This has to be one of the best Starbucks stores I've ever been in. I really like the interior of the store in this one. It's spacious, lots of seating, and very clean inside. I've always had a good experience walking in here. I remember ordering the largest matcha latte for my birthday reward and being concerned about the amount of sugar. I was able to make it sugarless and a very nice cashier poured a small cup of matcha latte made with coconut milk for me to test out and said that's her way of sweetening things. Very impressed with the customer service here and will be coming back to this location in the future!

Yummy lattes and great service! Great location. Seating inside and out. Drive through is available. Great varieties of coffees, pastries, and sandwiches. Prices are average for this type of establishment. A must try if you are in the area.

I have gone to this Starbucks a few times solely for the fact that it is close to my house... Every time I have gone, the staff is less than friendly. No one says Hello, no one acknowledges me. Then when someone finally approaches the register so I can order it's like a burden that I'm there! It is ridiculous how long drinks take to be made and quite frankly I could handle that-If their attitudes were better. I even overheard the staff talking to each other about how they hope the weather continues to get worse so they won't have any customers and they can all go home. Alright Starbucks, if you don't want customers your wish is granted. I will not go to this location ever again. I gave it three tries and al three times its been a disappointment.

I was excited to have a drivetru location so close to the house even though there was a Starbucks inside he grocery store right behind it. Helpful with cruddy weather and a van full of kids. Every time I went through the drive thru our coffee was awful and not mixed well. Anything I could say good about the coffee was all at the bottom of the cup! The drive they staff is always polite and some what friendly, but when going inside I was treated as if I was a bother. Stopped going and now patron a locally owned shop. Better quality drinks for a lesser cost. I wanted to leave a better review because I've always been a loyal 'Bucks fan.

One extra star simply because they're the closest Starbucks to me, but their service in the drive thru is worth 2 stars only. Just left here and this is the second time they have tried to blame me, their customer instead of apologizing for their mistake. Seriously annoying! The first time was when I ordered a grande mocha frap(super simple right?) at their drive thru, got to the window and was handed a iced mocha.. So I let the guy know that was not what I ordered and he said next time let me know you wanted a mocha frap. Umm wth?! But that's what I ordered!! I didn't argue I just didn't say anything but he was straight trying to make me seem like I was the one who in the wrong.. Mind you this was during the time they had the happy hours for fraps, so you would think they were used to slanging 'em left and right and that most customers were ordering that at those hours, but whatevs.. Now this second time was just a little while ago again at the drive thru.. I went and ordered a iced tea and pastry and let the person know I wanted to use one of my rewards for either the drink or pastry, and he said sure no problem. Get to the window and it's a female that takes my phone to scan(I always use it through my app) and when she comes back I asked if she used my reward since it looked like I was charged full price(it shows your balance super fast on the app). She than says no you didn't tell me, so I said I told the person when I ordered I wanted to use it. Well she ends up 'schooling' me that I needed to tell her as well since it's two different people taking orders and charging.. Umm okay I totally get that but how was 'I' supposed to know that you two don't communicate when you're right next to each other.. Okay whatever note taken.. But of all the Starbucks I've been too this is hands down the only one that has ever left me leaving a little annoyed.. But what can you do when this is the closest drive thru that comes in handy when you have a toddler and baby that you don't want to drag out of the car.. ::sigh::

They got our orders wrong probably 10 times. The drive thru is always busy so one time I went inside to get my drink. There were 10 million high school kids there (why I know this? The high school is less than half a mile away). They were loud. And also, I got ONE drink and they took 20 min to make it! Also, there was someone who ordered AFTER me and got their drink BEFORE I got mine! What!?

Great new location! So glad they added this because the Starbucks in Safeway is always busy. Drive-thru was fast and employees were friendly.

I love getting the green tea frappe, but at this location it just doesn't taste the same! I've had some pastries and they are always good. Not too sure about the coffee though, I don't get it very often.

I went to this location for the first time. I walked in and heard the blaring music, then walked out. Pretty surprised since Starbucks are common locations for people trying to work.
