I wish I had seen the other reviews before going through the drive thru the first time. Is it me or does Starbucks seem to often design odd drive thrus? Anyway... I didn't get of on the right foot with this location. Brent and I stopped here on the way out of town and they didn't put the lid on correctly for a very hot cup of coffee and it went all over the car, Brent and I. The barista at the window was extremely apologetic and gave us a couple towels and a couple of cards for free drinks. I have since been back a couple of times without incident. Other than that, it's a Starbucks, the drinks are consistent and HOT, and the staff is friendly.

You can pretty much only get into this Starbucks going north on Broadway, but the drive-through is fast and convenient and the walk-up is too. The drinks are consistent, like every other Starbucks in the world, but the employees are impressively nice and friendly. A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks, but I'm a fan, and this is a nice one on my way to work.

This Starbucks has two options: - drive through - walk up window And it is impossible to enter unless you're going the right way on Broadway. BUT, the service at the walk up window when I grabbed a drink and snack was second to none I've received at ANY Starbucks. The manager was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as I peppered her with calorie conscious questions. Then, she made the perfect icy cold beverage and I was off. Thank you for reminding me that there are true customer service superstars in the world!!

Not like my Starbucks at home. Workers not trained well with drinks. Had to ask them to make my Americano again, asked for shots over ice and added water first. Staff was nice just not experienced. Plenty of seating and very quick.

While I normally love this Starbucks, the gentleman who served us today was beyond rude. Don't slam down my coffee and card just because you didn't want to walk 10 steps to get something you forgot.

What can I say? It's a Starbucks. If you like other Starbucks, you'll like this one. Better than average customer service at this location. But if you use the walk up window it might take them a minute to notice you.
