The prices are way to high for wings but there a 8 out of 10 in taste. They have a cool tuesday night with all beers (draft and bottle) $1.00 and .50 bonless wings. They gave a good selection of beers. They have brought some thing cool back to the nieghborhoid but the prices are a little to high with all the resturaunts by downtown with so much to offer. But in general I give them a thumbs up. The kuds that woelrk there do a good job. Thumbs up for the emplolyees.

Man, this place is bipolar. Sorry if that isn't the PC word to describe this location, but I thought it fit pretty well. I've had great experiences here: awesome staff, perfect wings, crispy fries, all that. I've had bad experiences here: rude and bored staff, undercooked wings, wrong order, cold fries, all that. I actually haven't been back in some time now after the last visit. I had been out of town for a bit, living on sandwiches and random filling but not tasty stuff. I had seen a Wingstop on the highway on my way out town, and was craving the heck out of some of their Lemon Pepper wings. So I stopped in to this location the same evening I returned to Denver. I ought not a done that. Cashier/order taker/front end person was busy on their cell phone while taking my order, and luckily I saw her write the wrong thing down. I corrected her, and she gave me this nasty look. Food came out right on time, but my mistake, I didn't check it. Wrong sauces, wrong number of wings, and barely cooked fries. I was so disappointed. I had been craving wings for nearly a week, and was let down. Won't be back to this location.

The wings here always taste like blue cheese was put on them at first. The customer service is terrible. I went in today for the boneless wing special with my boyfriend and his wings were disgusting. He ordered the garlic parmesan wings. Mine were OK I ordered the mango habanero. Which mind you are just sweet and spicy no real mango flavor you have the flavor of the blue cheese. The person working the front acted as if every customer was a hassle because she was doing paperwork at the register. Did not ask if I wanted ranch and did not take ownership after our wings came out and there was no sauce. Then proceeded to talk about customers in Spanish. Unfortunately I know Spanish. It was a disappointing experience.

We found this place on a whim, i had passed it for years on my way to and from the not so safeway... finally we popped in. Gotta say - not so bad! definitely not a destination, but i you are in the parking lot, it's a good deal! Lots of different sauces, bone in, bone out, and dollar drafts while you wait. Honestly what more could you ask for! All in all some tasty wings in the hood!

Ok won't lie, being in the same parking lot as the not-so-safeway, i wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The team behind the counter were super cool and friendly. The wings, well... WINGS! In a pinch for dinner, not sure what you want, that's how we ended up here, and it was great!

Can it get any better than lemon pepper boneless wings? Well it can on Tuesdays when it is dollar bottle beer night. And thats not just coors and bud. The have several higer-end beers to select from. I have always had nice and fast service. I also like that nothing is kept under heat lamps. Seriously, try the lemon pepper.

The first time I ever had hot wings was at the Buffalo state fair and I spent the next 20 years trying to find something comparable. Wingstop is the first time I've been truly happy with wings outside of New York. The cajun wings are by far the most flavorful and, frankly, awesome wings. If you don't want the full-on spice, ask them to put cajun spice on mild wings; it's not on the menu, but they will do it. PAY ATTENTION TO THIS: beer is only $1 on Tuesdays. That includes imports and local brews. You would spend twice as much on any of these at the liquor store. Why only four stars? The ambiance says fast food. But the food is perfect!

What looks awesome: $1 beer Tuesdays... What's pretty good: The food... bf enjoyed the wings, I just got chicken strips... and some dip. For the price it wasn't bad. Good coke as well. The beer is cheap overall and they have a pretty good variety. Also, the staff is pretty nice even though the food took a few minutes, but at least I knew it was fresh. What's not good: The atmosphere... the tables are packed in there and the people really load in what's kind of a small space, so it feels kind of claustrophobic. On top of that... the people who were in there were loud, obnoxious and annoying. Kids running around and stuff on the floor and not very clean... and like I said, it's a small space, so not much room to maneuver around these people. It's not the establishment's fault, but something to consider if you are dining there. In the future if I wanted some quick decent food I might just order it to go. Also, their register was not working well when I was there... so they had to write out every order. I felt kind of bad for the employees.

There is a older African American gentleman who works here he his very rude I've been here multiple times to witness and experience it. I'm not sure what his name is but I will be finding out the next time that I am in. He has an attitude and when I was in this evening I found it rude that he denied water to a younger male. He asked him if he was going to buy something and when he replied no he said then we dont have water you could go to Safeway they have a water fountain. Learn how to treat your customers you are working in customer service if you don't like it get another job.

All the sudden the wings got small the fries got under cooked, or you could say the management let the customer down. Either way food on 7.12.2014 was not worth the money. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Food: good. Everything else: terrible. Don't bother placing an order in advance, and don't bother being friendly. The manager is going to slap your ass down if you DARE to be on time for your order. If her "go to hell" look could cook chicken wings, my order would have been done. The corporate office sent a nice cut and paste response to my complaint, but no follow-up. Oh well, there are other restaurants.

Wing Stop is a great place to call ahead and pick up some wings to go. Service is fast and they offer a nice variety of flavors. I would recommend Garlic Parmesan and Cajun, those are the best of the flavors I've tried. Cajun is flavorful and spicy. I'm normally a big fan of the classic Frank's type buffalo flavor and I think Original Hot at wing stop kind of misses the mark, not great. Pro tip: when you get food to go you must specify and order dipping sauce, such as ranch, it does not come with the wings which is a little weird. You don't want to get home and find out you don't have the appropriate dip!

I called an order in here and when finished, they told me it would be ready in minutes. The store is located about fifteen minutes from my house so I left immediately. When I got there, they hadn't even started on my order. I had to wait another fifteen minutes to get my food. After I finally got home, i discovered that they neglected to put sauce on my wife's wings and also didn't include the carrots I ordered. She obviously didn't want them that way, so I made the trip back to the store to get the order right. When I get there, they proceed to insist that they did not make a mistake. As if they ordered the wings... They reluctantly put sauce on the wings(didn't make new ones just used the increasingly cold ones I brought back). I then asked if they would include the carrots I originally ordered. Then they charged me for them! I guess inconveniencing me with their ineptitude wasn't enough. I recommend finding a different wing place and steer clear of this place.

The wings are hit or miss, but the staff is always good and the beer is always cold.

I stopped in for some boneless wings just before the dinner rush and received my order quickly. I also like that they let you choose more than one sauce and give you an OK amount of blue cheese - celery is extra. The wings were a good size, were well sauced and still hot when I got home - decent wings - not knock your socks off but not bad at all.

2 stars because the wings taste good... I have never once received my order 100% correct here. The first time I ordered online, I arrived, and the whole order had to be remade. The second time I thought I'd try calling in-wound up with the correct sauces, but the wrong quantities of boneless/traditional wings. The third time, tonight, I got my order home, and they had given me traditional instead of boneless, and forgot all of my dipping sauces, even after repeating my order as they handed it to me. I guess check your order before you leave, or eat in.

Food is good, but the service is the worst here. For the one by 20th and Park...I have never seen more inefficiencies in a food service business ever. If my friends didn't live nearby, we would never put up with it. Every single time, we have an issue. The latest issue being that we ordered online, waited until they were supposed to be ready, showed up and they hadn't even looked at their online orders yet so our order wasn't even started. The management (or lack of) is absolutely terrible and basically non existent. I feel like this place is always understaffed on top of their slow and inefficient processes. If I could rate it a ZERO, I would. I would place 40% blame on ownership, 40% on management, and 20% on the employees. Astonishingly terrible service.

The food used to be good. But it's been horrendous lately and getting worse. The wings we got today were the tiniest pieces with no meat and just a few fried dehydrated fibers of what used to be meat. I took a picture to prove I'm not exaggerating but not sure how to post it here. I tried to think of it as buffalo flavored jerky and just enjoy it for what it is but then realized I would be insulting the awesome jerky sitting on my desk. So I just had the jerky and threw away the wings. Also I now have a stomach ache. Ugh hate this. This place used to my favorite wing place but we've ordered 4 times in the last 6 months and each has been worse than the previous.

Pretty good wings! They have specials for $7. Always packed with beer drinkers. I think they are a buck. Great people watching here!

Decent value, ok taste, and eh customer service. These are not the best wings I've ever had, but they're also not the worst. I got the 6 wing combo with fries and a 20oz fountain drink. For the wing flavors I got original hot and Serrano Pepper glaze. Original hot was average at best and the Serrano pepper glaze was pretty under par. The wings them self were not soggy, but they were dry. I don't know why wing places can't get the balance between soggy and dry, it seems to always be one or the other. They were small, standard for chain restaurant/fast food wings. The portion of fries was slightly more than a McDonald's large, but were those soggy, oily "natural cut" type fries that some cheap restaurants have. The ranch was plentiful for 6 wings, but tasted kind of watered down. The drink was perfect, good Ole fashioned fountain coke at its finest. The saving grace for the whole place was the price. For under $8 it's not a bad deal, but not good enough for me to come back, there is much better out there.

I usually get garlic parm and hot. The garlic parms smell funky but taste really good. The original hot has a good flavor and pretty good spiciness. On wing Wednesday the wings are cheap. They also have beer. I have had the atomic wings. They are extremely spicy. Not as much as some "spiciest options" at other places, but still very spicy. The fries need some experience to order correctly. First, get them extra crispy. If not they will be limp. Second, get the seasoning salt on the side. Sometimes they put way too much. This is true of every location. It's pretty good stuff though. It's really sweet. It must have sugar in it. I know it sounds weird, but it is very good. One time we came in and there were two homeless guys being loud and singing. They were obviously drunk. They were hitting on this lady who came to pick up her order. I was surprised they didn't kick them out. It was very annoying.

Really below average wings. And they're SO teeny! Also, they charge $1 per tiny little cup of ranch/blue cheese. Seriously? I order 30 wings and have to pay $2 extra for blue cheese? WingStop needs to take a page out of Wings Over's book. Better, bigger, and hotter wings.

Best wings in town? I don't think so. It's pretty generic. They are alright. If it wasn't for dollar beers I wouldn't be here. Retard ass staff who make no sense and give you Ranch when you say blue cheese.... Dirty tables.... Poor service....

Wing stop satisfied all my needs. Hot wings were superb, they told me a 25minute wait only took 10. They came in clutch when most needed. Open late and serve beer what more can you ask for?!? 4stars

My partner was a regular here back in 2004-2005 when she lived a few blocks away and drove for RTD. We decided to stop in while we were downtown shopping. Pros: Everything is made to order and is FRESH! No heat lamps, nothing made in advance. Yes, this means you wait longer, but as someone in the food industry....good food takes TIME!! I had the BBQ boneless wings with fries, a side of cheddar sauce and a regular drink. Good value for the price (bearing in mind that I usually can't eat more than a typical 4 year old child), the food was fresh and the service was good as well. Had she told me they were having a $5 lunch special, I would have gotten that and saved myself $2 (I was only able to eat 5 wings anyway). Cons: The folks at the table by us were loud and obnoxious...it was 4 in the afternoon and they were drinking beers like it was water and I can't stand obnoxious patrons. But I suppose you'll find that anywhere *shrugs*. Also, I would have liked to know about the lunch special when I was ordering, I could have saved some money. Shoulda coulda woulda, though..... My GF swears by this place and I enjoyed the food, so we'll be back....

I can't even justify writing a review for this place for its wings. I wasn't sure that it was chicken. I've never seen a chicken that small. There was a big sign in front that said "Voted Best Wings in Denver for the last 5 years"--or something like that. I feel really bad for you Denver. Your chicken wing life sucks.

I've been to other Wingstop restaurants in Denver and this was (by FAR) the WORST experience I have EVER had. There were a LOT of people in this place, and they were LOUD. I couldn't hear myself even chew, it really was that crowded and that bad. My largest gripe however was that the chicken wings were TINY, I mean miniscule, and a couple of them only had meat on HALF the bone! I wish I were joking, sadly I am not. The fries were good (get them with cheese sauce). This is really sad because this place has amazing results under some owners, but this is an example of an all out failure. I went to the corporate level like others here and received no help. Oh, and another thing to note is that EVEN THEIR BONELESS WINGS are TINY! I don't know what their supplier agreements entail per franchising guidelines, but I have a feeling that these people are cutting more than a couple corners. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your money.

Here are some definitive truths about my world! I love Bacon Cheeseburgers, Pizza, Wings and BBQ! Big Daddy has literally gotten to be a big daddy so I am going on a limb here and be a trailblazer and since its a new year I am going to start working out and eating better! I think I will call this a new years resolution, I think this will catch on with everyone else, Ya I am a trendsetter! So WTF does a wingstop have to do with working out and eating better not much of either really. But since I have cut out sugars and flours and bad carbs from my ingestion habits, my only guilty pleasure left is wings, wings depending on the sauce meets the criteria of being low carb, no sugars and no flour since they are not breaded! Logistically getting to this place on my lunch hour is tough, my fellow corporate zombies that are allocated 1 hour for lunch know that taking a little longer at lunch makes big brother mad and there is always a couple of moles around more then willing to snitch! Wing stops got you though because you can order online and have your 10 Piece waiting for you! Eat in, dine and dash or take it back to the office this little feature makes it nice and keeps big brother happy since you can get here and back in a hour if you order online and have it waiting. They have the standard flavors, I am particular to garlic parm and good old fashioned hot! Every now and then I switch it up and get the lemon pepper just to mess with myself! There is Smoky Bbq, Teriyaki, Hawaiian, Atomic, Mild and Cajun as well. Its in the 5 points but don't be scared gentrification has taken a strong hold on the surrounding area and flats and lofts and condos are going up faster then worst president ever can move to his nice gated Dallas community! LIFEHACKER TIP: I like the drummettes so order online to avoid the extra .10 a wings charge from Drums only that they will charge you when you order in store!

Poor service. Waited 20 minutes for order then found out that my order was misplaced and never made. Asked for a refund and left. Complained to corporate who forwarded to the GM and store owner, and never received any followup. Poor customer service from top down.

Pretty good wings, I liked the cajun myself. I would say it's worth checking this place out. It's nice they are open late. The staff was friendly which always makes me feel welcome.

Great wings and a good spot late. Wings come out in a little boat of grease but still tasty. They should put a small bed of paper towels under the wings to soak up all that extra grease.

As an upstate NY transplant, I'd like to think I know a thing or two about wings (fun fact: they were originally made in Buffalo, NY-- hence the name. you'd be surprised how many people don't know that)! Seeing as this place was 2 blocks from my place and I needed a quick dinner, it fit the bill. Online ordering is a huge plus for me, and the prices are reasonable. I had the boneless hot and garlic parmesan, both of which were very tasty. The hot was definitely hot enough to satisfy my spicy cravings, however the boneless wings suffer from what's wrong most boneless wings, a bit undersized. Now I've had smaller wings before, but I did expect a bit more. The 10 wings and fries was definitely enough for me, though. Next time I may try the traditional wings to see if there's a bit more meat. Overall, recommended and will visit again!

Fast wings and it's two blocks away from my house. I've certainly had worse wings and the 1$ beers never hurt anything. (Liver excluded). I also don't have cable and they put the Nuggets games on here. I can deal with this.

Before it was Fresh Choice (and still is), but now I'm also on a tour of Wingstops. And, this one is quite high on my list. First of all, I was greeted by a friendly guy when I walked in. He told me my wings may take 15 minutes to prepare, but in the end, it was only 6 minutes. Plus, this one has $2 bottles of beer, which is cheaper than the ones I usually to. And, they are open until midnight every night! What more could you ask for?!!?!?!?

    (4)
  • Jarred F.

The wings here are usually huge and well cooked, and they always cook mine to the exact specifications I desire, which is overcooked and crispy. Once in a while they don't get them exactly the way I like them, but otherwise this is an excellent option for good solid wings.
