So I went there on a Friday night with a friend and her daughter, and we were absolutely stunned at the delay. I ordered from the kiosk and she ordered at the counter as an experiment to see who would get their food faster. The surprise answer was neither of us. There were 6 teenage kids in the kitchen. There were no other patrons before, during our order, or after our order for about another 10 minutes, yet it took them 20 minutes to get our order ready. Unfricking believable. I was keeping my eye on the drive through too, I think they only had 3 normal size orders during this time. They seemed to be walking around in chaos, losing orders, and not that many to lose. It was crystal clear the manager was nowhere in sight. It was also VERY telling that a previous patron that had been waiting, right as we were finishing placing our order, came up and grumpily asked them when the order would be ready...who knows how long he and his wife were waiting. We then saw a whole big group come in, and they also were ALL made to wait for long periods for their orders. HELLO MANAGER. If you slack off and don't show up for YOUR shift, you will lose customers like crazy. You OBVIOUSLY didn't train your staff BEFORE you took the night off. Screw you.

Looks like my experience was different than many others. Hit the restaurant with a buddy at 1245p on Thursday. The place was virtually empty, three tables were occupied. We ordered, got our drinks and ketchup, and our order was ready before I was able to find a table. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with curly fries. My buddy some kind of burger concoction. Both of us found our meals enjoyable. The place was clean - no dirty tables, restrooms in good shape, and the floor was spotless. I think our meal was right around $15, not bad, and pretty much what I expect to pay at a burger joint. Service was pretty good, but I am not expecting much when it is fast food, and the place was clean. I feel like I get pretty decent bang for my buck. I will be back.

I could have the worst customer service and still give this 5 stars. Alas, I have never had bad customer service. This place is great. As a Californian living in Colorado this place is hard to find! Boy O' Boy is the food good though! They are open 24/7 which is fantastic for midnight hunger! Several times they have messed up my order, which they fixed with a free meal just by calling them. Very friendly service in the morning too. I also love how they serve burgers all day! #fatguystuckinaskinnybody

Unfortunately I've been here multiple times and have not had much in the way of a positive experience. This is super close to my work and they seem to have good variety but the food just hasn't been satisfying. I'm not saying I'd never return, but only due to close proximity to my office.

This review is not so much about the food, as it is about the service. I ordered first. I asked for a number 6 meal. My wife wanted the Classic Buttery Jack and a Medium Drink. My daughter ordered the value chicken sandwich and a smoothie. While we waited, I was looking at the receipt and saw something I did not recognize. I went to the cashier and asked what it was. She said it was the Spicey Sriracha Burger. She said I had ordered the number 11. I told her I did not and that I would like the Jumbo Jack (number 6). My wife was not given her drink cup, so I told her my wife would like her drink cup so she could go get her drink. She pointed at my cup and said "I gave it to you". My wife then pointed at the receipt and showed her that we had paid for a second drink. She then gave my wife her cup, and began taking an order from another customer. When she finished with the other customer, I asked her if she would go ahead and give me the difference between the Buttery Classic and the Sriracha burger. She called over a manager to access the register, which made me think she never intended to refund the difference ($3.72). The manager was not rude, but also not very friendly. Maybe she was just busy. When we got in the car, we discovered we had a chicken sandwich that we had not ordered, in the bag, and two Jumbo Jacks (instead of a Jumbo Jack and a Buttery Classic) I still was not convinced that I had ordered incorrectly regarding the number 6/ number 11 issue, when I remembered her asking if I wanted cheese on my burger. The Sriracha Burger comes with cheese, so I am convinced that I ordered the number 6, she understood number 6, but incorrectly entered a number 11. No smile, no apology, no nothing. To be fair, my wife has eaten here before and not had problems with the people or service. So, if you like surprises, this is the place to eat. If you would like to receive what your ordered, then don't go there on a Wednesday around 1:30pm.

#ColdFries #OldFries #TheyForgotMyDrink #TerribleService So I just went here through the drive though and my I got home. They didn't give me my drink, the fries are clearly waaaay too old to give to a customer they are cold hard and plain nasty. Terrible experience not recommended. Eat anywhere else. I expect service to be on point everytime I go somewhere, I do not like this "surprise" when I get home, nor is it appreciated.

I while we were ordering he kept having to check to make sure they actually had what we wanted and of course for a couple of the items they didn't. Then I ordered a plain cheeseburger and made sure it said PLAIN on the screen and when I went to eat it after we had already left I saw it wasn't plain.

The burger was pretty good. The fries were stale and not even close to warm. I should have taken them back but was on the road. I'm assuming they have to sell all the fries they make to save money. I'll go back but will have to find a way to get fresh fries. Hmmmm.

2012 Review #234: A few months ago, randomly, we got free coupons for tacos from Jack in the Box. The thought of tacos from a fast food burger restaurant was somewhat terrifying, but we always joked about coming here. On a late night home I decided to stop by, though I wasn't brave enough for the tacos. I came a bit late on a Sunday night, and having read the fast food thread on Talk recently I knew that coming late on an off day was a possible recipe for very old food. However, I was really surprised by the staff and service I got. I could hear the manager inside communicating about the special requests on my burger order, and after a few minutes of waiting, a staff member came and told me they were making fresh fries to order for me. It was definitely worth the wait and they were apologetic about it as well. When they said fresh fries, they meant it, because they were extremely hot, but good. Husband thought it was weird that they put a lot of pepper on their burgers, and the cheese sticks were about the same as the ones that come frozen in a bag at the supermarket, but it filled my urge. There's actually not a lot of fast food off of 6th in Golden, so this is probably your best bet.

Awful service took forever to get our food. Seemed super disorganized. Went to get ketchup no ketchup. Went to get lid for soda no lid. Asked for ranch...nope.

Not much that I'm going to say that most do not already know about any fast food joint. If Jack in the Box is reading this, I will say that your advertisements have worked on me. I've seen you on TV and heard you on the radio and saw your bill boards, so when I actually drove by an actual restaurant, my curiosity did peak. If you must know, the thing that hooked me was the advertisements connecting to my secret or not so secret desire to engage in gluttony. Everyone is going to have their pet perks about a fast food joint....do you like Mcdonald's fries or Wendy's. Do you like that way a good times burger taste with the red onion or do you go with Carl's Jr big thick patty? Jack in the Box has potato wedge fries, which is a twist. I think you have to have a twist so you can capture a piece of the fast food loving market. Jack has a sirloin burger, but not something I would go drive out of the way for. Jack has shakes and Jack has tacos. Not sure I get cravings for tacos at the same time as burgers..?? In fact, if I do, I've got bigger problems. This particular Jack in the Box is new and has a self serve kiosk for down times and busy times, kind of cool. It is what it is, but reviewing Jack in the Box, is like yelping about your favorite color, its entirely up to you.

Oh man, I can't truly express how glad I am Jack In the Box is back in Golden. Probably my second favorite fast food restaurant behind In-N-Out, which is saying something, and since they're not out in CO yet JitB wins my fast food allegiance. Best things about the place have to be the kickin' dollar menu (2 tacos so delicious), the sourdough jack (why do more fast food places not use sourdough bread? it's the best bread ever!), and the curly fries (omg the curly fries). Lines are mostly short and move quick. And it's open super late for when it's 1AM and I'm hungry. There's even a gas fireplace in the restaurant! It has issues, of course. The bacon's usually pretty limp, everything's greasy, and their healthy options are somewhat limited, but this is no different from just about any other fast food chain out there (again, In-N-Out excepted). Definitely worthy of my continued patronage!

I love them! As a Californian turned Denverlite I'm 95% partial to In and out, but jack in the box is my close second! Always nice and quick and I love their grilled cheeses LOL

Here's what I love about Jack In The Box in Golden. 1. The touch-screen ordering. 2. How QUICK they are, despite there always being a line 12-deep. 3. The drive-through orders are taken at a remote location then sent here by computer. Saw the workings of it on the Food Network. It's neat. 4. The breakfast bowls. 5. The Pitas! Yum! 6. Fanta Strawberry. And there's nothing to list that's negative. They have this fancy television that shows sports updates, movie listings in the area, and even displays artwork by local children. It's entertaining while waiting in line for your food. And the French Toast Sticks? Just order one. Because ONE = One order of Four sticks. Umm guess I should have read the menu. Delicious, though, they're like fried dough bites. Yummmm.

i am not a fan of most fast foods, or chains, but i have to admit that one of my guilty pleasures is Jack-in-the-Box. Must be from my days in Hawaii, stumbling out of the bars at 4am, all the good Bento and noodle shoppes were packt - not hard to do since most of them had a seating capacity of 11. So i'd hit up the Box a block from my condo. The Ultimate cheeseburger, my 2nd favorite to Cherry Cricket's [shh, don't tell them], and a couple of those soy tacos stuffed with torn up bits of American cheese pieces and what lettuce they could fit. And they don't mess around with English Muffins, or Croissants, for their breakfast sandwiches. Nope, they were the 1st to say screw it, use the Jumbo Jack bun to make a breakfast sandwich - Jack's giant head must double as a bong to come up with that fat egg and ham attack. Not that i'm complaining. Never bothered with the rest of the menu, not that i remember since i was usually pretty de-sobered. Glad that they're back in Colorado, just keep building them outside of Denver, so i'm not so tempted. And now when people steal my Jack antennae heads, i don't have to fly home to get more. Damn, Bruddah Iz's "Over the Rainbow" medley just popped on Sirius - Synchronicity, yo.
