They are on top of it. Great service our food was fresh. An employee even made sure our food was good, he brought the kids ranch and when we were done asked to take our tray. Amazing experience.

Absolute garbage! They screw up our order EVERY time we go. We will never be going back. The employees are incompetent and screw around in the back while people are waiting for the food they paid for. Our last trip through the drive through left us waiting for over 15 minutes for food they said would take 4 minutes. I had to go inside the building to complain about the extreme wait for "fast food". Do not go to this resturant. Try a different one in the area.

I love Popeye's, this franchise however needs some work, they always run out of spicy chicken... so then you always have to wait, but then they have so much mild chicken they do not know what to do with it. I go there because I need my Popeye's fix but I wish the place was run better :(

I want to start this off by one key word; PROFESSIONALISM and the crew I had today definitely understand the meaning of that word. I haven't had Popeyes for awhile but I was greeted by three people with smiles, which is rare nowadays, and had my order of chicken tenders put in. They let me know I was the first to order tenders so they dropped a fresh batch. Getting fresh food is always a plus! Once my food was done a gentleman named Sean Reynolds (possibly a supervisor) brought my food to me and checked on me a couple minutes later to ensure the tenders where good. What fast food place does that????! I'm very very impressed!!! I can tell the group this morning was a dedicated group of people and are working under a great supervisor!

Wow, I should have looked it up before coming. I've never seen a Texas Popeye's screw up this much. I wanted some Dip'n Chick'n, but didn't see it on the menu and they said they hadn't heard of it. Maybe it was a Texas thing. So I got two orders of Wicked Chicken. They said it'd take 3 minutes and to pull up. 20 minutes later my wife is getting really annoyed and we almost left. When we got home we opened it up to find there were no biscuits, no sauces (we asked for the blackened Ranch and Sweet Heat), and no little Tabasco bottles. The chicken had no type of spice at all on it and only the thinnest parts were cooked. The thicker ends of the strips were batter-y and wet on the inside and the chicken wasn't cooked, so we couldn't even eat it. It was too late to go back out, so our night was ruined.

Been here a couple times and there's always something. The first time I came here I had just driven in from Texas. So I go through the drive through and ask if they still have the chicken sandwich on a bun. She laughs at me and says "no we haven't had that for a couple years now" and I said "oh really?? Sorry, I swear y'all had it recently" and then she begins to say something when someone else gets over the loud speaker and says "no we haven't, you should come here more often". Seriously?! And I think it was the manager that said that, I almost drove off. I was speechless. Then we had to wait 10 mins for the food. The second time we came here we asked at the window if I could add on an order or something else. Nothing too complicated. Just one item. Well everyone begins to panic as if I just asked them to solve some difficult problem. They figure out a way to add on the order and then they ask me to wait for the food. I understand adding on the last order, I would have to wait. No problem. But we waited almost 20 minutes. Then the girl gives us our food, doesn't apologize for the wait and doesn't say thank you. Just walks off. The French fries are the only reason I go back.

Food CAN be fast and not terrible. This Popeye's seems to have forgotten that concept. We got two on the go chicken strip meals in a dinner pinch after one too many errands. I was confident that we'd at least have a good meal even if it wasn't home cooked. Not so much here. The potatoes were gluey and the chicken was over-breaded, under-seasoned and barely present. Slow service to boot, we had to sit and wait for our bland chicken. So much for the fast part. The red beans and rice side I had was decent, the best part of the meal and it was essentially a filler. I know Popeye's can serve great fast food, fresh and flavorful. I've experienced it at other locations. Apparently this Popeye's thinks they can serve you sub-par crap and you won't notice the difference. Well, I noticed and we won't be back.
