First off, it is rare to find a Mexican restaurant in Colorado that has such delicious rice and beans. This alone is a mark that they care more than other restaurants about their food. So far everything I've ordered here is super tasty, which is much needed in northern CO. Now I don't have to feel like I need to go to Denver to get a good Mexican food experience. Also, my Margarita was strong and not too sweet...awesome. Their outdoor seating is awesome as well. Don't be fooled by what this place looks like on the outside, it's much better than any other Mex place in Greeley hands down.

Sitting here waiting for our check. Lousy service, had to ask for silverware, asked for more hot sauce and they actually took our half empty bowl and refilled it. Waiter came back with toothpick hanging out of his mouth...who does that?! We won't be back.

The service here was the highlight. We were visiting family and were well recieved. The food was ok, but we have really high standards coming from california. Overall, everything was average and heavy.

Best Mexican sit down restaurant in Greeley. Reminds me of the Mexican restaurants I used to frequent in Chicago. Food tastes great and the cost isn't very much. Definitely recommend this place and it is now my go to choice when people want Mexican food in Greeley.

We visited for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised . we have our favourites and we were happy with the service and the food . prompt and friendly service , and the Huevos rancheros was good. I would recommend more people in the brighton area coming to visit this establishment. We plan on going back for dinner soon,

Love, love, love this place. Huge sigh because my husband grew up in california and we have lived in Arizona were in my opinion have the best Mexican food besides being in Mexico. The food is very good authentic Mexican I always have the enchilada plate, chicken can be more tender, I usually dont like the rice or beans they give you on the side but here they are very, very close to my grandma's so I eat them more often, the chips are good the salsa can use a little work, my 3yr old loves it for heaven sake...lol, and my husband always gets their chimi. and loves it. Lastly, tge service is pretty good they always make sure that my husband has a full drink and their chips are always flowing as well as the house margarita insanely good. Now I have been to the other "Mexican restaurants" here in Greeley and not even close .

Front of house was good - prompt and attentive. The food - when they say spicy, they mean it. Other than that, it was to me, standard mexican restaurant fare. It's hard to screw up rice, refried beans and tacos. The presentation on the plate wasn't very good looking, my cat gets better looking food, I think. If the presentation was better, I would've given it another star. Lunch set me back about $14, including tip. Bottom line - it's a middle-of-the-road mexican restaurant - if you've been to one of them, you've been to all of them.

Food was good, wait staff was horrible. Maybe understaffed on New Year's Day. Took forever for food to arrived, they forgot part of the order, reordered and it never arrived. Couldn't get a refill on drinks. Lots of better choices in the area. My first and last trip to this place.

Kind of our "go to" Mexican joint for my daughter and I. Good food, nice staff, and inexpensive. Back patio is great during the warm season (except for the stench of the smokers).

Good cheap Mexican food. I had the shredded beef burrito, the meat was great. I just didn't care too much for the corn tortilla that are used, but is probably healthier.

This place has the best, most authentic Mexican food in town!! I am from San Diego and grew up visiting Mexico on a regular basis; I know authentic Mexican food! Even the decor is authentic. My boyfriend and I eat here regularly and I try and order something different every time (they have a HUGE menu). Every thing I have ordered has been amazing! Their Chile Colorado is to die for and so are their Fajitas! Their tortillas are hand made from scratch and you I just can't get enough of them! I think you can buy tortillas from them but I'm not sure; I haven't asked...yet. I recommend their Ultimate Margarita; it's made with Patron and is delicioso!!! = ) On Sundays they have a lunch buffet which we are also a huge fan of!

My family has now been to Cazadores twice and both times have been good experiences. The staff has been friendly and attentive. The menu has a great selection of both traditional Mexican dishes and the dishes for the less adventurous. The food is good or very good. The atmosphere isn't fancy; it is about what you'd expect for a $10/plate Mexican restaurant. It is comparable to the atmosphere at The Armadillo or 3 Margaritas.... Finally, it's the best Horchata I've found in Northern Colorado.... Definitely homemade and not from one of those "machines".

Cazadores makes a very pleasant sangria, which is the perfect accompanyment to their mole poblano. The servers are attentive, the music pleasant, and the murals on the wall delightful. This is a nice place to bring friends for an enjoyable dining out experience.

Of all of the Mexican food you can get here in Greeley, I enjoy their food because its seasoned like Mexican food should be its not a quick overly priced version, lacking flavor. The staff is delightful and i love the cozy atmosphere. I have yet to go there when its super busy which i kindof enjoy because its quiet. lots of paintings on the wall and very nice authentic decor. Its locally owned and you can tell they take pride in their business

This is my favorite Mexican food restaurant in Greeley. I love their chicken enchilada cremadas, and my husband loves their macho burrito. I also love their orchata (rice milk drink). The guac they make at your table is fantastic too.

Having spent six glorious years in Greeley, we were lucky enough to try nearly all 37,451 Mexican restaurants and Cazadores ranks among the best. Fun atmosphere, nice patio, low prices, guac made fresh table side, and margaritas. Oh such delightfully cheap yet strong margaritas. Definitely worth many future visits.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
