Just really poor service. Staff not at all friendly - seems like a bunch of teenagers who would rather play and goof off than have any concern for the customer. One kid was swearing and yelling as he joked around with another if the employees. Orders are consistently wrong. This evening I went and ordered four hard tacos, three soft tacos and nachos. They handed me my bag and it had four hard tacos. I handed it back. They put three soft tacos in it and gave it back and walked away. I had to honk my horn in the drivethru to get the kids attention to tell him more was missing. No apology. And then I get home and my order was made wrong.

Used to think this location was the best! I have lived right next to it for 3 years. They have aways been pleasant. I recently added the live mas app to my phone. Best thing ever!! I have used the app several times. Never have had any issues or incorrect orders. I have used the app 3 times in the last month to get yummy Taco Bell. Every time I have been in my order is wrong. The staff is rude and slow. 30-45 min to get small orders. Today was the worst! I ordered and paid on the app. I was in a hurry. I pull up to walk in and pick up my food. There was a note on the door saying they were short staffed. The doors were locked so I couldn't get a refund. I had to go through the drive thru 45 mins later I received my cold soggy food with zero apologies. Not going back to this location. :(

Pretty bad when you can log on to yelp and write a review while waiting in the drive thru for half an hour to just get some tacos. I'd give it a zero if I could. Don't go to this one unless you love writing yelp reviews while in the the drive thru

It's Taco Bell, home of the (usually) fast and somehow craveable creations (hello Doritos Locos!) This particular location is hit or miss on two major points. 1. It's at least 50% likely that they'll screw up your order. Not supreme when it should be, wrong type of taco, etc. I don't let it bother me though because at the end of the day they all taste pretty much the same :) 2. This one really annoys me: they also serve Pizza Hut personal pan pizzas. Most evenings, right around 5-6 pm, they tell you there will be a 7 minute wait for one. You serve pizza, it's the dinner rush, and its fast food, and you want me to wait 7 minutes?! Um no! The inside does seem very clean (the couple times I've dined in at the request of my son), staff is always pleasant and quality is fairly consistent. And in the reviews of fast food that's worth an extra star! I will keep coming here because it's close to home and sometimes Taco Bell is what I need!

This location is just horrible! Really bad service. One time I sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes to get my food. Another time I went inside and waited almost 20 minutes to get my food because "we are short staffed, two people called in sick". Granted the staff that was there was trying to do as best they could but it's still unacceptable to wait 20 minutes for fast food! However, tonight's experience was the nail in the coffin. I pulled into the drive through at 12:50am, they answered, and I placed my order. The kid on the other end informed me that what I was ordering would be made without sour cream because they "were out of sour cream". I said that was ok, I could live with that. He gave me the total and I proceeded to the window. When I reached the window the kid said "I'm sorry we can't do the combo for you because we are running out of food."... EXCUSE ME? I asked him what that even meant and he replied "We are running out of food and we can't make your combo order.". I asked what time they closed, he replied "in about 5 minutes". So I asked again, why it was if they were closing in 5 minutes, they couldn't make my Grilled Stuffed Burrito combo. Why would it matter if they "ran out of food" when they would be closing in 5 minutes?" He just said "nope we can't make it because we are closing in 5 minutes." I promptly told him that I wasn't pleased with that answer, to cancel my order, and I would go somewhere where they valued my business. Then drove 10 minutes out of my way to another Taco Bell (the one on Yosemite and Lincoln) who gave me WONDERFUL service. This was the last straw. I don't even know how this location is still open and operating. I will never again give this place a cent of my money. I will gladly drive out of my way to a location that cares about their customers.

Hands down the worst taco bell in the world. We have been stuck in the drive thru for 25 minutes, no notice by the kids inside that they are unable to handle a light lunch rush. Wrote this and we are still waiting. Never again.

Don't come to this Taco Bell. The manager/supervisor was kicking boxes around the kitchen and grabbed the bag out of my hand when I informed him that they did not include one item. And when I got the bag back to the car, my items were still not the ones I ordered. Guess I shouldn't have trusted them to get it right in the first place. Also, while waiting for my food, multiple people were turned away because the restaurant was out of certain items. This problem must be persisting, since previous reviews say the same. Bottom line, just don't give them any business. They haven't earned it.

This location sucks. We went by at 9:45 pm on a Tuesday night, and there was a sign on the drive-thru that said "Due to lack of people, we are closing early". Umm.......Taco Bell closed at 9:45 at night??? This is supposed to be the ONE restaurant you can depend on for late night fast food. Then when I tried calling days later to let management know, all you get is a busy signal. Not sure who is running this place, but they are doing a horrible job.

As a foodie, I should be embarrassed to be leaving a review for Taco Bell, but this is the best Taco Bell in the state of Colorado. The employees are hilarious, the food is always what you ordered (which should be obvious, but believe me, several location always get something wrong), and they never judge you for being wasted and wanting 40 tacos.

Grabbed a couple quesadillas here the other day. Can't complain with the service or the food, especially for the price.

Worst taco bell ever. Order 2 soft tacos, beefy 5 layer and nachos. The cheese was all over the place, the tacos didn't have enough meat, lettuce or cheese to even fill one taco. It was like eating Two tortillas. The burrito was cold and very dry. No cheese.

Had an ok e experience until one night I went through and ordered nacho bell grande with no sour cream and two double deckers. They put sour cream on my double deckers. I went back an to me it's fine we all make mistakes. But the 18 year old brat with the attitude and dirty looks really wasn't appealing. I told the manager which was very nice that the girl treating me as if I'm the wrong one because I brought my order back wrong is not acceptable. Hope she was written up and changed ER attitude fast! All in all the noon crew is great!

I love Taco Bell but this location never get's an order correct. Mostly missing items. I can't help wonder how much money they make charging customers for sour cream that they don't actually put on the food. I recommend to skip the drive thru as you will have to go inside to get the correct order anyway.

Had not been to Taco Bell since the January, 2011 media hype about them using less than 35% actual beef in their tacos. We wanted a quick cheap lunch and stopped in at the neighborhood Bell. Yikes, my wife bit down on a piece of hard plastic in her Fiesta Taco Salad. We took it up to the manager and they brought out another taco salad and some deep fried dessert called Cinnamon Twists that reminded me of packing peanuts dipped in cinnamon & sugar. I guess this was supposed to be compensation for our bad experience? Taco Bell is quick & cheap, but do you really want to find out why they can serve food that cheap? Me thinks not!

TB is usually okay for quick food, but this one is often sub-par. One night the manager was ranting and raving and swearing...

They are terrible. Every time the order is wrong. Had to go back twice today. The second time the order was wrong again. What a wast of time & gas. Gave up & decided just to eat it since I was hungry. It was rock hard & cold. They r less than 3 blocks from my work. I don't even want to give them any stars.

Taco bell is the only place that has made me violently ill multiple times. I don't eat at any of them. Del Taco is far superior.

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.
