As good as it gets for a dive type bar! My friends & I ended up here for a while the night of my bachelorette. It was a blast! They played a great mix of music, the people were a mellow, fun crowd & best of all, we were at the table right next to the front patio. We got a lot of people watching in! Back patio is huge & a nice plus. Bathroom was my only complaint. It is limited space, wet floor because of overflows & a long line. It is standard of any bar like this & not a reason not to go here...just my personal pet peeve. I would go back & most likely will the next time I am in Denver with the girls!

Fun bar. Great drinks. They have Gin Mules which taste great, and I would like to point out that I love their popcorn machine. And they dont just have buttered popcorn in the machine, but they also have chedder popcorn in it, and it is quiet tasty. This bar also hosts a running club on Tuesday nights during the summer and the organizer is really nice and easy to talk to. Go in, have a beer and go on a 3m 5m or 10m run!

The inside could be a little bigger. But the staff are friendly, and they also have a popcorn machine that is self serve. The beers on tap are delicious and the patio is a nice size. TV's are spread through out as well.

I'm not sure when The Gin Mill became such a "spot" but this place was way more hoppin' than the past few times I was here. Good music, fun crowd, but the bartenders were really on their game. This was a crew that knew their stuff and were blasting out beverages rapid-fire.

This bar is like my ex-husband. It used to be great and I loved it but now it's just something I can only tolerate occasionally, if necessary. There are lots of places to drink in LoDo. Gin Mill does have a decent happy hour, strong drinks, popcorn and sometimes games. You can also easily find drunk dudes here to buy you a drink. I like this place best when on a pub crawl. The crowd is more diverse and you are not expected to stay long.

Avoid on weekends unless you love douchebaggery! I loved this place when it first opened, before it expanded into the frat rat skank magnet it has become. Don't get me wrong, I gave it a solid 3 stars because it has a decent always crowded patio and there are secret bathrooms that only a precious few of us know about which prevents me from waiting or taking a leak in the alley. Also, if you are waiting in line for the Marquis forever and need a quick shot, this will do in a pinch! The design is good, service is not bad - but the weekend crowd makes me feel like STDs are airborn. If you are on the prowl, there are lots of 20 somethings trying to hook up w/eachother and some well dressed old men hunting for sugar babies. If you want to go somewhere awesome, there are a crapload of other options within two blocks. This is what happens when a great place becomes trendy.

I always like going to the Gin Mill before Rockies games. It is always easy to get a drink at the abr and I love the outdoor area as well. Good prices on brews always helps....

Ginn Mill is great... If you like staff with a bad attitude and a side of douchebaggery with your beer. If you insist on trying out it, show up already well into your drinking. This place reminds me of the frat-tastic bars in college, that were cool when you were 20. There are plenty of better bars in the area - Just sayin'

Not bad got so packed that it was hard to move but other than that I will be back

I went to The Ginn Mill with a few peeps, (also, I'm sorry I just said peeps), and was pleasantly surprised. I'd been warned on more than one occasion how terrible it could get, and was sort of dreading the onslaught of drunken douchebaggery. However, the decor was awesome (leg lamp on a shelf?!), there was a table to snag, and they had $2 drink specials. It wasn't nearly as pretentious as I'd thought, and had a great time. There IS free popcorn in the back, but it's generally burned and you have to dig it out with your hands. That being said, when you're drunk off $2 gin, getting elbow deep in salty goodness is probably what everyone dreams about. Just let it happen.

Went here last night for a friends birthday party and though it's not really my scene these days, I was really impressed. The place is like a well-oiled machine, everybody knows their role and executes it well. The place is massive and absolutely packed from wall to wall, including the massive patio, which could make it a total S-show if not managed properly, but it is. Everywhere you turn there is a bar loaded with bartenders that are on their game, I never had to wait for a drink once. If I was single and 23 again I would be all over this place!

Ok, so I've given this place a few chances now and I am just not thrilled. Every time I am here, we have so much difficulty getting to the bar to get a just get a drink! This annoys me more than anything! Any junk place can be fun when drinks are easily accessed. Hello to Gin Mill! This is elementary. I digress, this place basically makes me feel like I am in college again and not in the good way. First of all, the crowd here is young. Like, 21 (I hope) to 25-26, mostly. The guys for whatever reason, feel the need to stare at you like you are to be sopped up with some kind of gravy and a warm biscuit. I am not into this. The atmosphere is a typical hole-in-the-wall, tunes from back-in-tha-day, wood floors and all. They do have a large patio, which in the summer I imagine, could be really nice. Still, I am not feeling the vibe this place puts out. I don't take shots (ok...ok, this is partially a lie) and I am not really a liquor person (I do, however, enjoy a good whiskey and seven) and the only beer I saw floating around were sadly your watered down big labels, like Bud Light (gross). Fail! Gin Mill. Fail!

  • Terry B.

Grain of salt...or something. Here's the deal. It was opening day, post game. I met some friends there. We hung out on the miniscule patio area drinking beers and people watching, which was fun BTW. I meandered inside once to pee and was instantly taken back to the parties I attended in college in basements. Now, I don't have an issue with that, or the people that reminded me I was in a party in a basement in college. But if you do, this probably isn't the joint for you. And as I said...grain of salt cause it was opening day. (but based on the other reviews, it sounds like just another day)

If you want a bar the = LODO this is the place!! Its gets packed on game nights or Friday and Saturday nights, it is sometimes hard to make it to the bar! But if you are looking for a chill place on a week night this is a cool little bar too! I like that it can be both Hip and hott and then chill and laid back!! They have the game down that is for sure they roll the $$ in there on Friday and Saturday!! Plus their Patio is gotta be one of the coolest!

  • Kathleen A.

I am 30 years old, and still dominate the hell out of beer pong. Yes, they have beer pong set up in the back on two barrels. What a fun place!! Also I think they sprinkle crack in their free popcorn..jus' sayin.

5 words: Two Dollar You Call It. I come from a state that doesn't have happy hour (Massachusetts get it together!!!!). $2 you call it is the perfect thing to do righttt before you go scalp a $5 ticket for the Rockies game. Try to get drunk and go to a Red Sox game and you'll be lucky to stay under $100. Thanks Ginn Mill!

  • Evan A.

FUN CROWD ALL THE TIME!!! This is my new place to hang out with friends on Saturday nights. Always good people watching and the outdoor patio is awesome!

This place sucks. If you like it you probably suck. hahah jk. No seriously, if you are 21 and you want to feel like you are at a house party full of special needs kids with no manners you're at the right place. Its a shit show. They serve cans of PBR...Talls. If that doesn't scream classy, I don't know what does. All that being said this place does serve its purpose. It keeps the freshly graduated children in there place away from the adult table. If this place didn't exist I'd have to see these horny little bastards dry humping each other at other bars making them suck too. So if you want to hook up, have a walk of shame, just don't give a F*ck , need to get hammered and don't mind throwing up in yourself, hit the Gin Mill. "Gin Mill, drink til your self-hatred goes away, then have another"

    (2)
  • Dave T.

I'm not sure if I have just been missing this place on their good nights, but the Gin Mill has never sparked it off for me. I like the general concept of the place, but it seems sort of lack luster for some reason. I have tried it on dead nights, and pretty packed nights. It is in my path occasionally so I do stop in. The bar itself is divey and sporty. They have dollar bills strewn all over, TV's with sports and Fuel on. No real complaints, but no recommendation either. Dave

This review is based on two separate visits to The Gin Mill. The first visit was for an African Community Center benefit in which The Gin Mill donated 20% of profits that night to the cause. This is really an awesome practice and I wish more places would hold benefits like this more often. We heard that the Gin Mill does different benefits every single week. The second time was on a Friday night in the summer. The place was completely packed and it was hard to move from one side of the patio to the other and the music wasn't great, but we still managed to have a great time. The staff on both occasions were very kind and helpful. There is free popcorn in the bar which definitely is unique and awesome. The decor is great and has a cool old timey vibe. Highly recommend!

Oh Gin Mill... On a Friday or Saturday night, I will always see friends at the Gin Mill. The atmosphere is always fun, the music is always great, and the beer is always cold. I love that I can have a real life conversation with friends at the Gin Mill without screaming at the top of my lungs. I've never had a bad time. While it is always fun, I will say that it is always the same. I like to mix things up and have exciting nights out, and going to the Gin Mill every week you get a lot of the same.

This. Place. Is. Hell. At least, this is what I am pretty sure my hell is going to look like. Why didn't I like it, you ask? 1. Long narrow building gives me the feels that I am being herded somewhere with the other 7,498 people packing this bar. 2. I ordered a BRECK BREW SUMMERBRIGHT ALE (I had to yell) and the bartender asked me which summer ale I wanted. And then I received my delicious craft beer in a plastic Miller Lite cup. 3. The men are about as subtle as getting hit over the head with a sack of potatoes. 4. The women are drunken princesses looking for validation from a guy with muscles. 5. The toilet paper is mysteriously sticky. Everyone leaving the ladies bathroom had it stuck to their heels. Hell, I pulled a whole roll out with me. I give it one star for the seasoned popcorn.

    (1)
  • Mark S.

The Ginn Mill feels like every bar from college, except that Denver isn't really a college town. Cheap drinks served in plastic cups, drunk girls slurring their words, and a seriously crowded bar area on weekends. You know what you're getting yourself into when coming here though, and that's to get drunk and remember what college felt like. I also added a star because one of the bartenders rocks a no-holds-barred, free flowing mullet and looks exactly like Stifler. You just can't hate that!

    (3)
  • Randy S.

Stopped off here after a Rockies game... Pros: Nice action on game nights; free popcorn (+1 star for that)... Cons: small, overpriced drinks... You decide...

  • Josh C A.

You'll only really fit in if you're a fan of Ed Hardy, tanning booths, or use 'bro' on an hourly basis.

    (1)
  • Zoe W.

As soon as I sat down at the bar, the first thing I see is a bunch of dollar bills with racist, homophobic and sexist slurs on them. I ask the bartender why they would do such a thing and get told it is not offensive. The bartenders then ignore us the entire time, except to come back and tell me I'm an idiot for being offended by seeing "n----r", fag, etc broadcast across their bar. Terrible service. Bad attitude. Racist, sexist, homophobic and overall terrible

The Gin Mill = all that is wrong with LoDo (if not the world). Despite having a ton of space, the bar is laid out such that walking in is always a claustrophobic clusterfuck. By the time you make it to the back patio, you've seen enough overgrown frat stars and sorostitutes to make you remember the last time you went to the Gin Mill and swore you'd never, ever return. The drinks might be passable in your average big ten college town, but are lacking by Denver's standards. Avoid at all costs - if you want that fratastic lodo night out, go to LoDo's or the tavern instead.

    (1)
  • Jacob V.

This place was awesome! We went before AND after a Rockies game, and for good reason. There were 2 for 1 drinks on Sunday, and even the drink we bought was like $3, so we got absolutely smashed on the super cheap. They have a wall full of dollars perched above the bar that people from all over had written on and decorated. If you see a dollar bill like 9' in the air on the left side of the bar, its mine. That's the joy of being 6'7". It was a really really good time, and I highly recommend it. Next time I'm in Denver, I will make it a point to stop by!!!

  • S Q.

I hate this bar, and every time someone suggests we go, a little part of me dies inside. It is just the worst, first it always smells like popcorn because they are constantly making it. I realized the last time I was there why this is. It's so the drunks eat it thus soaking up the booze in their stomaches just before they projectile vomit all over the floor. Kinda makes sense. It acts like the saw dust from elementary school. Anyway, the place is a real meat market, only the butcher serves grade J meats, the meats might look good but they will make you sick. Tons of cooler bars in LoDo and Denver.

  • Derrick L.

This place is fun because I always run into people I know but here's my two issues. They play the same songs every friday and saturday night. I don't want to listen to Nelly's latest single over and over and I damn sure don't want to hear Sweet Caroline for the ummmteenth time. The main reason I had to give it such a low score comes down to the bartenders. The girl ones are nice and friendly but the dudes are losery. They strike me as those guys whose lives peaked in high school. Now they're trying to keep that type of party lifestyle going by working as bartenders. It's a sad sight. When I see them I feel so thankful to have gotten a decent career straight out of college. My advice to the owners. Less loser dude bartenders and more cute girls. Also switch up the playlist for God's sake!

  • Patrick G.

I've been to a lot of bars in my day. I don't usually use foul language in my yelp reviews, but I have to say...The Ginn Mill was the biggest shit-show I've ever seen. Holy crap! I'm pretty sure I never acted like that when I was 23. (who am I kidding?) There was vomiting. There was dirty dancing/dry humping/fornicating on the dance floor. There were fights. There was video taken. Damn that was fun to watch!!

    (3)
  • Tres B.

I've tried to enjoy this joint, its close to where I live. Decor wise, its very cool, but that's where the fun ends. It seems the crowd oscillates between preppy scum and trust fund babies then swings wildy to frat f--ers who spill beer and back-slap each other in peacock displays of vaguely homo-erotic behavior creating uncomfortable man-musement. The bartenders, on a good day, plod through their job like men on death-row, resigned to their fate. On a bad day, they are sullen and surly. This could be a fun place, like say, the fantastic Herb's directly next door.

Stopped by last weekend as the last dive bar stop before going home.....won't be doing that again. too many drunks throwing popcorn around, didn't find the music that great, and too much of a hazzle for a dive bar

    (1)
  • Viola l.

To be fair it was a Sunday so it was super mellow in there. Great dive bar. I like the fact they have an old school popcorn machine so you can pop your own fresh popcorn great drunken bar snacks. PROS- Free Popcorn, Jukebox, and Board games... I'm the connect four/checkers champ =)

    (3)
  • Tonya J.

Alright, I have been to most Lodo bars (I'm 23 so sue me). Like most Yelpers, I am not a fan of the aging frat boy/whiny girls in tube dresses/general douchebaggery scene that is downtown... Buuuuuut I still tend to find myself in that area more often than I'd like to admit. Personally, I don't hate this place. Compared to the other Market/Larimer/Blake options, it's definitely a lesser evil. I don't care for how smoky the back patio gets, and it can be claustrophobic... But the bartenders are pretty cool, the popcorn covers the inevitable smell of vomit, and the playlist isn't exclusively hip hop. At the very least, the patrons make for good entertainment- it seems EVERYONE just wants to get wasted and hook up with each other. Annoying? Meh, a little. But its entertaining too.

This is my favorite place to go Fridays and Saturdays. It gets busy, sometimes with wall-to-wall bodies, which is great, because everyone is friendly! It isn't really a dancy place, when the music gets bumpin', people just half dance, and say 'hi' to each other... It's more like a giant frat party, with college-aged guys, and their older counterparts mostly standing around, hitting on each other. There are about twice as many guys as girls, 'though there seem to be plenty of each to go around anyway. The men's bathroom always has a line, and I've seen men pee in the sink, or in the trash can, sometimes cutting in front of the line to do so. People seem very comfortable here, guys dancing on their guy friends, or random girls, and people tag-teaming each other in mini "konga lines", women sometimes cutting in between two dancing guys to get theirs. A great time, and very relaxed. Would definitely recommend if you don't mind crowds, and great drink specials! Even when people start out somewhere else, they usually wind up here, the crowd getting to it's thickest toward midnight. Oh, a good-looking, sexy crowd if that matters....

    (5)
  • John A.

I probably come here more often than any other bar downtown. The main reason is because of their mid-day happier hour (okay, if that doesn't make me sound like an alcoholic, not sure what does haha) Anyway, they have $2/$3 you call it's until 7 pm during the week, which is great especially before Rockies games! The inside is nice and their beer selection/drinks are pretty good. Not the most outstanding bar, but based on its prices, location and vibe, it's a good central gathering point for sure!

    (4)
  • Anthony N.

If you go here with the intention of getting effed up, you'll most likely love their happy hour. I believe their prices at the time (2014) were $2-3 for "call your own shot" drinks. Bartenders are very accommodating and hook you up with an extra elbow tilt of the hard stuff. Don't go here expecting a fancy sit down lounge.. think dive bar, but a bit cleaner than peanut shells all over the floor (they have free popcorn from their self-serve machine). Go here expecting to mingle and party, especially during Rockies games.

  • Lisa S.

We came here on a Saturday night during a friend's bachelorette weekend. The layout of this place is nice- it has a lot of potential to be a great place to dance and hang out. If I lived in the area, I'd give this place another try during the week or during happy hour. Unfortunately, on Saturday night, the place was packed with drunk and belligerent people. A fight almost broke out next to me, two guys wouldn't leave one of our friends alone, I got knocked into pretty hard a few times by people who could no longer walk, and the bathroom line was huge, mostly because the bathroom was a drunk sh*tshow. The popcorn was stale and disgusting, and while we were walking in, a drunk guy threw popcorn at us. The music wasn't bad, but the crowd was awkwardly half dancing, and it was too loud to talk... so it ended up being a weird dynamic. There was also a row of men leaning on the walls leering at all the women dancing, which creeps me out. Maybe if I was younger and drunker, I would have enjoyed this place.

    (2)
  • Kelly G.

I had fun here! There's an outside bar and inside bar which you can enter from either end and when you go on two different nights from two different ends (drunk) you might be completely turned around and think you're in a completely different bar. Big crowd and pretty good music. Solid place for a night out.

    (4)
  • Adriana C.

One time, they didn't let me in because I was "too intoxicated." Don't you peasants know who I am??????????????? Ok, to be fair, I was "intoxicated" enough to lose my jacket at the bar I was at before. Other than that, good music and cheap drinks. Popcorn is nice little treat too. It gets pretty packed, but most places do in Lodo. The bar crawl events that start here are always pretty fun. The crowd has less D-bags then, say, Brothers or the-place-that-shall-not-be-named (hint first name VIEW last name HOUSE)

    (3)
  • Kyle L.

Happy hour (3pm - 7pm on weekdays) here is my favorite, especially before Rockies games considering its location. 2/3 dollar you-call-its: most beers are $3 and most mixed drinks are $2. They also have free popcorn if you're in a snacking mood. The night-life here is good as well. They have an outside area in the back with beer pong and an additional bar. Overall, a good spot in the evenings and even better during the day, maybe that's why this is my go-to for happy hour downtown!

    (5)
  • Cam S.

Bad drinks, overcrowded and a high likelihood of drama. This place is full of chads looking for dumb women or a fight. One of the worst bars in Denver, but lot's of women love it, so your single friends end up dragging you into this abomination.

    (1)
  • T.J. R.

Horrible customer service. Dirty bathrooms. Rude doormen. Drunk bartenders. I don't know why anyone would go here when there are so many better options on Larimer St/in the area. i.e. (viewhouse, burger bar, retro room, 1up.) YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Soooooo... I had a Brazilian client in Denver a very respectful incredible wonderful client in town for a meeting. Our dinner/meeting ended about 10pm. We walked from the chase building to gin mill. Got there and how kind they were they bought me a drink! EMILY the bartender served us drinks and my client paid with a 100$ bill so she was about to give us 85$ back..... She suddenly throws that money in her tip Gar And my client asks for his change. Obviously thinking he was drinking and she could get away with taking a 85$ tip?? We walk to a table and remind you this is the Sweetest more whole hearted guy in the world and very sober!! The bar tender EMILY at the outside bar ask bouncers to kick him out. No explanation. He said nothing and was so polite because he thought he did something wrong. Needing him to calm down for his first drink of the night I ask for a manager. I wait 1 hour for JIMMY to show up. Waiting for an hour and I have drank nothing all night I explain the situation and he takes my drink and kicks me out!!!!!!!!!! So we paid for 30$ of drinks there taken away my client has been kicked out and I was kick out asking why he was kicked out????????????????? First off Emily was stealing... I have managed any clubs in Seattle England and Australia. She took 100$ then was going to give 85$ back. Then when he asked for his change back she went back to the till changed the money in and she took an amount out and changed change out for 10$ less stealing from the till! Jimmy....... This guy did not listen at all and decided to kick a 100% sober person out of his bar for no reason. I'm am so disappoint at the level of dishonestly and disrespecrfulness in a night! Management/owners of this property/establishment please reach out to me. You guys aren't represented in the correct manor at all. Id like to discuss our transaction and we would like a solution. If not I'll stop by. Andrew 303.210.7776

  • Khai T.

Let me preface this by saying I used to like the Ginn Mill a lot until a few months back when I was minding my own business, walking a girl out, and a scuffle ensued between the bouncer and some random guy. The bouncer decided to pull out a can of f****ing pepper spray and gave the girl I was with a full on facial of mace. I got sprayed as well but what an irresponsible POS that bouncer was. The cops outside were completely worthless. I'm a grown man but the girl I was with was in agony, and nobody bothered to help her. Not the staff and not the swine. Never going back to this place.

Great place! Cool atmosphere, delicious drinks, and friendly staff (Victoria is especially cool). One of the best happy hours in Denver. What more do you need from a bar?

    (5)
  • Leanna C.

Ginn Mill usually has a pretty decent music selection but is often over crowded and full of young college graduates. This is the place you go and find a ton of people looking for a one night stand, beware. The drinks here are good and decently priced, they also have popcorn to sober all the drunk people up. The downfall here is that the lines for everything are long. The bathroom lines are insane, the line to get a drink at the bar are also absurd.

    (3)
  • Steve P.

Can't believe it took me so long to review this place. Just as the 3 stars indicates, it is A-Ok. Nothing more, nothing less. I think the factor that saved this place from 2 stars is the fact they sell 24oz cans of Molson Canadian! It could be a 5 star for you if you enjoy the crowded, rowdy, college bar scene. Basically to sum it up, Ginn Mill is a pretty standard LoDo bar. The popcorn is free and can be hit or miss, depending on if someone is paying attention to it.

    (3)
  • Libby L.

Whatever you do don't politely smile, say hello to the bar staff, or wait patiently with cash in your hand for a drink! They will ignore you and serve 15 other pushy, abrasive, and belligerently drunk patrons before even acknowledging your smiling face and cold hard cash. If you want a drink, go in a be a huge piece of garbage and they'll serve you right away!!!!

    (1)
  • Scott G.

A+ Not only do they have fantastic happy hour, but their bartenders are incredible friendly and helpful. For a measly $2, you can quench any thirst from 3pm to 7pm (excluding premium. Oh stop it--Titos is just as good as your grey goose) The food truck can satisfy your hunger, but don't expect to order any entrees from your attractive bartender. Overall, solid...

  • Chris C.

I like the drinks here, they are wet and refreshing and CHEAP!!! Just like the women! They have pop corn that is delicious and helps you drink! Sometimes it gets crowded but I dont mind it cause everyone there is like a family and touches. The bar tenders are attractive and super kind and understanding and help me decide what I want to drink and I tip them, the short curly haired one says I have cool story's and calls me bro. The security guys there are really nice and gentlemen and hold my hand and take me on walks outside the fence. You know what's cool, one of them actually looks like Opie from the motorcycle shows and he's nice and my friend. I like the music cause it makes me dance and sounds loud and good and the windows are all realIy clean. I like this place a lot and wanna go there and have fun a lot. Zach is a security guy and he is really nice and always offers me pizza and he is my friend. Last weekend was fun and we played beer cup basketball. You should go here I think because it is fun and everyone who goes here is really nice and a lot of them are pretty. Good job The Ginn Mill

Great bar. I've found that that the drink deals are better than most places. I'm used to ridiculously low pricing in Fort Collins so it's nice to find a place in denver that won't completely break the bank.

  • Vic M.

The popcorn here is more popular than dandy dans! Be sure to get it from the back, seen a dude all tore up just grabbing with his hand and stuffing his mug and im sure saliva was all up on his hand! He was white boy wasted and looked like Jonah Hill

I always have fun here. We usually like to pop by when were out doing a Sunday Funday...It's kinda mellow in here during the day. The staff is always nice to us. We usually order our 2 for 1's and sit off to the side and play one of the many board games they have sitting there to keep the drunks occupied. I've watched a couple of Bronco games here too. Nice spot. You should check it out! Weekend nights get pretty crazy!!

Oh, the Gin Mill. Everyone has been there at least once, right? Before or after a Rockies game? During a bar or bike crawl? Once on accident... on a Saturday night? Weekend nights are packed and a little FratTastic, but let me share a little somethin' with you...This little tid bit is about how to do it right - the 30 somethin' way. Happy Hour is Monday thru Friday from 3pm until 7pm. And features $2 you call its. What the what? It is actually a legit You Call It, including branded spirits and an array of Craft beers, excluding only a few items. No specials on Saturdays, but Sunday Funday comes back strong with 2 for 1's on drafts & wells. Additionally, all the bar tenders are friendly, experienced professionals and easy on the eyes. You are welcome, Enjoy.

The short curly hair bartender was really rude we told her it was my friends birthday and she rolled her eyes and poured us the weakest drink we've ever had. Be in a bad mood all you want but don't ruin the night for my friend and pour us weak drinks and charge us tons of money. Thanks

First time in here...not sure if it will be my last. As I sat at the bar, I kept wondering, how much money could I make removing all those dollars taped everywhere? Thousands, I'm sure. I surveyed the joint, like an old gum shoe from the thirties...cliques, hopeless romantics, solo drinkers looking to start a conversation. And, most importantly, an array of shot and beer boys resting on the rail of the bar, you know that "haunch" where your arms are folded around your empty shot glass, but your warm, left-over puddle of back washed beer swishes in your pint glass as it rests loosely between your fingertips...The Happy Hour Haunch. You could actually hear their arms unsticking from the bar every time they raised back up. But, never judge a beer by it's backwash. Two dollar draws, you call during Happy Hour and a Rockies game. The Beer wasn't as cold as the stares, but the selection good. There are numerous bars surrounding the Gin Mill, so you have plenty of choices if you choose to stroll down here. The most unusual place? Step 13. An AA establishment tucked right between all the hoppy hopefuls.

This place is different in a good way. With so many hole-in-the walls & high end euro lounges, it's nice to find a place that isn't afraid to give everyone the big middle finger & just be fun. Don't get me wrong, I frequent enjoy plenty of those "other" establishments, just know that sometimes I don't want to wear semi-business-casual & pay $10 for a drink. Sometimes I don't want to be bored in a dirty booth watching some shitty TV shows I could watch for free at home. It's the perfect balance between the two. All the action of the big bars with a down to earth small joint feel. Sometime I just want to kick back in my shorts & flip flops knocking back a few drinks with my peeps & be entertained by a good crowd & atmosphere. Whether it's the dollar bills stapled all over, the peanuts & shells on the floor, or the old time wooden shack feel.... Ginn Mill comes strong with reppin' the rocky mountains in the heart of Denver. The best part is the back porch, just like an old school back yard bash. Great people watching with a bar/ beer tub everywhere you turn. This was a nice little un-expected surprise among streets filled with dive bars & too cool for school clubs.

We caught the Ginn Mill on what I hope was an off night. The Broncos had just lost their playoff game and people were in rare form. And by rare form I mean, drunk as crap. So many people were wasted when we arrived at 8:30ish, it was kinda annoying until I could get a few drinks in me and not be quite as bothered by people making out and stumbling around. After a few drinks, I didn't notice quite as much. Until the two guys got *literally* thrown out of the bar, one of which was knocked out cold and had to be taken away by police/EMS. The drinks are cheap. The bartenders are meh. One guy ignored me on multiple trips up to the bar for drinks and shots for the birthday girl I was with. I finally was served by a female bartender and she was a doll.

I came here on a Friday night and was absolutely disgusted, I don't know how anyone can be in an environment that is that crowded unless they are a sardine! I could literally not move at all and was rubbing up on every single person I walked past just to get out the door. I can't imagine waiting at the bar for a drink, is that even possible? I have been there when it's less crowded (during the day) and I'm just not a fan, it just feels dark inside... They have a popcorn machine where you can grab free popcorn, which means I'm sure you have a bunch of dirty hands reaching in there... gross. This may have been a place I would have enjoyed when I was in my early 20's, and even then I'm sure the only reason it would have been tolerable is because I was wasted. I have a lot of friends who really like this place, I just can't say I'm a fan... Sorry Ginn Mill!

  • Becca R.

Other than being a pit stop during Denver Cruisers, the Ginn Mill is nothing particularly special. It's in a good spot and the drinks are reasonably priced. There's usually a crowd on the weekends and they keep the outdoor area in the back well heated during the winter, which is nice. I dig the free popcorn. Eh.

This is by far the coolest place I've been to so far in Denver. It's a beautiful old building with many different areas to hang out. Keep going farther back... the back area and patio were my favorite. There were some barrels to set our beverages and coats on and visit around and we all had a great time. It got a bit crowded but we were always served and tended to promptly. I can't wait to go back my next visit!

Yo the Gin Mill will get you turnt up! Been to this joint a fe times and it alway ended in an awesome shit show! because the drinks are dirt cheap! Happy has $2 you call its... i mean come on? Are you serious? Its almost like their giving away booze for free!

I laughed when I read Kelly's review from a couple years back where she noted, "The toilet paper is mysteriously sticky. Everyone leaving the ladies bathroom had it stuck to their heels. Hell, I pulled a whole roll out with me." This came back to mind as I watched women streaming in and out of the ladies room during Oktoberfest. More than a few of them had TP stuck to their shoes. I even saw one women with TP on her shoe heading into the ladies room. I am not sure if she was just really oblivious or a repeat customer. Okay, this place is rather divey. It also narrows as you approach the restrooms, creating a choke point. The staff are not all the most friendly (a lot of scowls) but they seemed to be pretty hard working. I enjoyed the beer selections and like the patio out back. The bathrooms were none too clean.

We went to watch the USA world cup game and sat at the bar. The beer was on 2 for 1 specials which was great. The main bar room only has 2 TVs but it worked for how big they were and the room wasn't that big. The biggest peoblem was the bartender was a complete asshole. He must have yelled at 20 people while we were there for having the nerve of wanting a check left open or wanting more than one drink for their party. He needs to not work in hospitality.

Interesting crowd with A+ people watching. Man we sat outside just to observe, enjoy, and laugh at the show. The show was the patrons. Drinks were super duper drink, I ordered 2 capt and diets and a vodka redbull for $15, I almost fell over. Great music too!

Tldr; don't be surprised if you get literally thrown out of this bar on a whim, so stay far away from the bouncers at all costs. This seems to be a consistent problem with a variety of customers. If you do find yourself here, be sure to stay away from the staff! I was here for an afternoon drink on the weekend and was kicked out by one of the staff (Tony). He kicked my friend out for asking to borrow a chair he was leaning on, and after I tried to reason with him, he immediately asked me to leave as well. We asked for the manager and waited for a while near the front. We asked another staff member how we could find the manager, and he was also very unhelpful (didn't know who the manager was). After FINALLY speaking to the manager (Jimmy) he told us that he trusts his staff over every customer and was very condescending. Jimmy, Tony, and the rest of the staff were unreasonable, quick to be hostile, and didn't take complaints seriously. This trashy dive spot is run by incompetent people on a power trip, and managed by someone who can't see past his employees' brown-nosing. I will not be returning - ever - because of the staff (including bartenders). Edit: After reading other reviews, it looks like the staff (bouncers and bartenders) are notorious for having bad attitudes and being quick to get violent (excessively so). I hope the manager Jimmy starts paying attention before he gets slapped with a lawsuit.

I've been here on multiple occasions usually for events. It's a typical bar but they have a pretty big patio in the back, which is nice. The beer is pretty cheap and they normally have specials so that makes it attractive. When I'm there for events it's really more like a 4 star bar but it's only 3 stars because it's not a place I would seek out just for the hell of it. Without anything going on it's just another bar in an area filled with options but probably worth a stop-in if you happened to be in the area.

    (3)
  • Katie R.

Wow. In reading my last review, I must have been like everyone else in that bar that night... wastey face drunk. I have returned numerous times and there is only one word that truly describes this place: shit show. -vomit/puke all over. -lots of dry humping. -sluttly girls and sleezy boys. -just.plain.yuck. so i pretty much avoid this place at all costs. the end.

$2 you call it from 3-7 on weekdays presently. It is a great feeling to get $2 Odell IPAs. I enjoy happy hour here regularly. This whole block is full of different dives. Best happy hour on the block though.

The Ginn Mill is no longer a Purdue bar...after some difficulties with the bar The Alumni club has decided to switch affiliation over to the Icehouse (on Wynkoop between 18th and 19th) for watch parties and other events. I strongly encourage you to check out the new bar!! The rest of my original review stand for the Ginn Mill...its gets pretty wild and crowded on the weekends like a college bar. Pretty fun every now and then.

My favorite bar in downtown Denver! I lived in Denver for six months and this became my spot. Friendly staff, cheap beer, and usually everyone around is pretty fun. Rarely did I ever see someone getting too smashed or getting kicked out. More of a laid back place. Small inside but the patio is spacious. Great for those summer nights! There are heaters outside during the winter which is awesome. Met a lot of great people here and really can't find anything to complain about. Sure the bathrooms have crazy lines and aren't the cleanest, but if you can find the second bathroom you'll save tons of time!

ok - the gin mill has redeemed itself a little in my eyes, only a little. Was there this past friday night with a group of friends - pretty mixed company in general. I went there with a slightly more open mind. Why GM is a little better now? 1. they have free popcorn for snacking, or for my purpose - starting a food fight (that turned out real 2. the music (while entirely too loud), was actually pretty decent 3. I'm pretty sure they have a few new bartenders now, because they were actually pretty attentive and quick to serve 4. they have games - a little untraditional, but still pretty cool we had some intoxicated challenges from the next table over - Jenga and Connect4 Of course - #4 led the group to an all-out drunken Monopoly-fest at our place until 5am. I'm pretty sure that folks cheat at games more when drunk, thanks gin mill. Our team crushed everyone else in an honest fashion, so no matter.

I think it might be impossible to behave at this noisy, roudy meat market on a Saturday night. The popcorn is sooo bad it is basically just flying around like a good snowball fight. The floor and tables are so dirty it's a common sight to see extremely enthusiastic cheers with PBR tallboys cans so beer sprays everywhere. And you can sing along to the music at the top of your lungs and dance like nobody's watching. I guarantee you'll leave with popcorn in your hair and a smile on your face... unless you don't like to have fun.

Came here on a Wednesday night and had a good time. The drinks are cheap, I had some fruity yummy 'gummi bear' shot for $2! The best part though was going to the back of the bar, outdoors, and there's a sweet fellow named Jimmy who runs a little 'cafe on the patio.' I bought some shrimp and watermelon for $7 which was basically my healthy dinner for the night before drinking. He was great because he was so social and we shared stories about NYC. I'd come back here just to visit Jimmy again to shoot the breeze.

This place rocks! If you're looking for a no-nonsense place to relax on an off-night, then this is it... Based on some of the other reviews, it sounds like I came on a good night... Bar wasn't too crowded.. Grabbed some great beer... popcorn is indeed laced with crack, thus the instant addiction. Games are a nice touch. Only one random douche bag came up to me (and I'm a dude).. to profess his fluency in a language because he had lived in that country for a year.... and was convinced that I was speaking the same language with my friends (I wasn't). Entertainment delivered.

The Ginn Mill sponsored our Mustache and Turtleneck New Years Extravaganza (Dec 30, not 31). They allowed us $25 open bar all night (about 60-70 people party), with $5 donated to the local planned parenthood. These parties are always a great time and the western feel of the bar gave the theme a nice twist. They allowed us to control the music selection, even though the bar was open to the public. There were about three bartenders on duty, so at times it took a while to fill up. But generally a good experience!

The Ginn Mill has a way of turning the day sloppy in a hurry. I don't know how they do it. It's impressive really. Every time I've wandered in, it's been early afternoon for a quick drink. Every time I've left, it's been after dark and I'm trying to find a ride home. EVERY TIME. This place is some vortex of humanity that seems to suck me in, pour liquor-drinks in me, and spit me out none-the-wiser. To the ne'er-do-wells tending bar at The Ginn Mill- Equal parts congratulations, thank you, and I'll never forgive you.

Went here with a friend for a meeting. The architecture and history of the building are amazing. I am in LOVE with the fabulous tin ceiling. Seems to be a pretty chill place, good vibe and great staff. I was greeted warmly upon arriving and asked to come back when I left. Definitely on my TO-DO list in the VERY near future.

Where in Denver would one get served by the incredible Hulk? Where in Denver will you find out just what Kickball is all about? Where will you find some of the drunkest and chattiest people on a Fraturday night? During my short stay in Denver good ol' Gin Mill was a good and standard way to end the night. Cheap, fun, noisy. Denver would not have been the same without the drunken chat , free pop corn and random comments.

So much fun! I love this place. Great dance music and always fun people. Great outside area. I have never had one complaint ever... until now... ...if I have to walk into the women's bathroom one more time w/ the toilets overflowing..I will never come back. This has happened way too many times there. I'm over it...fix them. It's absoultely disgusting and it's summer so flip flops and open toed shoes are a must. Please and Thank You!

OK kids, just like any successful bar, your experience is heightened if you frequent it at times other than peak Friday and Saturday nights. The better you get to know your bartenders, the better your experience is, and the nicer they are to you when you come in on peak Friday or Saturday nights. Many nights (or afternoons) the Ginn Mill will run specials, it's a great deal in LoDo. While they have some fun nights like Karaoke Tuesdays and beer pong tournaments, let's be real, this is a bar made for drinkin'. They've even worked hard to re-create an old prohibition era saloon feel.

This place is a DUMP! Full of popped collar douche bags on the prowl and little hookers doing the same. I was not impressed the first time and gave it a second shot since my boyfriends douche bag roommates LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place and the same disappointment set in. Avoid this place like the plague (or the herpes you likely to catch from the bathroom)!

This is a classic good bar in an historic building. The staff are friendly, and they have fun inappropriate jenga to make any night a good night! And if you get the drunken munchies they have fresh popped popcorn! The only thing that's yuck is that it looks like drunks stick their nasty chewed gums around tables and chairs. :(

With the warm temps the past weekend (I love January in CO!), my thoughts turned to my lonely, ignored cruiser sitting in my garage... beer holder empty, tires probably low and orange fenders a little less than shiny. I'm already looking forward to May when the Denver Cruisers pick back up. These weekly rides start at The Ginn Mill and for their support of this ridiculous large drunken group, I give them 4 stars. In actuality, this is not one of my favorite bars. I didn't go to Purdue, I'm not 22 and sometimes I do drink something other than a PBR tallboy. However, their ability to put up with the ruckus every Wednesday for 4+ months out of the year is commendable. They serve cheap beers and let people crowd up and down the street with no complaints. I've even snuck a beer outside the front door when the ride rolls on to the next stop. Often, there are girls walking around with platters full of free shots or liquor samples. They have BBQs where you can buy a hot dog for probably a dollar as well as a huge patio that just screams summer good times. And 5 stars for the free popcorn machine.

Went here during Oktoberfest, looking for some beers at a cheaper price than was offered outside. Not disappointed. This is a no-frills sort of drinkin' bar, complete with plastic beer cups that make you feel like you stumbled upon a keg party, and a wide open back patio where you can mingle with the masses. The beer was cold, the music was great, and the place was packed with not only Oktoberfest patrons, but also the pre-Rockies game crowd. Doesn't really feel like a place I'd want to hang at on a weekend night (the term "meat market" comes to mind from reading previous reviews), but I will be back before games at Coors field for some cheap brew.

So before you judge my review you need to know I was a twisted sense of enjoyment, I absolutely love watching the best live shit show in Denver. This bar is a PBR Fueled Daddy issue fest coupled with every variety of degenerate that Denver has to offer, and it creates the amazing mix pot of entertainment. Is this bar a good place for a first date? Nope. Is it a trendy classy place? Nope. Is it often like living on a Jerry Springer Set? Yep and it is ammmazing Go here for the entertainment, cheap drinks, and daddy issues.

This place is a complete mess. I walked in around 12:30 on Saturday night and was greeted by people falling over and taking their clothes off. It seemed like everyone had been over served. Besides most of the company in this bar its actually not too bad. The bartenders are friendly and quick to serve you. I was offered a free shot which is never a bad thing. My drinks were pretty strong and not over priced. The music is tolerable and there is plenty of room to dance.

Pretty average bar overall, nothing special. When my party decided to find a better place for libations and atmosphere, I went to pay my tab, and they had lost my card. The next day I had a charge on my card... the one they had lost. The service is meh as well. Pretty much a fail overall IMO.

Laid back, low key, but a lot of fun. Two blocks away we could here the live tunes coming from the Ginn Mills front door. Stepping inside we found a long bar with plenty of seats surrounded by exposed brick walls and mellow lighting that just made you feel like ordering a scotch, or actually gin. Plenty of tables for hanging with your peeps, and a patio out back to enjoy during the warm nights of Denver (of course these don't happen in November). Friendly buzzed patrons, bothering no one. The staff is courteous, kind, and quick. The bathrooms are in decent shape too... though there was a half eaten Reese's PB cup sitting on the sink. This is a great place to just drink and have fun with your friends without feeling like a canned sardine.

Purdue bar in Denver!! This is and old school pub that been around since the prohibition. It is by no means a fancy bar note should you expect it to be.There's pictures of the place from the 1920s. Lots of history here.

This place is decent for lodo. The the person who questioned what kind of place served PBR in cans? You must not get out much because that's almost every bar in Denver. Anyway, Ginn Mill is great. Popcorn is addicting. Drunk girls are entertaining. The only bad thing is they need a DJ or something, the same music list gets a little old.

Not just a bar, a rendevous point. I have been going here religiously every Wednesday for Denver Cruisers during the summer. Why? Why not? Meet up and drink with 200+ others in costume and ride bicycles through downtown Denver. That's when The Cruisers are there. I have never been to The Ginn Mill on a non-Cruiser night. But you would not be dissappointed.

I don't know how a bar can attract a certain stereo type of patrons so well. Without being too negative, I think you know what stereo type I'm talking about. Just read some of the other posts here to get a better idea. So, if you like that type of person... please go and keep going to this bar. If you don't like this type of person, STAY FAR AWAY.

This place is so fun. Gets busy on the weekends, but everyone is pretty cool. The bartenders are always nice, and the service is usually pretty quick, even when they're busy. It's a great place to go hang out and have a little fun downtown. Plus it's super close to everything fun that there is to do on a night out downtown!

I officially love it...they have karaoke on Tuesday nights. And let me tell you, any bar that will let me sing a really bad rendition (wasn't sure it was possible, but yes it is) of We Built This City and doesn't kick me out for it, is FINE by me. Also, they have Connect 4.

Well, ever since Brix closed, I needed to find a new 'hang'... The regulars all migrated to the Mill, and I can see why. It's an eclectically fun little LoDo joint. Good mix of fun drinkers, though a little clicky at times (college age kids hanging in tight little groups, too afraid to socialize with the rest of the bar crowd...) *** Quick Update! *** They earned a fourth star... Good Karaoke night on Tuesday, and the crowd is great. If they keep it up, they just might get the fifth star by the new year! Of course, that would require a bevy of free shots and beers...

Ok so I have to be in the right mood to come here, and by right mood I mean shit faced. Hot, sweaty, over crowded, smoky, obnoxious, etc. Basically if I'm already drunk I don't so much mind coming here on a Friday or Saturday night. During the day it's pretty chill and they do have good drink specials. One positive thing if you're a female- I used to live across the street from Gin Mill and my friend and I came here quite often.....never once had to buy ourselves a drink. Yes, there are a lot of guys that come here, I'd say it's probably 4:1 guy to girl ratio on average. Stay away from the back entrance alley after bar close, seen lots of fights and tons of creepers hanging around.

On our first day in Denver for my buddy's bachelor party we ran into a dude named AJ on the 16th street bus.. Who insisted on guiding us around and brought us to this spot.. Great happy hour prices and there's a pizza place down the street on the corner that'll deliver pizza to the bar. There's a cute bartender there too, I think her name was Meghan. She was jocking my wedding ring. Haha. It's a great place to get your evening started before heading to the baseball game and root for the opposing team.. Or not and root for your home team the Rockies..

I often feel too old to be in there... and maybe I am sometimes. It is a great place to hang out when it is not crazy busy and the patio is fantastic as well. The staff have always been overly friendly and not afraid to pour you the drink you paid for. cheep drinks, no short pours, great staff, great patio, free popcorn... nuff said. 5 stars.

I love going to this place on weekdays. Not a huge crowd great bartenders in Andrea, Nick and Eli. Bob, the owner, is a great guy too. They've got "barrel" pong an old Pac-Man and a kick ass jukebox. So if you like to relax and have a few drinks after work and talk to some cool bartenders head down Su-Th. If you love big crowds of all the college kids that live around here then head in on Friday and Saturday night. A bunch of guys who think you are trying to steal their girl, 15+ minute waits at the bar and nowhere to sit. Not my thing but judging from the crowds on these days I'm not the typical person or I'm getting to old !-)

July 4th evening found me and some friends at the Gin Mill. Besides something cold to drink, I was hungry. Lucky me! I found Jimmy on the patio out back with a whole menu to choose from! I ordered an Italian steak sandwich: thin cut of strip steak grilled to order, layered with peppers and onions, provolone, sauce on a bun. Yum! This guy is not only a hoot, he's genuinely nice, aims to please, and has everything from tiramisu to fruit to mac and cheese to choose from. Oh, and a great Italian Steak Sandwich!

Fellow cruisers may hate me for saying this, but I'm not a fan. Doesn't matter if I'm there on the cruiser ride or not, just not my style. Seems like a Chad retreat, so I go across the street to wait out the masses. The bartenders are very nice and its always clean.

It is actually an accident that I spent the last two St. Patrick's Days at this bar, but I have no complaints. It might have been slightly less crowded than the Irish pubs I would typically grace with my drinking presence. Toward the later open bar hours it gets crowded (and very green due to St. Patrick's Day clothing or the faces of those celebrating a little too hard). A little too crowded for my liking. It may be just a personal preference of mine, but there is something about the ability to smell the breath of complete strangers that makes me want to hold mine. I bet Ginn Mill is a decent happy hour place to visit. There are cool paintings on the wall and there is a nice patio (which I avoid due to the cigarette smoke that seeps in thicker and thicker as the night goes on). If the friends end up here next St. P's, I probably wouldn't oppose, but I may jump on the plans before they do next year and suggest a new venue (s).

To preface: I was here for less than an hour since I had to catch the light rail back. It was a cool atmosphere on a Friday night. I really enjoyed the fact that a part of the place was outdoors so you could experience the warm night air and smoke if you wanted to. That being said, my friend who is a smoker, did get a cigarette grabbed out of her hand and stomped on. The beers are cheap. The crowd is young. I think I may just be back again.

This place is expanding!! The back patio is bigger than ever. What a great place to celebrate summer.

We stopped at the Ginn Mill last night after dinner at Marco's and were severely disappointed. The music was SUPER loud, the place was pretty cold, and when we asked for a Hot Toddy we were told they didn't have the ingredients AND a woman at the bar started looking around for who the wimp was that was ordering a Hot Toddy... Okay - so the Ginn Mill can't control their clientele, but we just didn't get the warm cozy vibe from the Ginn Mill that we did when we crossed the street to visit Scruffy Murphy's. While the Ginn Mill might be a favorite of some, it's not quite my cup of Hot Toddy.

The GM was very accommodating during Denver's St. Patrick's day parade. The place was bustling, but the service was still friendly and quick. The space was not so crowded you couldn't breath, but comfortable so you could chat and still hear one another while people watching. The crowd was diverse and welcoming. The bartender was kind enough to supply a grand portion of Irish Whiskey for the occasion, and not be offended when a friend kept asking for water. When I am in the neighborhood, I will get my whiskey at the GM.

Ginn Mill is great! Patio bar, people there are friendly. Rating this anything lower than a 3 out of 5 you simply don't like to have fun. Ginn Mill Wednesday at 7pm every Wednesday I will be there.

Ok well I haven't been here in awhile, but I used to go every Tuesday because my friend DJs the karoake. The people here are the typical LoDo crowd, which isn't really my thing. The drinks are totally overpriced- it was $25 for 2 beers and 2 (well) whiskeys and ginger ales (which, by the way definitely had tons of ginger ale and very little whiskey). As far as I know they never had any drink specials, but that could of changed. All in all, I just think there are better places with a better atmosphere in the area.

the bar was cool, the bartenders were nice. but i wasn't a huge fan of the patronage. everyone was friendly, just not my type of people. i'm new to the area so i asked a pedi-cab driver to take me to a dive bar and this is where i ended up. not exactly divey, but it was a cool bar for what it was. i would recommend it to people, but it wouldn't be my first choice

This place was great - went during Oktoberfest. Nice patio in front and even better beer garden in back. They have games (ConnectFour and other old school ones) at the tables. Laid back vibe, good city bar. I think this is a GREAT addition to the neighborhood!

They are still in a soft opening until Sept. 27, but my friend and I stopped by and LOVED it. It has a laid-back atmosphere unlike the bars a couple blocks away (I'm looking at you, Sports Column). The staff was very friendly, and they even gave us free schwag they got from distributors and let us try a free shot to test out vodka. They have a pretty good beer selection too. They also have cute little patio out in the back. I think I'm going to like it here.

Great times were had at The Ginn Mill last night. Most importantly, the pizza flavored popcorn machine which they grant you full access to at no additional charge! Secondly, the fact that they don't serve food there but allow you to bring in your dish of choice aka the pizzas I was eyeballing two tables over. Thirdly, I happened to think the music was wonderfully random. Fourthly, drinking jenga and an assortment of lots of other games. When we first arrived around 7:00 or so it was pretty empty but by the time we were able to tear ourselves away from our jenga tournament (at around 11:00) it was packed! The bartenders were friendly, the car bombs (thanks to jenga) were quite irish and the bathrooms clean! The exposed brick walls gave it a nice finishing touch and there seems to be an nice sized patio in the back. If you're an Indiana alumni, you'll be sure to meet some fellow IU'ers at The Ginn Mill.
