Absolutely horrid. Where to begin? Let's start with the staff. The dancers, while some of them are talented, are oftentimes rude and have far too big of a head for gogo boys. One of them openly told my friend to "get lost" when he genuinely expressed interest in becoming a dancer, himself. The bartenders always seem stressed(Which is a preferable assumption to just thinking they're all catty bitches, I'm sure) and don't seem very well educated in their craft. Who doesn't know how to make a tequila sunrise or a white russian, honestly? The management is dismissive and practically not even there; you can't even get a response half the times you call them, regardless of the day. Security does absolutely nothing to make anyone feel secure. I can't speak of firsthand experience for this issue but another friend of mine got into a verbal altercation with another patron who, after the fight had ended, warned my friend not to come back for fear of getting jumped. He attempted to take it up with security who proceeded to do absolutely nothing. There's a myriad of other little quirks that make this place one of the worst clubs I've ever frequented, from the quality and the volume of the music played, to the price of the drinks(five dollars for a shot of rail tequila, seriously?), to the shady crowds it draws in... All in all, this is likely the only one-star I'll ever give out to a club, there is at least something redeemable at all the ones I've visited; from Plan-B in Madison to Burkhart's in Atlanta, every single one has been better than Tracks.

Glad it's here, not my thing anymore. All that said, I like that there is a big space for events and fundraisers. The nightclub aspect is alright, but do understand their is no illusion of it being anything other than a big old warehouse space.

Always have a good time here hot guys at the bar and they are very good at picking the right drinks. Good prices to get in this is always a good place to go for a good night

What a night what a night. Ain't nothing like a night of Drag Queens and Dancing. The show was a blast and the ladies rocked the stage. I just wish there was more room to dance along with them. As soon as the show was over the place pretty much cleaned out and then the joint was your dance floor! The cover fee to get in was $10. I wasn't drinking any of the strong ass drinks they were pouring but I was kept hydrated in the heat of all the hotness with complementary Tracks bottled water. Hmm I hope it is not bottled on site. kidding...kidding Had a blast and felt I got my $10 worth. But being a single girl in a room full of hot guys that don't care if I've got the moves or not blows!

Wow! Tracks was absolutely packed during the Creating Change conference. I've never seen so many lesbians partying in one place! It was like a white party scale club. Several rooms, one really huge. The dj's were all amazing. I loved that one was trans. It's just so surprising that a club like this exists in Denver. Way better than anything we have in San Francisco.

I don't come here often, but it's been an absolute blast every time! Billed as the premiere GLBT club in Denver, I feel like Tracks is so much more than that! It's great for everybody! It's spacious with plenty of room to dance, hang out, and yes even roller skate. There are plenty of bars to get drinks (which by the way, are quite strong), and sometimes several DJs playing at once. Tracks hosts many events as well. The staff is polite, efficient, and very cool. The clientele is also very laid back, friendly, and fun. The only thing I will say, is that sometimes it can be extremely loud, if that bothers you. There is truly something for everybody here. I love coming here with a group of friends and letting loose! Give it a try, and I bet you'll be a fan!!

All I can say is that I love it! It's quite different from Tiger Heat in LA where it's packed wall to wall and almost impossible to get around. It's the first time I've danced since I moved and I had a total blast. The patrons and staff of this lovely place are nice and extremely friendly...they made this fruit fly fall in love with the club. I am definitely going back!

Love my Tracks!...even though it's not the old one near the stadium. It's all about the people, the staff, and management! Kudos to the Tracks team!

My friend said I had to go to this club on a Thursday night. Well we went and I'm not sure what I was expecting but this wasn't it. The line was at least 30 people long at 1130. Luckily my friend knew the doorman and we went right in. It was LOUD and packed. I wish I had earplugs. There are 3 areas, a hiip hop room, dance room, and outside smoking area. All were super packed. The music was typical gay and the crowd was very young. It is a week before school starts so that might explain that. I could only hang for so long because of how loud it was plus a Miller lite was $5, cover was $5.

Since I'm getting on up there in the age category, this place definitely wears me out fast. But it's nice for that once a year, major partying type of night - or, of course, for the youngins :P My bestie and I visited for Drag Nation one night for our collective birthday celebration, and we splurged for the VIP section with table service. TOTALLY worth it - not only did we have plenty to drink, we made fast friends with the surrounding people at the other tables, our service was impeccable (nice chest too), and we had a great view of the stage for the show. We attacked the dance floor after the show and made fast dancing buddy friends out there as well. Since the two of us downed an entire bottle of vodka, we paid for it all the next day, but I still stand by the fact that it was well worth it. You can't go to Tracks and not have fun.

Fun atmosphere but bar staff is HORRIBLE! They are under talented hacks out of their league. I've never seen a three deep panic, like a deer in headlights. Joke! Expensive.

Finally a great spot for some dirty dancing with awesome peeps. Plus the scones are the best.

What a great club to go to especially when you're out of town and have low expectations for other smaller cities' gay scene. This place has great music, atmosphere, and some a very presentable crowd ;) This is the first place I'm stopping by the next time I visit Denver. The only drawback is that it's a short drive from downtown, but worth it.

I went to Tracks for the first time last night with a couple of my gay friends and their friends... and I will ABSOLUTELY be going back as soon as possible. I had a blast! Between the super strong drinks (hello, Captain with a splash of Coke), the great vibe, excellent dance floors, and super friendly people, I am hooked. No one was rude, everyone was just there to have fun. To avoid the hefty cover, my friends and I all arrived earlier than 10:00pm and even though the club was basically dead, we still had a great time before things kicked off. All in all, I LOVED every second of the night!

Best dance club in all of Denver. Tracks is located in a dreary industrial backstreet area adjacent to downtown Denver, but don't let that scare you away. Tracks is a huge warehouse style dance club, that caters to the gay community. On a girls night out we ended up at the club and danced the night away to awesome 70s & 80s dance music. Being straight girls it was so great not to have to deal with creeps hitting on us (homophobes go somewhere else!). It was so much fun to be surrounded by gorgeous half naked men and feel free and just let loose, dance and have a good time. I've been to all of the hip dance clubs in LA & NY and this one is the best! The only downside is parking & the line, it's street parking and if you show up after 9:30 the line to get in wraps around the building, but once you're in it's worth it!

  • Pete G.

An ok time and honestly probably one of the better dance spots in town. Having said that the music sucks. The main room is literally all the same BPM and overly repetitive at that. The secondary room is often 80s but having lived (and danced). through that decade it's obvious the DJ here did not. Her playlist has not a single Bananarama, New Order, Yazoo, Dead or Alive, Kylie or Madonna track in the mix. I could go on but why belabor the point? If it wasn't urban in the 80's this chick ain't playing it. The drinks are pricey and icy. Not a good combo. Denver deserves better.

  • Nat S.

By far my favorite club in town. You can dance and do your thing, everyone is happy and having a good time. If you are straight, gay, bi, transgender, transsexual etc, you are welcome. The tunes are hip and danceable. There is usually room to dance. If you love a good show go to Nina Flowers drag night once a month, or the Ominous once a month show. You will see happy people dancing in wild costumes- anything goes- dress normal or crazy. Unpretentious, and great people watching. I generally don't drink out at clubs, too expensive and I like to have my druthers. They have some inexpensive periods of libations earlier in the night like Milk. One thing is the bathrooms are gender neutral, if that freaks you out then maybe you should not go. You still have your stall.

  • Quinn J.

One of my fav places! Always ask for Chadwick or Tyler and you'll have an amazing night. If you run into Beau, the manager, he'll take great care of you. Not to mention, with the remodel you can now dance the night away in front of the largest LED screen in the country. You definitely won't be disappointed... If you're looking for young gays and pretty boy twinks. It's a dance club, it's noisy. And luckily on most nights it's crowded and busy and AWESOME!

I'll start off by mentioning that tracks was my first gay club. It was magical, and I loved going ever chance I could, even long after I moved from Denver to Los Angeles. I visit Denver 2-3 times a year and tracks is always on my to-do list, especially for their pride events. Unfortunately, after my terrible experience last night, I will NEVER be coming back. After a long day of an 8 hour flight delay that put me landing at DIA at 1130, I hurried as fast as I could to make it to the drag performance for pride. I had plans to attend with my mother and brother who are both great supporters and straight allies to the gay community. Every year I've been to the events they've had everything connected if they had more than one even going on. This year were separate events and I was unaware. So after spending $60 cover for the three of us we got inside (at 1 am, mind you) only to find out we had entered the wrong side, an easy mistake for a visitor to make especially because the entrance has never been anyplace different in any of the countless times I came to tracks. After asking several door people if they'd be able to let us out of one side and into the other they said that it was up to the other entrance. We gave it a shot and tried to explain that we had just spent 60 dollars to spend a small amount of time in a club we didn't care to go to. The door man said we would still have to pay even though last call was but 15 minutes away and the show was already completed. Even after explaining my long day and that my mother was with me just to have a prideful experience with her gay son, the jerk at the door sent us home, and didn't even ask his manager if they could do something. Mind you, a $25 cover is RIDICULOUS and exploiting the gay pride spirit. In LA, a pride celebration more than 2 times the size of Denver, not a single club charges cover the whole weekend, plus concert tickets to see artists like Kesha, Wilson Phillips, and fifth harmony were $20. It's sad to see that the gay community in Denver has become run by profit seeking promoters, and not people who actually care about people going to celebrate pride. I'm truly disappointed and my heart is broken that the first place that opened its big gay arms for me, is now a place I detest.

Why am I the duchess of Tracks? The drinks are really strong and the space is really large. The bartenders don't wear shirts so that's a plus. There are different rooms with different types of music depending on your mood. Going here every weekend would be tiring, but it's fun to go occasionally. The cover ranges but is about $10 I think. The bathrooms are unisex, just a FYI.

  • Brandon J.

This place is huge - which means there are lots of options to check out in terms of dudes. They host a lot of drag shows. Great prices for drinks (if you get there before 10, you can get 2 for 1 drinks and there is no cover). The music is generally pretty good. There's usually always a theme for each night, so the music will depend largely on that theme. The only downside is that it is nowhere close to anything exciting in Denver, so it's not the ideal place to go if you're trying to bar hop.

  • Jordan N.

A fun time every time and damn strong drinks! Great place to go dancing. Only negative experience was one night when getting a first drink took 30 minutes!! The bartender repeatedly ignored several of us that had been waiting for a long time in order to serve 6-8 of his friends that kept walking up. But every other experience has been great!

Usually I love this club, especially on First Friday's with three dance floors and great d.'s. However, while I was there dancing somehow one of their speakers fell on me, no I did not touch it nor was I near enough too. It smashed me in the head and I passed out and had to be taken the the hospital. The entire time, their security crew refused to let me talk to a manager and basically bounced me from the club and into the ambulance and refused to refund my money, nor acknowledge that I had been hurt. Their bounces treated me a if I was just a drunk stupid person who hurt herself. I understand why this may be, but it really was a horrifying experience made worse by their treatment of me. When the incident occurred, they basically swept me and the crowd away that could have witnessed the event, nor did they let me talk to the stage dancer who was near the speaker when it fell. If you go enjoy the dis stay clear of the stage and stay away from security, they certainly are not very helpful friendly or really there to make sure you are safe.

Wow!! What a great place. I'm not a nightclub person but it was a really fun time. Had complimentary tickets got the Reeewind and Roll and would definitely go back! It was so much fun watching everyone roller skating. Another like is the alleyway where you can go to cool down, get some food, and for smokers. Met some really nice people. The staff were always on-hand and bartenders were awesome!! Plenty of free parking.

Disclaimer: I'm not a big fan of going out to dance, so my review may be slightly skewed. I was invited to a bachelorette party here a few weekends ago and actually had myself a good time, despite my incredible awkwardness on the dance floor. I really enjoyed the fact that there are several rooms throughout the warehouse, each with a different flavor of music. Top 100s not your thing? Mosey on over to the hip hop room or the classics room. After a few drinks, I found my feet in the Top 100s room and got my dance on. If you're in the mood for some dancing, gather up some friends and head on over to Tracks. Sure, there's a cover, but if you check in on Facebook, you get a free shot! Not a bad deal really.

Dang, too bad this place is so terrible.......... They attract the best drag queens in the country so I went to the Witches of Oz show recently. I had been there a couple of times previously as I love Nina Flowers too, but this place has a lot of room for improvement! The layout is fine, the bathrooms are big and clean, and they reorganize the internal layout depending on the event. But, we had to wait in line for an hour to get in to wait in line for half an hour for drinks! Lame!!! Plus, some friends were drugged there recently and I just don't trust that place. The lines for the bar are absolutely ridiculous. And it seems like a hazard as there was only one small entrance/exit and they packed in hundreds of people. The show itself was pretty great, they even had acrobats swinging from the sky. Too bad it started late and ended early. The stars were great, but I spent most of my night waiting and that was a bummer.

Tracks you will always be my favorite gay club...especially on First Fridays! I lived in Co most of life and recently moved to Hawaii and I must say there is nothing like tracks! AMBIANCE/ENVIRONMENT: They have two main rooms and when needed the back room can open up which makes for a great dance room! They have lounge chairs in the hallway that lead to the gender neutral bathrooms. The bouncers are friendly and so are the bartenders. There is also an outside area in the back to take a breather when needed. THURSDAY NIGHTS: I started going to Tracks before I turned 21 so back then I could only go on Thursday nights. $7 cover for under 21 and $5 cover for over 21. It gets pretty packed, they have two dance floors the main one which tends to play techno infused music and the second room, my personal favorite, plays hip-hop. FIRST FRIDAYS OF THE MONTH: Every first Friday of the month they open up the back room and a huge crowd of mainly women of all ages comes out! There is a variety of music and it gets packed so come early! LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH is DRAG-NATION: Last Friday was my first time attending, we bought the tickets the night before for $10 otherwise they were $12 at the door. Drinks on this night are supper expensive: $6.50 for wells and $4.50 for beers. The show was great but a few more chairs would have been helpful. Not my favorite night but very entertaining. PARKING: There is plenty of free parking lots and when the lots get full there is always parking on the blocks surrounding it...even if it means walking a few minutes before getting to the long line. I will miss you again Tracks...until next time!

Good things: They've expanded - added more music and DJ's - food served on site. Great light shows, great advertising. Bad things: Lots of younger kids (lots of drama and problems), there's an 18+ night (annoying), drinks are a little more expensive, it's a little off the beaten path, patdowns? armed security? and the staff can be a little rude/mean (especially security) I used to frequent this club about once a month - it's been over a year now since I've been there, and nothing has changed.

This place is SO much fun! As an out-of-towner from SF I was so blown away by how spacious and roomy this place was! There are two major dance floors (hip hop and mixed electric-pop). They also have an outside area where you can smoke and just take a break from dancing. Bars are all over the place, so getting a drink is relatively easy. Cover: ~$5 Ages: 18+ on certain days People are really chill and genuinely enjoy dancing. This place is off the beaten path. It's about 2 miles from downtown Denver and can be difficult to get to without a DD. Lots of cabs outside so it's definitely accessible for visitors.

This bar/club only gets 5 stars because certain members of their bar staff!!! I only moved here a couple months ago and have visited the establishment several times since I have been here. They have a true gem of a bartender that works there...her name is Jelvis! She has quickly become my favorite bartender in Denver, well my favorite bartender ever actually!!! My boyfriend and I love coming to see her! He's quite shy and reserved, completely opposite from my free spirited self, and she made him feel right at home (which made me the happiest)!!! Ever since we stumbled across Tracks looking for a fun place to dance and ran into her, we'd rather come see her than visit other bars or other bartenders!!! I have worked in the service industry for many many years and I know a gem when I see one! Most of us service industry people are quite picky and full of criticism!!! She's the creme de la creme of bartenders with her larger than life personality!!! As awesome as she is I'm sure she already has a following but I'm spreading the word about her and look forward to sending coworkers and friends her way!!! Heading to Tracks anytime soon? Go see Jelvis, trust me, you won't regret it!!!

I'm straight, that said this is my favorite place to go dance in Denver. Two huge rooms with different music in each, one back bar outside for mingling, great staff (Na'shon is an elite bartender and Raiders fan), great drinks value, fun ambiance and love the dancers! Good luck getting a cab out at closing time though!

  • Amy S.

I LOVE Tracks! I am not a huge nightclub goer so coming from me, this means a lot! The reason I love it so much is because you don't have to be a nightclub goer inorder to enjoy it! They have multiple rooms with different types of music as well as areas where you can sit and relax between dancing. There is always something going on at the club and that keeps it fresh and new! I went for a bachelorette party a few weeks ago and had the best bottle service treatment ever! Our private section was gorgeous and we had our own personal server who was also gorgeous!! I recommend this venue for private parties, a girls night out, or just a night out with friends!

This is my favorite night club in Denver. It's not the best one I've been to, but it's not bad at all. Always packed, especially on thursday, which is 18 and up night (and they only have two rooms open). Drinks are not cheap, but they're pretty good. This place is awesome for dancing. Good music, good people, lots of space. My favorite night is first friday, of course. Oh yeah, it is a gay club, so keep that in mind...overall, everyone is very nice, open minded and welcoming.

Nothing says welcome to your mid-thirties quite like an alley full of Tracks patrons singing Happy Birthday to you at the top of their lungs. Three times. And then following it up with hugfest with a bunch of outrageously handsome gay men. The people there were SO NICE. If you got bumped while being passed or while dancing, people actually said excuse me, politely. In a club? What? No sneer? No acting like it didn't happen? I must be getting old if peoples' manners made the biggest impression on me. Moving on. The dancing was incredible, the people watching was OUTSTANDING, and the drinks poured were strong. Holy cow. I must say thank you to the men with the beautiful physiques who opted to remove their shirts while dancing. To add to the positive, the parking out front was a piece of cake, they had a coat check, and the cover was only $5. About the only annoyance I had was regarding the rampant and enthusiastic use of the fog machine. Everyone seemed to be totally enjoying themselves, and really, what more could you want? Crazy fun. I can't wait to go back.

Noise level = very loud. Drinks = strong. Good for dancing = yes. Yup. Actually noise level was only moderately loud - I could hear my friends and hear upon leaving (mostly). First, a disclaimer - I have at no point in my life been a club guy, so my experience is limited. I really liked Tracks though - nobody with attitudes, actual polite people, people who seemed to be happy being there, no need to look not-to-be-messed with if you accidentally shove someone while dancing, walking around or otherwise. The sound my chest massaging at the front/main floor - excellent people watching, mesmerizing light shows if you're in the right state of mind. The rear floor was playing a sometimes good sometimes uninteresting mix. We were there on a Saturday night, strangely it wasn' packed. But this is no complaint - personally I had/have no desire to wade through endless seas of dancing sardines. Bottom line - I would be happy to suggest this to my group of friends looking to go out to dance!

Gay vs. Straight comedy night, love it! It was a no-hold-barred night of laughs and jokes, pushing every boundary known to man, both gay and straight. The club opened up to dancing afterwards, great scene, fun people, $5 strong drinks, and tasty food. I would recommend this spot to anyone who wants to have a great time with a fun-loving crowd!

I've been to many other clubs being a DJ and can say that they all have their niches and clientele. One thing after being in and around clubs and raves for over 10 years is of course how polite people are. Gay clubs seem to be the most polite as people in them don't have anything to prove, nor to hide, or to feel ashamed about. Straight clubs as people refer to them seem to have a bunch of guys who are probably the most rude to other guys as I've seen, and incredibly nice to women (of course, the end of the night goal for them, duh!) Tracks isn't at all like that. Maybe not the best sound system in the world, but it's very loud. Drinks are very strong, and cover is $5-7 which you really can't beat. The staff are all very professional and courteous not trying to be overly super cool and superiour making you wonder if you're even good enough or nice enough looking or wealthy enough to enjoy your favourite genre of music or DJ live. I've seen many clubs shut down as a result of many factors, but much of it due to security that's overly umm (in)secure. First Fridays are great and usually packed by 11 with more of the younger crowd in the rather small first room as you enter the club. The biggest room is the more retro not quite trance/house/ electro pop room. It's really nice to be able to go to a club, dance your ass off, and not be hit on by every overly horny guy in the club. I love going to Beta and The Church for the talent and of course Beta for the sound system (Yay Funktion One!) But since I'm a lesbian, getting hit on by smelly men isn't my idea of fun. Tracks also has some of the best drag shows I've seen even though I've only seen a few. Oh and of course even though lesbian I can appreciate a very nicely sculpted male body, and I can tell you that some of the men who frequent the club spend loads of time working on themselves. It's also nice to see men who aren't insecure with whom they are, unlike most straight clubs.

By far the best. It's like a giant warehouse with dancefloors. Even the outside Alley is a dancefloor lit up. PRO's-3 large dance floors, lots of bars scattered throughout the place. Drinks are super strong even though its kind of pricey for drinks. Lots of security to regulate out of control straights and drunks, lots of bathrooms, and they have a snack bar there which was nice to grab some popcorn and munch. Music was awesome, gogo dancers were the best, and their aggresive (YESSS) bartenders very attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was the best. just a great feel good vibe. CON's-its very far from downtown, its in an industrial area so cabs are kind of non-exsisting. I had to walk several blocks and call a cab to pick us up, and only 1 atm. Cover was $20 but its worth it. Drinks are pricey but its worth it.

They have a freakin' 'Retro Room' where they play old school J-Lo, Christina Aguilera, and all the hits I never actually listened to in high school but can now ironically call my "jams" when I'm on the dance floor in my late 20s. Seriously, if I'm going to go out dancing this is the place I'm going to go to as opposed to some douche-y LoDo club or any place playing house or dub step. Furthermore, if you want to get your drink on drinks are free until 10PM.

This club is a great club, and I think people have gotten spot on with the 4 star rating. This club is not perfect, but it is a good club to go to. 1. The people are polite, and don't actually cause drama. 2. Everyone in the club are themselves and don't seem to put up a front 3. The music is pretty good 4. It's a great place to dance, because everyone is dancing! So you just cannot stop dancing! 5. Free for first 50 people on Tracks Thursday! And it's not too expensive to get in unlike other clubs! 6. If you don't want creepy guys bothering you (if you are a girl), then come to this club. You will get some creeps hitting you up, but not as much as other clubs :) Although this club has many great aspects, it also has some downfalls 1. the music is extremely loud and very limiting. They seem to only play trance, techno music and it just takes over the whole club. There is a hip hop room though, but that room is just too small. 2. This club gets extremely crowded and there is no room to dance on the dancefloor. There are people who carry their drinks to the dance floor, so they end up spilling the drink and breaking the glass...which is dangerous.. 3. The club is a little small, and when it gets crowded, it's just not that fun anymore... 4. The bathroom, is pretty gross. Even though it is the cleanest bathroom I've seen in a club, it's still dirty to me. If you decide to go to a club with a couple friends, this place is a good place to head to, especially if you are 18 and up and have nothing to do on a Thursday night! Get there and get in for free and enjoy :)!

Best gay nightclub I have ever been too, Nice rooms, good speakers, usually good DJs. I love their drag nights, And there seems to be a decent amount of diversity there. they also have a pretty good heated patio. Bartenders And other employees aren't very friendly though. And even on First Fridays I get hit on by more guys than girls:(

I ended up coming on a bear night (Bear-a-cuda I think they called it), which is not really my scene at all, and still had a great time. The venue is very spacious, the beats were dope and I appreciated the Yelp check-in shot (which in turn reminded me to write this little review!)! I can't wait to come back when I'm in Denver next to check out the First Friday.

I changed my mind. The thing is, I didn't go back to Tracks a third time. BUT, I DID go to a million other straight clubs in Denver and realized that Tracks is MUCH better than I had given them credit for. Sorry 'bout that, Tracks.

Okay, so Track used to be THE club in Denver when it was located behind Coors Field where those tacky condos now stand. It mirrored Tracks and Nations in Washington DC., but that was about 10 years ago and now I am making myself sound old. The new Tracks is just the old Dream with MINOR changes.... I was not impressed and somewhat annoyed with the whole experience. Denver used to have some awsome gay bars/clubs, but now it's just gotten tired and old. does anyone have any new ideas?

Decided to hit this place up when the music at Meadowlark was just not flowing well together; thanks to 3 or 4 rotating djs that just had way too different an inventory amongst themselves. Seeing as how music was my main motivation, Tracks came through quite well that evening with great songs that flowed well together and did not make me roll my eyes (read=not too top 40). I will have to give an extra star for the crowd; it was a pretty friendly group of people whether they were gay men, women, or their allies. For a straight guy there with a girlfriend I am not sure who was getting more attention but I think I ended up with more #s that night! Oh, and who on earth was that long legged naughty nurse on Friday the 29th? Both me and the girl were interested, just sayin'...

This is the second time I have been to Tracks! They have an incredible First Friday where it is lesbian night! They start off with country music (not a fan) and in another room later they play dance music! It is wonderful to see so many age groups in one place! The drinks are a bit pricey but I guess that is normal for clubs! Will def be going again!

    (5)
  • Michael S.

It's a pretty normal / average gay club....great to go with friends. However I've noticed that the music in the main room is pretty much entirely trance / dance beats that sound the same and go on forever....not my favorite music to dance to but apparently most of the other gays love dancing to that kind of stuff. These days I really only go for special events / holiday parties.

Simply phrased Tracks nightclub is fun. I feel like Denver is a very liberal and cosmopolitan city to live in. Really it's a very exciting time to be here, and Tracks embodies a lot of this fun cultural flavor! I have been a couple of times now, but most notedly I enjoy the drag queen shows. Vibrant colors and great costume/stage presence make this a fun show for anyone of any gender or background. It's very crowd engaging, and as a woman I found the whole thing still very empowering. The hungry kitten says: Have some 5 star dinning then head on down to tracks with your friends to watch the drag queens strut their stuff!

Valentine's Day at tracks = never again. Aside from being waaay too damn crowded, every song sounds the damn same. I understand that techno is the "bees knees" as the kids say, but it gets old after about 10 minutes. Even the side room was playing techno until midnight! Whyyyy?!? In times past, I've had a blast. They played a good mix of 80s 90s and hip hop in the side room- something you can actually dance to. The people are pretty friendly and don't have that pretentious vibe going on. The cover sucks. Decent drinks. On another note, dancing on the pedestals is F-U-N!

I'm caught in a bad romance...with Tracks. This is my favorite slightly skeezy Denver dance club--a great place to get your top 40s fix and STIFF, CHEAP drinks (betcha thought I was going to say something else...) Now if only if the bathrooms were a bit cleaner and the door policy a little tighter ;-)

Dorothy, we're not in WeHo anymore! Whilst visiting my home city, my gay husband got my straight one and me on the list, so we were whisked in the side entrance sans cover. We were there with a straight friend (who we dragged to JRs last year), and did a lap before settling back into the main room for stiff drinks and a few shots. If I recall, 4 really strong drinks only came out to $28! I've been here before, but for some reason the lights were half way up and gave the place a weird vibe... kind of like the place was a Costco by day, club by night. The crowd was super diverse... lots of straight people, people in flip flops (and not just for the spring break theme), people in sweaters and speedos, etc. Parking is free and plentiful on the street, but that means idiots can block your friend's car in. NOT COOL. We Austin Powers-it and got his car out, but not without a struggle and sympathetic words from passers by. JRs is still my fave, but Tracks is a great place.

It was pretty much the BOMB.com . Coming from San Francisco, it's always nice to get away from the usual Castro gay mecca and see what else is out there. Well...this place definitely delivered. Me and some crazy friends went here for Halloween night, and we couldn't have been more satisfied. The place was DECKED out as if it were the set of Beetlejuice, all the bartenders were dressed up as characters from the movie, and there were 4 different rooms each having their own DJ. It was the setting for an AMAZING time. AND...they played a lot of Lady Gaga. They earn one star just for that. To top it off, the drinks were extremely reasonable. I remember (which is surprising that I actually remember) buying three drinks and three shooters for a grand total of $18. Yes, $18!! Cray cray crazy. This is a must go for any rainbow warrior that visits the mile high!

First off, why is this place located in Fort Collins? If it were closer perhaps more folks might go. The best thing there was the "Gun Show" with all the hot muscle guys. Drinks were ok but expensive and the line outside was long but moved fast.

  • J R.

Its kinda the leader in terms of where to find a large dance floor but if you ask me Tracks sold out. I used to go to the original and it was the heart of the community, this place is like any other straight club in Lodo without the really great DJs. I used to work here so I have to say that when they lost their art designer they lost the last bit of vibe they had going (not me I swear)...the staff is friendly but I'm bias, the prices are creeping up I'm paying what I would in California so if I know I can go to another bar for less I will. They lost the entertainment edge so forget Drag shows, dance shows etc. ex. the Madonna parties are no where near where they could be. I don't ever see any DJ names like I used to that were worth going to dance to. In all the space looks good but in terms of originality it is a disappointment and has not lived up to its name.

I've been to MANY gay clubs all over the world. Usually the gays like to bag on any and all local gay bars/clubs (assuming I guess that everywhere else is better?). Tracks does a great job, though, as is overall one of the best (perhaps top 10) gay clubs I've been to. Granted, I can only go there every so often, but I think that would be true for just about any social venue. Thursday nights are 18+ . . . so if you can handle what oftentimes sounds like screaming high school / jr. high girls (yes, I'm talking about the twinks), it can be fun. I think the music on Thursdays is actually oftentimes better than the music on Saturdays (which is their big night). Not to miss are the primary "special" events (Pride weekend, Halloween, etc.). They open up the Exdo (the rest of the building) and you find yourself in an all encompassing party environment . . . asking yourself, am I really in this little city of Denver?

    (4)
  • Rebecca H.

I was here during Gay Pride weekend so the vibe may be a little different than it is on other nights. I was pretty impressed with the overall club though. Good sound system and great DJs spinning. The crowd was friendly too, which is a nice change from some of the more pretentious clubs I have been to in other cities. My only complaint is with the security in the VIP room. They kept checking our VIP passes when we were already in the VIP area. Maybe they were trying to not so subtly hint that I didn't look cool enough to be there.

okay, i'm from a relatively small town in the heart of indiana, we don't see too many fancy clubs, let alone huge ones that are full of lesbians. i've only been here on first fridays and have enjoyed it each time. it's a blast to just go, have a few drinks and dance your butt off in any one of the three huge rooms, each with different music playing. i highly recommend getting your drink from the bartender with the short dark hair at the bar right when you walk into the club, she pours them the right way, i.e. strong, each time. i love that there's a mix of people here, all types, love it!

    (4)
  • Morgan M.

This place can be a hit or miss. I have had some really good night's here and not so good nights. Pretty good mix of gays and lesbians on most nights. There are different rooms with different types of music, personally I have always been the most "successful" in the pop room. Cover is normally 10 and drinks are pretty expensive.

  • William S.

The club was fun, staff friendly, great music, lighting and sound systems top notch, and a great variety of patrons. There are 2 dance floors and plenty of other spaces for socializing. Unfortunately, the club has a policy of not allowing bartenders to give out glasses of water?!?? I purchase top shelf liquor but had to stop drinking (i.e. Spending money) and close my tab early when I found out about this ridiculous policy. I refuse to be 'forced' into purchasing bottles of water. Management, please consider the comfort and safety of your patrons. William -San Francisco Bay Area (where even in a severe drought we give out water to patrons that want/need it) ;)

    Paid a 10$ cover to get in the door, there was no show or event, no drink specials. They have the nerve to charge 5$ for a bottle of bud light. The staff was extremely rude and clicky. I will NEVER go back here again. There are too many awesome Gay bars in Denver that I can have a blast at, be treated decently and actually afford to drink. Super disappointing. -_-;;

Rude staff, over-priced drinks, personal items pocketed by the bouncer.

    (2)
  • Brandon J.

This place is huge - which means there are lots of options to check out in terms of dudes. They host a lot of drag shows. Great prices for drinks (if you get there before 10, you can get 2 for 1 drinks and there is no cover). The music is generally pretty good. There's usually always a theme for each night, so the music will depend largely on that theme. The only downside is that it is nowhere close to anything exciting in Denver, so it's not the ideal place to go if you're trying to bar hop.

Glad it's here, not my thing anymore. All that said, I like that there is a big space for events and fundraisers. The nightclub aspect is alright, but do understand their is no illusion of it being anything other than a big old warehouse space.
