We were seated earlier than the quoted 15 minutes, which was nice. Had Chicken Parmesan dinner with house salad and spaghetti side. Very tasty.. Chilled Sangria was flavorful.. Fruit garnishments were fresh and added to the Sangria's taste. Our server, April, was very attentive to our needs. She took great care to see we had everything we needed and our food was to our expectations. Too bad we left no room for dessert!

We all know Olive Garden is good food so tabs why I had to give it at least a couple stars and the third star is because I have been here many times and the service is hit or miss. I have had great service and the worst service ever. If you been to one live garden you been to all as far as food is concerned.

Food is always good but the waitress was HORRIBLE. She was in a rush to get us out of there. She was rude when we asked for dessert. We barely saw her and then when we gave her money for the check, she stood over our shoulder looking to see how much we were going to tip her. Someone that acts like that doesn't need to be working at Olive Garden.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
