Tried it tonight for the first time and I thought it was great! Veggie de-lite pizza was de-licious! Delivered nice and hot. Definitely will be getting pizza from there regularly. Docking one star because they were a bit late delivering. As for the size, after reading another review stating the XL was the same as a Red Baron from the grocery store, they couldn't be more off base! I had three slices, my husband had four. We still have almost 1/2 the pizza left! Well worth the money!

The employees at Hammer-Time Pizza are Honey Badger. Tonight they got my pizza wrong twice. I called in, and the gal said, "Okay." That was it. This is not the first time, but I really try hard (harder than the businesses, it appears) to support local shops. I am sure the owner is oblivious, but he really needs to get in the shop and bring up the standards. It just isn't worth it to order from this shop.

Just ok. Nothing bad to report but nothing sets this place apart from any of the national chains. If you had Hammer Time and Blackjack sitting side by side nobody would know the difference. I wouldn't order it again. Would rather drive and get better pizza.

Hammertime pizza is a weekly fare for us since moving to the area (within the last month). My husband gets pepperoni and I get anything and everything "fancy." I highly recommend creating a pizza with cream cheese. Separately, their onion sauce is sweet and delicious and goes great with a lot of pizzas. They have pre-determined combos or make your own. Try a few, see what you like, then make your own. The pizza prices are well within what a normal place goes for. We have not asked for delivery, as we're pretty close, but the pizzas are on a 19 minute cooking cycle (I think that was what they told me, somewhere right around there), so expect at least 20 minutes whether there, pickup or delivery. I promise it is worth your time. Unfortunately, another pizza place holds the "best in my heart" place (check out my reviews for it, but its in Dallas TX), but this is the "best of all available" for sure. Love, love this mom & pop joint.

Great food yet terrible service. Call at least forty five minutes before they close or they will already be "closed" because of (insert reason here).

This is an unfortunate review for me because I have enjoyed this pizza several times in the past. For the area, it was quite good. However, on my last delivery this is what happened. After waiting an hour and twenty five minutes, a driver showed up with cold pizza. In addition to that the toppings were wrong. He stared at me with a dumb stoned stare waiting for me to hand him money while I waited for him to hand me a credit card slip. This is generally what happens when I give them a card number over the phone in order to pay for the pizza. He said he had no credit card slip. I called into the store and asked for a manager, instead i got what I would guess was a 15 year old girl answering the phone with "yes, hello?". She passed me to another girl, I would guess 16 this time who proceeded to argue with me that I should have provided a card number at the time of the call. Of course I had already done this. Then she said the driver left half an hour ago and she was in no way responsible for his actions. She doesn't watch over him every minute of the day and if he delivered the pizza late and cold, that was not her problem. She then argued with me about what their food costs, she then argued with me about arguing with me. In the end I asked when someone responsible in the store would be available and she simply said her boss would tell me off the same way. She offered to write my name down and said the next pizza is 50% off, but I wanted to talk to someone about the 40 dollars worth of food that was cold and expected to pay for. Its too bad that whoever is financially responsible for this place is leaving it to toddlers to run, they are doing a very poor job. Unfortunately I cannot order any more food from this place out of principle.

I guess it's ok for Colorado but I grew up in Philly and this was billed to me by others as good as East Coast pizza. It doesn't come close to that. The delivery driver was funny though.

We've tried Hammer-Time Pizza twice now and neither time were we really impressed. The first time at least the pizza was good. Tonight we ordered pizza and were severely disappointed. It took an hour and a half to get here and when it finally arrived everything was cold! The wings were rubbery, cold, and disgusting. The pizza my husband ordered was missing toppings that he ordered and my pizza had WAY too many black olives it was awful, and I like olives, but too much is too much. On top of that we've always thought it was a bit pricey, but we were hoping to find that good mom and pop place that would be worth it. Sad to say Hammer-Time is not worth it.

nothing spectacular, it was an average pizza. my biggest complaint would be that the extra large size is the same size as a frozen Red Barron pizza you would get from the store. with that said its a little over priced for the size of pizza you get. We just moved to the area so I'm sure I will eat it again but it won't be because I craved it by any means.

We just love their pizza! The teenagers that work there are ALWAYS super nice! I can't wait to try more of their pizza options!

This is by far the best pizza in the area and we have friends who come to visit requesting we grt pizza from Hammer Time. It's all in the sauce. It's amazing. Delivery is usually quick and the staff is always nice.

Great pizza, and priced very well for a mom and pop pizza shop. Usually manned by local high school kids who are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the breadsticks. I would give this pizza joint five stars but service can be slow (take out or delivery only)and I once had a pizza that was a little under done, other wise it is delicious.
