This establishment has just opened. I've tried all the different Pho restaurants in the valley & I can say this new edition has them beat hands down. The flavor in the Pho is brought out with a wonderful & optional array of fresh herbs. This will be my new favorite spot for those cold days & to recharge after coming off the slopes. Unique Korean BBQ can be found here as well. Service was outstanding (polite,prompt & friendly). My bartender made me aware of the $2.75 pints of Fat tire...what?!?! Beautiful tables that light up in pretty colors by the bar. The dining tables have gorgeous Asian themed pictures & are all different from one another. Three nice flat screen TVs to watch the games are well place at the bar & in main dining area. Henry's Pho & grill is conveniently located right off of Route six across from Riverwalk shopping center. So an awesome meal & a beer was all of $12.50!

Staff was friendly the second we walked into the door. I have lived in Vietnam and thought it was interesting that the place was called Henry's Pho and Grill. Tried not to set my expectations too high but they were more than met. We had Pho and the veggie egg rolls. Food was fantastic and quick just like in Vietnam. Prices were good and you can't beat the Fat Tire pint for 2.75!!!! This is unheard of around this area. I hope this place takes off and is successful. Definitely worth the time and money.

Food and service get the thumbs up. Next time I'm out in vail Ill be sure to hit this place again. Nothing beats noods after a cold day on the slopes.

I love Pho - but, not Henry's. the meat in the Pho was substandard -actually it was bad -the broth was weak - the basil leaves were black and limp - Saturday evening and a large TV with football on - loudly. which, I guess was ok, because the place was virtually empty I love Henry's Chinese restaurant - I give this one a month.

I am a huge fan of Henry's Pho and Grill, as well as Henry's Chinese Cafe. Originally from Seattle, I had the pleasure of growing up around many pho restaurants. Henry's Pho and Grill serves some of the best pho I have ever had. Hands down, the best option in the Vail Valley. The restaurant is very clean and the seating arrangements allow for privacy in the booths or a more social experience closer to the bar. The furniture and decor are beautiful and the lighting is always perfect for the time of day and mood. I have enjoyed other items from the menu and appreciate the presentation, as well as the taste. As a local here in the Vail Valley, I am at Henry's Pho and Grill often and the experience has been consistently marvelous!! If you're in the area, dine at Henry's Pho and Grill!!

We tried the Korean Beef Ribs with Rice. The flavor was great, but it was a disaster from there. There were 6 ribs about 1 inch in length with very, very, very little meat on them. Like so little meat that my puppy could have eaten the entire serving in one delicate mouthful. There was an over abundance of rice and exactly 5 julienned short zucchinis. Henry needs to look at what is coming out of the kitchen and implement lunch specials in order to make this a sucess. $14 for the mediocre serving we got is ridiculous and we are locals you want our repeat business.
