    Just short of perfection of this concept is the lack of efficiency. Don't expect to find someone over 20 working who knows what's going on. So if you wait for it, it will come. In the meantime just enjoy how fresh the rooms smells with fresh pressed oranges. I came in a week after my birthday and cashed in on a free drink. That made my day. Thank you jamba.

    I come to Jamba Juice for a smoothie once or twice a week on my way to work and this particular time the dentist was doing this amazing deal for our neighbors. Teeth Whitening for 15 employees of business around us. I was happy to represent my dentist and took it to many places as well as Jamba Juice. Most places I was politely greeted, and on the odd occasion the people I talked to were ecstatic. However at Jamba Juice a tallish guy in a black polo informed me they did not take kindly to solicitors and demanded I leave. He handed me back the flier with our information and shoved me back without giving me a second to order a smoothie. I was frankly shocked at the physical contact and do not think I was ever return. I'm very disappointed. Even if the manager didn't want our deal he could have politely told me of their rules without using force; I would have promptly left!

    I stopped into this Jamba Juice spontaneously as I was leaving the neighboring Doctor's Express. I don't often get Jamba but I really enjoy their products. I was honestly shocked when I walked into this location around 11AM this morning. A young female employee appeared to be sitting on the floor behind the counter, messing around with the other employees. After I ordered I walked around so I could see what was going on (I thought she might be ill or something) but she was laughing and playing with her coworkers. As I waited for my drink, this girl was literally rolling around on the ground, behind the counter, in uniform. She then stood up, and poured my drink. I was in shock that all three employees didn't see an issue with her touching the ground, and then immediately touching my drink. As someone who has worked in several franchise restaurants similar to Jamba Juice, I know that none of my previous managers, owners, OR coworkers would be okay with such blatant disregard for health code. Hello? Management? Anywhere? In hindsight, I should have asked that my drink be re-made with washed hands, but I'll just do myself the favor of refraining from visiting this Jamba Juice.

    This place wasn't prepared for the Saturday crowd. Three employees were working, but none appeared to be a manager, or have any leadership, motivation or stellar customer service skills. Me and two friends had to wait 15 minutes before our drinks were ready. We would have gotten quicker service at a sit-down restaurant.

    Watch out for all the cops in the area! I mean let's be realistic here. Who doesn't love a tasty real fruit smoothie??? I'll have to say the Strawberry Surfrider excels above any of the other smoothies I've had there. I would highly recommend that one over any other, and it's the one I typically go with almost every time I'm there. The staff are friendly, and if you get some hunger pains going there is a Tokyo Joe's almost right next door.

    Jamba! Jamba! Jamba! I have been coming to this Jamba Juice on my way to work every weekend since 2005. I usually get my regular "Citrus Squeeze" which is no longer on the menu but the employees will still gladly make it from the "classic" menu recipe written down somewhere. I do love the seasonal Pumpkin Smash and occasionally go for the low-cal Jamba Light smoothie like the Berry Fulfilling. Jamba is to smoothies what Orange Julius was to juice back in the day. The service is usually brisk but sometimes you do have to wait if it gets busy. That said I have always gotten in and out in no more than 10 minutes and always make it to work on time. When I need that "extra" boost of natural energy to get me through the day, Jamba hits the spot.

    Friendly employees who remember you with a personal touch. Smoothies and other "Healthy" noms (that probably really aren't.) I'm usually there twice a week with the Man, who is a fan of the Seasonal Pumpkin Smoothie thing. He's a huge fan. And he's picky as hell, so that says something. Also the fresh-squeezed orange smell is always an olfactory pleasure!

    Yummmm! This is a fun lunch stop but these are definitely a meal and not a snack. I love their Orange Carrot Karma which is totally vegan and bright orange, so fun to drink! At lunch they are very busy but be patient, they have hula hoops if it is unbearable :)

    Friendly staff, and fast service. While the smoothies from Smoothie King are actually the best, this place is not a bad place to find a dessert smoothie. As time has gone on, it seems that Jamba Juice has switched to more sherbet based than fruit based smoothies-but with the new line of all fruit smoothies, that may be changing. The all fruit ones are hit or miss though-the Mega Mango definitely tastes more like orange juice, but Strawberry Whirl is not bad. If you like on the internet you can find "secret flavors" that aren't on the menu-I'm guessing because they are really not up to the "healthy" image they are going for. Interestingly, which ones you can get seems to vary by location-the place downtown makes a Sourpatch Kid, but this Englewood location does not. The Strawberry Shortcake though, is awesome here. For a treat, this place is nice, but don't think you can actually use the smoothies to replace a meal, like you can at Smoothie King.
