The cook has changed and I am updating my review to reflect that. The food has improved a lot and I have gone back 3 times with no issues.

I would've given this Chipotle location one star but I gave it two considering 3 out of the 4 people working the line were extremely cheery and overall provided excellent customer service. One of the gals looked like she was off in la-la land and could care less about her job. She proceeded to dump a spoonful of sour cream on my boyfriend's burrito right after he specifically requested NO sour cream without even looking up at us. And last but certainly not least, we bit into our burritos full of hard, undercooked rice and chewy undercooked chicken. Yum! Definitely a lot of room for improvement. I'd rather drive 25 minutes to the Loveland location then eat here again.

I love chipotle. During the school year I usually eat there about twice a week. This chipotle knows me and my boyfriend by first name, we love the staff and have always been impressed by how fast they can get customers in and out! We always go get chipotle when we're really starving, and usually it lasts me two meals! There food, like every chipotle, is delicious and filling. Recently, they've hired a girl who is verrrry rude to us. I don't want to single her out, but one 'witchy' employee can ruin many customers experiences. If they fix this problem I'd give them a fourth star. Hint: If you're really hungry, like the starving college student (aka me), you can ask for extra scoops of rice and beans. :)

Always very speedy service, even with a decent crowd... My biggest pet peeve about chipotle's in general, is that the cleanliness of the food line starts to deteriorate the more people are waiting. This Chipotle is always very clean, regardless of how many people are in line. Will most certainly be returning!

They always burn the fajitas and it's usually pretty dirty. That and their manager(?), (older big guy in a different shirt) was extremely rude.

My first time at Chipotle last night. I had the Barbacoa Burrito Bowl....DELICIOUS! The ingredients were fresh and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The manager even came to our table to see if we were pleased with our experience. The portions were large so we had the other half today for lunch. Still, very good after reheating. Sometimes I have experienced poor and/or condescending service at food joints around campus. Not here. I felt appreciated and will DEFINATELY make this Chipotle a regular stop. Highly recommend.

Super undercooked chicken.. Needless to say I just ate lunch here and got very sick afterwards.. Didn't finish my burrito and looked through it and the chicken was not done at all.. This is the second time this has happened.. I will be staying away from the chicken from now on.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
