My 8 yr old son segued into liking hot and spicy food, in particular, wings. My 9 yr old daughter did not so we compromised on a night stepdad was working late by splitting our order into half hot (they nicely cautioned against atomic for a kid!) and half parmesan. We got a side of baked beans and thought they were terrific. Counter service was nice and we made a short visit to Safeway while our order was prepared. I like my wings not only spicy hot, but straight from the cooker, and the drive home gets rid of some of the temperature, but still good. We'll go again and maybe order a meal plan when we have the whole fam to jam.

What makes this place is convenience. They have a super easy app to place your order that gives you the time it will be ready. I have never had a problem with the wings not being ready at the time promised on the order, so with the ease of making an order via the app and rolling in to pick up the wings on my way home, this place works alright for me. I have only had the regular hot wings and lemon pepper wings, though there are a ton of flavor options, boneless or regular wings, etc. Overall, the flavor has been good -- I haven't found lemon pepper at many places near me so that is really what I go here for & they do it decent -- but my complaint would be how much the size of the wings vary from a week night to a weekend. I've noticed on the weekends, the wings get really small and scrawny and NOT worth the price which stinks since during the week they seem to have normal sized wings. With various options, you can also start to get nickle and dimed on getting a side of BC or ranch, carrots/celery, items that are usually included with a typical wings order to begin with. Other items: On the few times I have made it there before my pickup time and ended up waiting in the store, it has been hit or miss on cleanliness so I can't imagine ever just eating there. Parking... watch out. The store is right at a t-shaped intersection for the parking lot with traffic on and off of Quebec at a street light that's just a few yards from a major intersection of Quebec and Leetsdale, further complicated by stop signs that people don't really regard. They also don't pay attention to the fact that people are trying to back out from that row that is up against the store front, but in no mans land of the intersection mess. I've almost been hit several times.

I'd never been to a Wingstop before, so I don't know if my experience here was representative of the quality of food at the Wingstop chain in general, or if this is a bad location. I only know I'll never be going to one again. I ordered the Parmesan boneless wings, and I was expecting some sort of sauce. What I got was dry chicken with some grated cheese powder sprinkled on top and a bit of oily mess pooled at the bottom of the basket. I felt sick to my stomach for hours after eating it. Also, for what is clearly meant to be a fast food place, the service was disappointingly slow.

This place is great, I know it's a chain but there is a reason for its success. It's fuckin awesome! I've been to a few different ones and the wings are always good, not fatty and the choice of sauces is amazing, literally something for anyone's palate. The waiters are always great and well trained. This is a place where the service is so good, when your beer and water is half full, the are automatically asking if you want are fill or filling the water glass. The manager of this place is clearly doing its job

This is a decent place is you're craving wings and/or fries. They serve up a varitey of wing pretty quickly. The fries are what stand out to me. Wing Stop uses a sweet, sugary topping they toss the fries in. As for wings, they have bone in and boneless. The original hot sauce is alright, and if you are looking for something other than heat, the garlic parm is pretty good.

The wings were good but not good enough to make me want to come back to this location. My order was wrong and when I asked to fix it, it was like I was bothering the counter girl ( nothing more aggravating to have to ask for something to be corrected and have a worker be annoyed with you) I ordered bread rolls and they were rock hard and inedible. The neighborhood here is also wicked ghetto. Usually a bunch of kids outside loitering and asking for change. A lot of low income housing across the street and drugged out looking people wandering around. My boyfriend makes me wait in the car with the doors locked when we come down to that shopping plaza at night.

After several visits I have found that the fries and wings are frequently overcooked and dry. For flavors like Garlic Parm they have a thick oil that is pooled in the bottom of the container and the powder is thick and clumped together.

I had the beautiful misfortune of trying my first Buffalo wings at the state fair in Buffalo, NY. That pretty much simultaneously got me addicted to wings and ruined them for any other attempts at the real thing. Wing Stop does okay. Not amazing, but very passable. One thing they get right is they cook the hell out of the wings. That's key. Undercooked wings are kinda gummy and chewy, and a general abomination as far as finger food goes. And don't you dare try to pass off anything microwaved. No, Wing Stop gets mega-points for cooking the hell out of their wings and having a good sauce. They actually have about seven flavors, three of which are varying degrees of hot, four of which are cultural variations like garlic parmesan, teriyaki, etc. But here's the WTF moment: while they will happily split your order with two different flavors, they absolutely will not MIX the flavors. The hot was a little too hot for me, while the mild was too mild; I wanted something in between, but no can do. "It's policy." WTF? They have other stuff on the menu, but whatever. It's all about wings. Get some bleu cheese on the side and maybe some celery and you're all set!

The price I was given online wasn't what I was charged in store. It was al almost a 5 dollar difference. This was actually the second time this had happened, and neither time the cashier did anything to correct it. We love picking up wings to go, but we will be going somewhere else from now on.

Average service at best. We got wings today for lunch. I read a couple reviews that the atomic sauce was super hot so I figured the "original hot" would be fairly spicy as well. I was wrong. I like wings and I like them hot usually. The "original hot" probably would be hot for some people, but I would have labeled them medium at best. I was told that my order would take me 14 minutes (I ordered carry-out in-store). 18 minutes later I got my wings. If someone is going to tell me 14 minutes, I figure that it will be 14 minutes. If you're going to act like you can tell me within 1 minute how long my wings are going to take, then I'd expect you to be right. Guess not. Overall flavor of the wings was average. Unfortunately, the wings aren't easy on the stomach 45 minutes after eating. You get the gist. With so many other choices in the area, no reason to visit this slow-poke stomach-wrecking joint anytime soon.

Food is good. I had a problem while sitting in here with my kid and listening to the music that kept referring to "waxing dat ass". It was also loud and annoying. I don't mind hip hop but I choose not to listen to explicit hip hop around my kids. Aside from that, I usually enjoy wing stop. They could use a lot less salt on their fries. Good god it was way to much.

In my opinion, this place is excellent, just like the other locations. There are young people working there, so of course that makes it a little different. It's to be expected though in a food place. This is one of my favorite places, hands-down. Keep in mind, when they say 9 minutes, it's probably going to be about 20. It is well worth the wait, and I love how I can get a full meal with a drink for under $10. I get 10 boneless wings, a drink, and fries. I have never had a bad experience here, except for the time it takes to prepare the food sometimes.

Meh...OK at best. Garlic parm wings kinda sucked. Hawaiian and atomic were pretty good. DO NOT get the yeast rolls, they're basically large warmed Hawaiian rolls. Cole slaw and potato salad were pretty awful. My girlfriend didn't like the lemon pepper but she said the mild were ok.

Watch out for this place, on separate occasions they have overcharged me. Always make sure you get a receipt or better yet just dont ever go here. Some how my 20 piece wings with a few dressing sides magically changed from about 20 bucks to 28 on my bank statement. Their wings are small and generally overcooked as well, just do yourself a favor and go to a better wing place

A decent neighborhood wing joint. You get a better deal on the meals, than buying wings and sides separately. The reason I keep coming back is for the atomic sauce. I'm a hot sauce nut - nothing is too hot. This is by far the hottest, best tasting, sauce you can get at a chain. It wins awards all the time. If you like hot - I highly recommend the stuff. The french fries are also very good. I'm in this place at least once per week because of that atomic sauce....
