Traditional parlors are a rare find indeed. Dining at Pazzo's is like a trip to my childhood, where family visits to the local pizzeria were a treat. I visited Pazzo's with a HUGE group from the CSAA (Colorado State Archery Association) Target Archery tournament. The restaurant was understaffed due to some employees calling in sick and we pretty much filled the place, but boy did they give it their all to take care of our rowdy and hungry horde. While wait times were a bit long, the food was delicious and the servers, obviously stretched to their limits, were never to be found without a smile. The draft beer was icy cold and the pizza was perfectly cooked in a big traditional pizza oven. One member of our group had spaghetti and meatballs, which appeared to be nearly bottomless. Tim, one of the owners, came over to chat with us about our experience. He apologized for the delays and expressed appreciation for how understanding our group was. A fantastic interaction with a very hands-on owner (he was tossing pies in the open pizza kitchen throughout the evening), If you find yourself in Eagle and craving traditional handmade pizza, Pazzo's is the place.

Pizza was good, not great, but if I found myself in the area I'd go again. The service was poor--my husband and I were in for lunch and one of just 3-4 tables in the entire place and still, the server spent most of her time chatting with someone at the bar. When she did "check on us" it was a fly by--even if we had needed something we wouldn't have had time to actually ask. Bleh.

Definitely like the vibe here on a Friday night at 8pm... Super laid back, casual atmosphere, and the music is good but not loud. Pizza was ok- ordered a half plain half pepperoni. The sauce is too sweet for me. Service is excellent. I've had better jalapeño poppers though.

This may be my favorite pizza in Colorado. Granted I've only been here since January but this pizza was tasty. I ordered two thin slices, one pepperoni one cheese. Both were great. There crust is thin but not floppy. My wife had two cheeses, thin, with a soda and loved it. The service was good and fast while the table and bathroom were clean. Can I ask for more? Not really. Don't miss this place.

Overall, the food was decent. The calzone and custom pizza were delicious! Their marinara suce is unique and yummy. On the other hand, the ceasar salad dressing was like water, and the grlic bread may have been the frozen grocery store kind. Service was friendly, but the food took almost an hour to come out.

Chose this place during a drive from Utah to Denver because it was close to I-70. The convenience alone is worth a star or 2 for me. The service was pleasant and our order came out quickly. They have great lunch specials, 2 thin slices of cheese and a soda for $4.95 or 2 thin slices with 1 topping and a soda for $5.95. The pizza was hot and crispy and really hit the spot for a quick break from driving. Not the best pizza I have ever had, but not bad at all. Would stop in again if I was in the area and wanted a quick bite for a good price. They had some good sounding appetizers and a thick crust option as well.

Service was terrible. Not one waiter came to our table, for the first 15 minutes. Then once we received our food, we did not see another person come to our table for 30min - SERIOUSLY! In the meantime the table next to us had great service with all restaurant staff helping them constantly. Probably will not spend my money here again.

Good food and bar. I really enjoy the pizza the most. They also have a tasty greek salad. They even have an area for little kids to play in. There are a few video games for older children. Can get loud and busy some nights which is cool if you want to hang and drink a bit. Good local restaurant.

Don't support this place. They don't give a damm about customers. In the 10 minutes I was there I watched 2 other customers walk out pissed. We ordered a pizza to be pick up. Arrived to a dirty restaurant. Waited behind a customer picking up pizza. He was angry at the staff and the staff was being very rude to him. He left angry we waited another 5 minutes before someone asked to help us. Told them our name and they said they did not have the order. Mistakes happen but the staff was downright rude about it. As I walked out they actually yelled that I should go to the pizza place next door. All because they blew the order. I have never seen staff treat customers so poorly. I even had one of my kids with me and they behaved this way. The employees were smoking in the doorway and the restaurant was dirty. I will never go back to this crappy place again for very average pizza. I have eaten here a few times and never been impressed but this sealed the deal. Life is too short to support crappy businesses. As the employee said. go to the pizza place next door.

Don't bother!!!!! I've been a customer of the Avon and Vail locations for a decade now. We moved to Eagle and have ordered from this location several times. Tonight was the tipping point. This place is awful. Nearly every other order we have placed has been screwed up in some way. Tonight, the person who took my order argued that a calzone that is on the online menu (Cajun Zone) does not exist and then got mad because I said that it actually was on their menu. On another occasion, we ordered a specialty pizza that had Kalamata olives. The cook thought Kalamata was calamari, so we got a Greek pizza with squid! On all the other occasions, the order has been slightly messed up, which means they forgot to put ingredients on the the pizza. Enough is enough. C'mon guys - come to work coherent, will ya? Sorry, Pazzo's - you have lost our patronage: period.

To start off let me say that it has good food. with that said i would reccommend ordering about an hour in advance and taking out. The service was attrocious. the appetizer came out after we got the pizza, the drinks came out very slowly, and the servers were rude. Our server said "can you hurry up i have other tables" What kind of waitress says that?

We stopped here before heading to the airport in Eagle. We were trying to eat before our flight at 1pm. The restaurant is less then 2 miles to the airport. We ordered an 18 inch Azteca that had jalapeños, pepperoni, tomatoes, and cheese on a thin crust. We also ordered a side of chicken wings. The wings were large and meaty, served naked and tossed in Franks Red Wing sauce or tasted like it. They were well cooked and hit the spot. The pizza was perfect for 4 guys. I also don't remember eating a pizza with such fresh ingredients. If you're in the mood for pizza and you're in Eagle I would suggest finding Pazzo's and trying them out. We all loved it.

One of the best pizzas we have had in years. The service was fast and friendly, and we both loved the pizza. Total bill for a medium pizza, two sodas, and refills was under $20. A heck of a good deal!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century.
