This particular one is located between Noodles & Company & Payless. The fact that on my recent trip I got me a Banana split should be enough reason to say that they are always more than happy to accommodate you with any special requests. They are good with the mix ins as well If you ask for anything extra which is $.50 as some of you might be aware of they know what "extra" means & don't skimp in that area.

This place is great. I've never been disappointed with the customer service and the ice creams always great. Always greeted with a smile and a "How's your day been?" Love it!

Worst service I've seen from this business ! A whole line of customers and there was absolute no urgency from the one employee working!

The new campfire classic s'mores ice cream is delicious.

This is how ice cream is supposed to test and the service was exceptional! The other location that I have previously reviewed needs to be ran the same way as this location. The three employees were happy and made the experience a positive one.

There was one employee working on a Monday night here, and although he was friendly and cheerful, he was going back and forth between handling the food and then running the cashier/credit cards/cash without washing his hands in between. And by "handling" I mean literally... I watched him grab the edge of a waffle bowl with his unwashed hands/fingers on the part that you eat (instead of grabbing it by the bottom in the cup part). Not sure I'll be able to enjoy eating my $7.00+ ice cream in a waffle bowl now.

You know when you have great customer service and it just seems so effortless and genuine. This is what my wife and I got last night after a movie down the street came in and we were the only people and the guy working there was one of the better servers I have seen. Engaged with the customer and giving tips on what he would suggest we should at least taste before we picked or selection. I still got the birthday cake remix but was nice to try some of their new stuff first. If going to this location I would suggest doing it at an off hour because it is not in an optimal location for access off Hampden and can take a while to get in and out of strange parking lot:
