We went through our order twice to make sure everything was correct. And both times it was completely wrong. They don't know the difference between a steak sandwich and a BLT. I understand that mistakes happen, but when we tried to get it corrected, everyone treated us like crap and were completely condescending. I still never got the right sandwich and the people, including the manager that was "helping" us were extremely rude. This location has lost my business forever because of the way they treat their paying customers. If you don't care what food you get and want to be treated like crap, go here, otherwise, find somewhere else or a different Panera location.

We love this Panera. The food is always good and the staff friendly. The view of the mountains from the outdoor seating is unbeatable. Love going there early in the morning. Very cozy inside on a cold night. Prices are reasonable and the baked goods are yummy!!!

I'm a fan of Panera in general, but I often meet clients for a coffee or lunch at this location. They have great service and lots of food options, so it's easy to meet everyone's personal tastes. I really like the frozen or ice coffee options, and they are much quieter than a standard Starbucks for a quick meeting. I do have an issue that they don't offer Ranch dressing for their salads, but I think that's just me. No one else seems to mind.

So, let's get things clear. I like Panera. I think Panera offers some quality food items, and pretty good choices. However, this location seems to have trouble getting orders right. My order has been mixed up every time I've been here. The most recent time, I ordered a salad that didn't even contain chicken in the name and I got chicken in it, which is gross, but fine. The thing that upset me was the way the worker preparing my food reacted -- didn't really and made it seem like it was my fault ... But ... Was it my fault? I don't know. Maybe she hates her job, but that doesn't justify adding chicken to random salads!!

The Mrs. and I rarely traverse to Sheridan. We found ourselves in the area on a Sunday afternoon, however, suffering from a midday slump in energy. We stopped by this location for a cup of coffee. Short and simple, the coffee late in the afternoon was freshly brewed and delicious. The staff was courteous and the facility was clean. It was the type of experience that encourages one to return.

I have to unfortunately go with a two star rating for this particular Panera bread. While the patio overlooking the Rocky Mountains is stellar, and the classical music makes you think it's classy, my experience at Panera was far from stellar or classy. Three things were Way Wrong for me. One was that I was up sold at the counter. I was asked if if chips were okay with my sandwich and I said sure, only to realize that they added chips and charged me extra for them. The way they worded it made me think they were included with my meal. Interesting nickel and diming sales technique I don't much appreciate. The second Way Wrong thing was the plate my meal was served on was dirty. As in filthy. There were at least two (2!) baked on food stains- one a pink swirl and one a cheesy residue. Neither of which I had in my meal. Not cool at all. And thirdly, My Mediterranean chicken wrap had been handled by someone who had been handling guacamole? There were green fingerprints on my chicken wrap. Let's just say I enjoyed the ice tea and headed out of there. I apologize to all the people who love love love love Panera, but this was not a an acceptable experience.

Had a Sausage/Egg/Cheese on Chiabata (sp?) and it was delicious. Ordered a caramel latte with it, decent, but could have been hotter and more caramel flavor. All in all, good experience as alwasy with Panera

Love Panera. Great sandwiches and ok salads. And their French onion soup is to die for! This location has pretty great management. I mistakenly ordered a sandwich when I thought it was a salad. The manager quickly rectified it for me and let me keep the sandwich as well as the salad. I'll be back here again!

I love panera and the food is always great. I personally think things may be slightly overpriced but it is worth it. I love their broccoli cheddar soup and bacon turkey bravo sandwich! This location however everytime I've been it has taken a long time to get my food when they were not even busy.

It took 15 minutes to get our breakfast sandwiches, they were out of dark roast coffee and didn't seem to care about any of it!!

I guess because I work in customer service, I tend to judge businesses on their employees attitude more than the actual food. I love Panera! However this location seems to lack in positive attitudes. Let me just say that I visit this Panera weekly and sometimes daily and have never really had an overly nice employee take my order (and the manager has the same attitude) the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because there are a few nice guys that work on the prep line and I have only had a problem with the cashiers. I have also only had minimal problems with the food. I much rather make the drive to the Panera on I-70 and Quebec where they are always pleasant and quick.

Steer clear of this location!! I admit it, I'm a Panera lover, and I visit at least twice per week. I will no longer be frequenting this location, even though it's the most convenient for me for lunch. No exaggeration -- my to-go order has been correct only twice in the past 7 MONTHS. I always order the Chicken Cobb w/ Avocado Salad. I order it without gorganzola, and with extra salad dressing. So, not complicated, right? This is apparently too hard of an order when being prepared to go (note: I've always had CORRECT orders when eating in house. Seems they feel they can be sloppy when orders won't be opened until the customer is far, far away). Either there's no egg, or no bacon on the salad (things I don't modify), or it has cheese on it anyway, or something else. Today, I got two little ramekins of caesar dressing and one of the herb vinegarette (this is the dressing that's supposed to come with the salad). I'm over it, and I won't be visiting this location again. When I sent feedback through Panera's website today, I got a quick response (kudos, corporate Panera!), and was told this location is a franchise. Well, franchisee, perhaps you need to get your act together here! Also, the other reviews here that mention rude management at this location are pretty spot on. This has also been my experience when I've called about incorrect orders in the past. Save your $10-$12 and eat somewhere else if you're in this neighborhood.

Great, fresh and fast! They are super friendly at this panera. Management is impressive too!

Chicken noodle soup is loaded with yummies! Pass on the flatbread sandwiches however. I've tried twice and both times the bread is dry and over toasted. Stick with traditional and panini sandwiches and you will be pleased. Wonderful pastry options. Join MyPanera for exceptional offers and freebies!

It's close and the bread is good. Dinner rush, it takes 10-15 minutes to get a loaf of bread; OK, but the price is off by fifty cents on the loaf. They act like it happens all the time and no one cares. Hey, put the right price on your sign, or tell your cashiers to tell people and not be clueless, or............................. actually charge what your sign says. And be embarrassed by it, it is incompetence. the bread is good, I don't mind paying the extra

We used to like coming here. They have a warm turkey sandwich with sun-dried tomato mustard that I used to find divine. But since the management changed hands about a year ago, the quality of the experience has been declining. I'm not sure what they're doing differently, but the sandwiches just aren't as tasty anymore. Maybe they're using a different ratio of ingredients, maybe the ingredients aren't quite as fresh; I can't quite tell what's wrong, just that it's not as enjoyable anymore. We've come in for dinner and been told they're out of what we came there for. They run out of mac and cheese, spinach, you name it. It became so hard to get a consistent experience that we just stopped coming.

I love panera! Great for breakfast and lunch. My favorite breakfast item is one of the delicious soufflé's. I also love their soups and sandwiches. My favorite soup is the cream of chicken and wild rice, and sandwich the turkey artichoke paninni. The food is always up fairly quick and they have the best lemonade! Also it's really helpful that they put the calories on the board if you're counting, every restaurant should do that.

Service is always friendly and prompt. The food is always good. They always get our order right. I've ordered catered food from them a few times for work and they always have everything prepared and ready when I come to pick it up and always offer me a complimentary drink.

Morning two in the Mile City area and saw the sign for this establishment. We have wanted to try these bakeries at home but haven't 'til now. ( we have two within three miles) Coffee scalding hot and delicious and the smell of bread, to die for and made into all manner of great breakfast sammies! Can't wait to get home and try the one Torrance. And it's close to Home Depot! : )

Was here with Hubs and my parents on Thursday May 5th 2011 for a quick lunch. Man, this place was indeed jam packed. Was this a good sign? Perhaps so but not for us. Yes its seems they have the bakery thingy with Muffins, Bagels alike Oh My. Perhaps I just order those, but we did not. Hubs order was the Asiago Roast Beef, which comes with Asiago Cheese Roast beef, smoked cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, onions & their special spread. When we receive the order, the sandwich "looks" so sad. I opt for the Mac & Cheese. This Signature Hot Entrees comes with tangy Vermont white cheddar cheese sauce over shell pasta. Nothing special. I choose for my parents the Mediterranean Veggie Cafe Sandwiches which comes with Tomato Basil, Zesty sweet Peppadew peppers, feta, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, onions & cilantro hummus. They did not eat it there so I decide to have this to go box after the quick lunch. I also order the Broccoli Cheddar soup for my Dad. This soup comes with chopped broccoli, shredded carrots, seasonings in a velvety smooth cheese sauce. My dad mentioned that he liked this soup. While for my mum, she had the Low Fat Vegetarian Black Bean soup. This soup comes with plump black beans which is simmered in a spicy vegetarian broth. The soups has flavor of onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, garlic and cumin. My mum was unimpressed with the soup. Oh well. For us the food was slightly above average price we are willing to pay for sandwiches and soups. The portions was little too. Hubs and I was unimpressed. Perhaps different Panera Bread outlet have different stuffs. Perhaps so. Two of us went for lunch today, food was good except when did they stop using a real slice of bread and a slice of cheese on the french onion soup? Croutons and a sprinkle of cheese is not even close to the same thing. I tried the mushroom soup and it was tasty. My biggest complaint today was where has SILVERWARE gone? I hate eating a salad out of a cardboard box with a plastic fork. Paper bowls for the soup? I didn't order it to go. The appeal to Panera was real food, kind of quick with real silverware.

Decent place. Really comfy to hang out for a while and nobody's pushing you out. I enjoy the everything bagel toasted with hummus and cucumbers. The hummus is a cilantro lime so be prepared for a zingy kick. I have had both an americano coffee and regular coffee and thought they were both good. I have yet to ask if they have soy milk so that would be a good addition to the coffee. Great place to casually meet a friend, grab a quick snack/meal, and have some time and space to hang out and chat for a bit. Always seems to be plenty of seating (yay).

Panera is always a favorite for me. Love the soup and sandwich combo. Great salads here too. If you have been to Panera in CA then you will find things a bit different in CO. You pick up your own food, it's not delivered as in CA. You bus your own table which you also don't do in CA. I found the broccoli soup thinner inCO so missing a bit in flavor. But the same friendly atmosphere which I appreciate when I spend my money somewhere.
