Terrace Cafe at Inverness hotel. If you're looking for an upscale dining experience that includes an all you can eat buffet, this is the place for you. The buffet includes: An omelette bar with all fresh ingredients, with the omelette so made to order, and these are not tiny petite omelettes. A seafood selection that includes fresh crab legs, mussels, champagne scallops, sushi, and a wide variety of smoked sea food (including salmon and oysters) & my personal favorite BBQ shrimp (don't knock it 'till you've tried it :) ) The salad bar included a papaya salad, quinoa salad, southwestern chicken salad, fresh tomato & cucumber salad; and much more. The yakisoba noodles with seared tuna was absolutely to die for. The primary entrees included perfectly cooked prime rib with a creamy horseradish sauce (made fresh onsite) and smoked pork (also smoked onsite). Along with the primary entrees, they have other specialties that change weekly. This week, they had: Yukon potato mash tomato & garlic steamed mussels ancho swordfish with tropical fruit on cilantro rice Chicken Parmesan w/ garlic gnocchi Charred beef on truffled risotto Green chile chicken tacos on white corn tortillas On to deserts, every week they have an action/flambé station with a different desert. This week was a cherry & peach flambé served over smooth, rich vanilla ice cream. Oh wow!! There was also: A sticky toffee pudding "Berry soup" shooter Pumpkin pie shooter Cherry pie bars, assorted cheesecakes and petite fours and assorted cookies The staff here is outstanding! They always go out of their way to make you feel special (whether this is your first visit or you come so often you know most of their names). They always greet you with a smile and seem to magically appear whenever you need something (without being overbearing). If at all possible ask to be seated in Clara's section. She is an absolutely wonderful person. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual yet upscale enough to make you feel like you are experiencing fine dining. They have a 4 piece band playing in the background covering a wide variety of numbers. There's sure to be a tune played that will have you smiling and tapping your feet. A reservation is recommended. The number is: 303-397-7105 Atmosphere ***** Service ***** Food ***** Cost $$$

Price wasn't worth the food. The presentation of the buffets are beautiful but I can't say I remember anything amazing about the food. The ambience is orientation convention center. Live music was a nice touch. Coffee & service were good. Dessert bar was good but again, nothing memorable.

Poorly run show. The final price we were charged was considerably more than advertised.....w/o the petting zoo for kids. I would think one would get a discount for only 1/2 the amenities.

It's definitely a pretty good place for Sunday Brunch. My only gripe is that the price is not really worth the food quality.

Good breakfast. The coffee is only ok. The corned beef hash and eggs was delicious! The pancakes were good, light and fluffy, tasty. They are so big you could share. The regular buffet is a good choice cause it includes your coffee and besides the pastries yogurts fruit oatmeal biscuits and potatoes etc, they have an omelet bar with good ingredients. They also had little waffles and pancakes, but make sure you get the fresh ones.

Crab legs !!! Its hard to find a decent buffet with crab legs. I came here for the Sunday Brunch (be sure to notice the cost for 2 people its APPROX $80) the food was good, fresh made to order omelets, bottomless mimosa, the crab legs had sweet meat, although not steamed they came out really good. They have a great selection of food, I'm not sure about the price being comparable, it was a good place to go, service was A+ and food was just as tasty!

Had Sunday Brunch here and it was really great! Everything was fresh, tasted fantastic. Great variety of food. The crab legs were so good, as was the shrimp. Made to order omelettes, waffles, sausage and bacon, salads, sushi, prime rib. It was all great and I only mentioned a small portion of what there was. Service was really good as well. We will go back for sure.

Sunday Brunch review. Wow, wao... what happend to this place? Bad economy? What happend to the golden days of Garden Terrace? Its been 10 years since my last visit. 3 things that changed drastically. 1. price. its at $32.95 per person adult. includes non-alcoholic drinks but they do serve champaigne at added $. 2. servers. great start promptly bringing you the coffee and OJ. Once they are done, its hard to flag them down for refills or clear your dishes. shouldnt they check on you for refills? I have to take out one star for bad service from the servers. 3. no more king crab legs. during the reservation process, I did confirm with the lady if they still served king crab legs and she said yes, but its cold table. I m not.. thats strange and double checked. Apparently, the phone lady did4nt know the differences between King crab and the cheaper kind commonly called snow crab. For the price I was paying, I was expecting a King crab legs. Dont get me wrong on other items. There were lots of cold cuts, cured meats and fishes and fresh oysters. Hot table had plenty of usual goodies including thick cut bacons and sausages. Roast beef carving stations and also omelets and such. Great dessert section with peach melba prepared right front of you. here is the butt kicker. our small group had 5 adults and two infants and 5 year old boy (free). When the bill came, it was for 4 adults. Was this by mistake or testing our ethical duties to inform this to the mgmt or..... worst of all.. servers pulling fast one on the mgmt for giving out free meals in return for higher tips?

Eclectic All-U-Can-Eat brunch. A wide array of breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods. Portions are nicely controlled, so as not to waste food or overstuff yourself with whatever dish you are craving. I found the food quality to be very high end, presentation was very nice and waitstaff super attentive. They put thoughtful and tasty twists on most dishes. All in all, a very high end, little fancier unlimited brunch choice. Don't forget the the dessert station, they snap off here, the panna cotta, gelee, and cakes were quite impressive and delicious. Best part about it is you will leave full but your day won't be spent digesting on the couch. One of the best brunches in Denver metro.

Hands down best brunch in town. The selection of hot and cold dishes is outstanding and the food taste mighty yummy! The dessert is also awesome with a large selection of mini dessert if you want to try a bit of everything. The OJ is fresh squeezed and the price is right for everything you get. The only reason I left off the 5th star was for service. The last couple of times we have gone it has been nearly impossible to flag down a server to get you drinks or refill your coffee. They need to hire more people if they do not have enough to go around. Other than that a great brunch experience every time.

I came here with my husband and his family for Easter brunch yesterday. I am torn between 3 and 4 stars. The spread was lavish and quite good- but it was $50 for an adut and that did not include tax, tip, or alcohol! So...you're expecting A LOT for $50. I agree with the previous reviewer that there should have been King Crab legs and not just the snow crab. I mean, c'mon...I shelled out $$ for this brunch! But they had some serious good stuff on the buffet too. The stuffed french toast with rosemary syrup was out of this world. The sausage was amazing. Creamy grits topped with hash? Yes, Please. Espresso glazed lamb chops with porter smoked polenta? Yum. Poached eggs on a crossiant with mornay sauce? Delish! These items were well executed despite being on a buffet. The lemon cheesecake on the dessert buffet was outrageously good. Other items were just standard that I would assume would be on any buffet for a much less offensive price. I had some beef with the service. They fill your orange juice and coffee and then disappear. Our server seemed uninterested in us when none of us ordered alcohol. The helper guy was much better and came by pretty often- though we still had to ask for refills on things. Then the server comes by at the end to drop off our ticket and remind us that gratuity is not included in the price. Ok- thanks. My sister in law was also celebrating her 40th birthday and though I told them about it when I made the reservation and it was on the ticket, they didn't do anything- or even mention it. A candle would have been nice. Something! For Easter they did have an egg hunt for the kids, as well as face painting, a balloon artist, and cookie decorating. Our nieces were happy and entertained. Over all it was a nice treat but certainly not my "go-to" for special occasions.

Surprisingly good food for a hotel lunch restaurant. My chicken salad sandwich was embellished with caramelized onions and roasted peppers. The real steal was the seared ahi tuna salad that my wife had. A huge serving of incredible tuna, perfectly seared. Very good.

We had breakfast on an October Saturday morning. The service started off fine and then completely disappeared. True, we both had the breakfast buffet (overpriced at $15/person but better then the $12 items on the ala carte menu) so only our coffee, tea and water required follow-up attention - but there was none! The buffet had a good assortment to choose from but the quality was lacking - stale muffins, breads, and bagels, unremarkable fruit (no berries, just melon and citrus), good oatmeal but limited toppings (no nuts), bacon/potatoes/sausages lukewarm in silver service pans, but a decent omelette station. I could have handled the unremarkable food but it really bugged me to see 5 servers taking to each other while ignoring patrons. Not good.
